Fact checkers quick to make a lame debunk attempt of this. They claim there's 40% cub mortality, which if true would mean that the death isn't really news worthy in the first place. It also ignores the potential link between Covid jab and the cub breastfeeding off its mother. The caption even says "A red panda getting its COVID-19 vaccine dose" beneath a picture of what appears to be a cub, I guess they jabbed some cubs but not all!
I remember when they were jabbing the animals at our zoo. I wondered how long it would be before the death sentence caught up to the animals and the zoo would be closed. I have been hopeful as so far, all the animals seem to be doing OK. However, it seems to be a delayed response in people, so maybe animals too.

I was at a zoo the first day of the Covid panic buying in March of 2020, the zookeepers seemed to be closing up the elephant exhibit early in a hurried fashion so I asked one if they were going to start shutting down exhibits to keep the animals away from people so they don't get Covid. The zookeeper laughed and said it is not possible for an animal to get Covid from humans. People are really stupid.
