Basically what I was thinking. This woman was fit, healthy, ran the stairs in her house for decades. BEcause a welfare check was needed, I assume she was there alone. It wouldn't take much for a professional to do a hit like that.

This is what I don't understand - if she had a heart attack, wouldn't that be the fatal event... and then she lost consciousness and fell down steps? Because the fall down steps wouldn't naturally trigger a heart attack after you fell. And... if you had a heart attack, collapsed at the top (or in the middle) of a flight of steps, you would be limp and wouldn't tumble down a bunch of steps to get 'blunt force injuries'. You would just drop like a limp rag and would pretty much stay where you initially fell.
I agree. It was a warning to Trump and she probably did not have private security. But she doesn’t have a maid or housekeeper? I am willing to bet, it was a set up. The only other possibility I see is if she was vaccinated and had a heart attack, she then fell and had blunt force trauma injuries.

Good questions. If someone does a hit, they'll want to get paid and lay low for a bit. But I think it's safe to assume the DS isn't working with the brightest people on the planet, and attrition is probably a normal occurrence.

My boss knows 4 people who have fallen down stairs, 3 of whom died (no, he wasn't anywhere near any of them).
In 2 cases they were elderly (1 of them had Alzheimer's), 1 had drank too much and got up in the middle of the night and went downstairs,and 1 had a medication issue.
But keep fully automatic stairs. I love me some escalators.

A few years ago, my husband’s cousin lost her healthy 50 year old husband to a fall down the stairs. He landed just right and severed his spinal cord. Told her he didn’t want to live like that, and died quickly at the hospital. Larger than life personality and a great guy, still can’t believe it.
My son fractured his skull and had a subdural hematoma after falling down our concrete steps. We never did figure out how it happened and he didn't remember what happened since it was head trauma. He definitely impacted his head only as he had no other injuries. He was 17 at the time.

Falling down stairs and choking are two things I'm most afraid of, especially for those I know living alone.
We had a 70+ tenant who got his pupils dilated and then while walking up his porch stairs, fell backwards onto his head and died. Many neighbors witnessed it as it happened. Sad, but these accidents happen. And falling gets riskier as you get older.
My mother in law in is like 67 and was carrying this large box that had a soft cushion in it and fell down our steps this last winter. It was only 4ft off the ground but she went head first. Somehow by a miracle she landed on this big box and wasn’t hurt.

There are several photos of her in recent months where she is walking outside, not looking too well and holding the arm of a person who appears to be aiding her. It's quite possible she was suffering from an illness and was a fall risk prior to this. You don't have to be well to travel, especially if you have money to travel comfortably, and especially if you're headed to a place where your main activity will be relaxing.

Ivana was cordial and sweet to my mom and it was a fun celebrity interaction for her. What Ivana went through during the Marla Maples ordeal was just awful, so, I always wished the best for her.
I remember seeing a video of her skiing backwards while yelling at POTUS who was skiing frontwards. I think she just found out Marla was there at the same ski resort or something like that.
So sad! The whole saga was plastered all over the tabloids too. I was in grade school at the time and remember reading all about their divorce in the weekly rags.

Maybe she fell down what caused a heart attack and was still alive for a lil bit, tried to get up then failed. Who knows at this point. I mean, my grandma slipped stepping into the shower one day around mid 70's and broke her arm, dont take much (depending on health). If it turns out at all suspicious, I am sure the Trump's will be all on that with a fine tooth comb.

I used to work in Pathology. It is very rare that there is only 1 cause of death. For example in her case its likely she suffered a heart attack and then fell down the steps. Or a stroke could have caused the fall. I read that lately she has had trouble walking, so its also possible she broke a hip and then fell down the steps.
Its too early to pick and choose what cause of death appeals to your narrative. The official report should state several causes that in combination caused her death.
Then too the chemical analysis takes about 6 weeks, so it could be as simple as too much wine.
They came out really quick with a reason; we dont even know if she had an autopsy.
