The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled 4-3 on Friday that absentee ballot drop boxes are illegal under Wisconsin law, vindicating a legal argument advanced by the Trump campaign in 2020 — though the ruling will govern elections in 2022 and the future, and cannot change previous election results.
Over on Voat where I came here from, those folks apply the fag suffix to just about anything...spellfag, grammarfag, datefag, planefag, etc. It was a suffix of endearment over there that migrated with us users to here.
Pennsylvania drop boxes were illegal as well. The legislature is not who changed the election laws to allow them, and instead the courts are who basically changed it.
I remember one of the early lawsuits that Rep. Mike Kelly submitted for Election Integrity. Here's a fearful smear article I found on it. I know the truth. So does Mastriano and Kelly. Am hopeful Mike Kelly reads this Wisconsin ruling.
Saylor suggested that Act 77 might indeed be unconstitutional. But the relief Kelly requested was “extreme and untenable.” There had been “too much good faith reliance, by the electorate” on Act 77.
Saylor meant that people would have voted in person if they had suspected that Act 77 might beunconstitutionaland mail-in ballots might not be counted.
That is certainly true. I know that I would have voted in person.
I mentioned this the other day about Gregg but..I recall he had a live event going on during the 4th of events happening in real time. What ever happened to that? I miss something. I can’t find anything.
Just read the ruling. The Election, commission, also, admitted they had used drop boxes before....When? What elections? On who's authority? This is a really bad ruling for the left! And the Election commission has some questions to answer...
Ive been hearing rumors that the SCOTUS ruled on the election/parts of the election
and maybe that explains why all or many of them are under protection
""The court’s controversial ruling, which will likely benefit Republicans in the state, ran along partisan lines, with all four conservatives finding that the drop boxes >>>were illegal<<< and all three liberals dissenting. ""
If you get a chance, read it. Some interesting tidbits to me...
Voters are now recognized as having standing in elections, at least in Wisconsin. Perkins Coie and Marc Elias are law firms helping with the defense. Wanna bet they appeal? Wanna bet this case makes it to the Supreme Court?
And Scalia was mentioned at least twice. What a giant of a justice he was! 😢

“But today’s decision shows that far from a ‘Big Lie,’ there were indeed widespread violations of state election law in Wisconsin, and possibly other swing states as well.” https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/07/08/wisconsin-supreme-court-ballot-drop-boxes-violate-state-law/
Thanks for the update & source

SauceFag Here.
Did someone ask for a link to the PDF for the Richard Tiegen vs Wisconsin Election Commission Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling today?

I think it's fascinating that the slang word fag has two very distinctly different definitions these days. 😁
Over on Voat where I came here from, those folks apply the fag suffix to just about anything...spellfag, grammarfag, datefag, planefag, etc. It was a suffix of endearment over there that migrated with us users to here.
The chans too.
Way before voat. Sauce? Me
I cannot dispute, so I won't.
Where I grew up in the UK, a "fag" was a cigarette as in "I need a smoke - give's a fag".
So, someone researching ciggarettes is a Fagfager?
So did all the Anons
Because that came from the chaos before that.
You N-F you.
Was waiting for this. LOL! I wonder if you can get away with that on TS! Prob not ...
Like - gate?
Takin' the language back, too.
And 5 if you count the UK usage of Fag meaning:
A cigarette. Hard Work/TOIL.
An English public-school boy who acts as servant to an older schoolmate.
Up vote for "SauceFag."
TY :)
Heehee. Smooth.

I am hoping Pennsylvania Supreme Court reads this ruling, not just the articles about it.
Considering their makeup.... Doubt it they care
Argh.
SC out here is ass. Mostly Dem and backed Wolf on most everything he did to hurt us. Our best one is retiring as well.
I'd love it not to be the case. Hopeful as all hell with Mastriano and the way local elections have been going.
I am hoping with you.

Kelly is my rep out here 🙂
Good dude. Rally he put on for Trump before the election was fun as hell.
Well, that's strongly worded.
Now let's see whether anything comes of it,....or we go right back to dropboxes, mail-in ballots, and Dominion machines.
If I were a betting man......
If I were a betting man I'd say you'll be dooming right up until the last moment.
Pity for you.
LOL you'd be a big loser with that bet. Pity for you.
What I wrote about "Let's see whether anything comes of it" is kinda similar to this quip you might recognize regarding moneypox:
Seems everyone gets a little frustrated with the plan from time to time, anon. No problem, since NCSWIC.

Trump mentioned this in his speech and said what Phillips said.

They gonna pull their cert?
What happens if one state pulls their cert?
Not sure, but it defiantly would have to be big news that garners attention.
I was hoping that if one state decertified, it would have a domino effect.
Simmer…. Awesome if true
