Frozen isn't the same as confiscated, and if I'm being hopeful, I'd say the remaining liquid assets are to be bright into one pile for final calculations and disbursements.
Because if criminals are protecting assets from seizure, they'd spread them out into little places away from attention, not centralize them which both draws attention and creates one tracking/blocking point.
So if I were being the opposite of hopeful, I'd say they're creating a distraction to fake the numbers while moving to hide assets away from their central bank.
This is my hope. That the new IRS agents will be grabbing DS assets.

The article says in 2021, they (the IOR) looked after 5.6 billion, not in Euros which is 5.2 billion, and they lost a lot of clients-472 to be exact. The IOR only made a profit of 19 million in 2021 and down from 44 million in 2020 and 46 million in 2019. So something has been happening to lower their profits. What, I don't know. But I wouldn't want to be 27 million dollars down in profit from 2019. I know it is not billions they are losing, but still, they are losing something. I think they should fire their money manager.

Unless we attack and take over a sovereign country (The Vatican) then we can't go in and confiscate their money. As long as the money is housed inside the Vatican bounderies it is legally untouchable. However, hard assets like real estate, etc they own outside this sovereign boundery is a completely different story. We can take all of that. Every last square inch. And my guess, we will. Once their involvement in human trafficking and slavery (Pedo biz) then it's all fair game.

Legally yes. But as you know, within the planet's history humans have a track record of conquering other sovereign countries and just going in and taking what they want. Not legal but regularly done. So for example, consider the possible circumstance whereby the Vatican is taken over and the archives (hundreds of millions of secret, hidden records) are made public and we discover that their entire theology is a scam and they have secretly been worshiping Satan the entire time and raping and killing children as a ceremony and a business. I'm suggesting this as a possibility and not that this is true. But under that circumstance... any country under that type of circumstance, could be invaded and all their wealth and assets taken. But without invasion and a complete take over then legally no sovereign country or entity can have their weath confiscated.
