Our society often seems quick to seek out a supplement or a super concentrated form of something. I look to the ancient Greeks - "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food". A natural source of NAC is the common onion - one onion a day would equal the dose of NAC found in most of these studies. Fresh pineapple and pineapple juice contain bromelain just as dried pineapple does. So if you want to mimic what was done in the study just eat 1 onion and a serving of pineapple once per day. So many dishes contain onion it's easy to incorporate it.
Due to the nature of pineapple production (it takes two years to grow one pineapple) they have somewhat of a unpredictable supply and demand cycle. They're often overproduced and the extra gets dried...which is great because dried pineapple lasts a very long time.
Hold on. Did you just admit that you believe dried pineapple is better than fresh pineapple? Because that sir or ma'am, is a truly psychotic angle on things and I have to wonder what else you hold as true in your fucked up reality.
Obviously I'm being dramatic and absurd.
But seriously, you like it better?
Sugar is one of the most addictive substances. Removing water improves sweetness and usually increases flavor. For example, dried meat is higher in glutamic acid concentration than grilled meat.
I have to agree with you, though. Fresh pineapple (depending on ripeness) is king. I have never noticed inconsistency in dried pineapple. It is all very sweet.
'papaya enzyme complex' has some Bromelain, in case anyone finds difficulty getting it or foods/diet that provides it. (apparently papaya+latex allergies conflict and it'll lower blood sugar, so normal 'know thyself' conditions apply)
[just another part of my 'Lyme' protocol that aligns with this bioweapon. I can't think of any aspect that hasn't at this point become dual coverage.]
Well the Lyme disease outbreak has its roots in some shady bioweapon development in the USA before the gain of function research was all shipped to Chyna. Lovely.
I'd heard it has a patent number, but I couldn't find it. William Mount said that years ago and gave a patent number. I looked it up, but it didn't show up as a Lyme disease patent. It could have been blocked I suppose.
For many people who got early doses it has waned or their body has removed most of it. Unless it settled in some of the organs it has been theorized it can sit in.
Assuming their body is rid of it, it may have left lasting damage. Or if you were lucky it didn't move much from the upper arm injection site. So many variables...
When you say the body has “removed most of it” what are you referring to? Spike proteins? Aluminum adjuvant? Graphene particles? Luciferase? Other mystery ingredients we don’t know about?
Bromelain is an enzyme that can break up protein in the body. We have used capsules for chest phlegm and stuffed up nose for about a decade. It helps clear pathways and enables you to breathe again.
Take 1 hour away from food and drink a good amount of water.
I remember reading a research article from an Indian researcher in early covid (2020ish) who did some studies showing Bromelain cleaves the spike protein. The link was posted here but that was a ways back.
Bromelain is in most of the quercetin supplements we've been taking for a couple years now, added NAC over a year ago as well and also found glutathione.
mRNA tells your body how to make the spike protein. Basically, you need to take this until your body doesn't make this protein anymore. So, if you had the shots, the question is how long is your modified genetic material going to last? If it overtakes the host genetic population, the answer is until death. If the host genetic cells out reproduce the foreign instruction cells, there is a time limit.
The good news is that mutations often put the mutated population at a reproductive disadvantage, but this isn't always true.
According to the UK vaccine surveillance report (page 41, linked below) , almost every single person tested is still showing antibodies from the spike protein at almost a 100% rate. This basically guarantees that the vaxxed are producing the spike protein permanently. Could we possibly produce enough of any of the relevant compounds to counteract 4 billion people with a detrimental level of these proteins being made in their bodies? Maybe, probably not. If so it would be a good idea to invest in drugs like NAC, quercetin, BromAc, cysteine or drugs that combine their effects.
came to ask this!
stupid question, but why dried?

Now, THAT'S interesting. I eat a fair amount of onions. Thanks for the information.
Bad breath too.😊😊
It's a good way to prevent Mono
And kissing Yuck! Hahaha Jus Kiddin :)
I don't have the answer for you, but dunno why some random would down vote you. Makes no sense.
I've given out my fair share of accidental down-doots while browsing .win comments on the phone.
Apologies for the friendly fire!
I suspect it's a batter for the other side who doesn't like truth and cures being exposed.
Prolly a pharma type seeing his $$ decreasing with every new set of eyes on the info.
Dried would be nice for keeping in indefinite storage, I suppose.

Strangely enough (or maybe not) I don't think I've ever eaten dried pineapple before and I quite enjoy pineapple.
Fresh is great, grilled is my favorite, and dried is like candy. The water evaporates but not the sugar

Attention! It will also increase absorption of other drugs (blood thinner, antibiotics ...)

Thank you, this is important. It's a potentially dangerous side effect.
also some are allergic to ananas (bromelain?), which can lead to heavy allergic reactions
Pinapple has a bunch of good stuff in it. Good for your lungs too.
Does non-GMO pineapple still have a lot of sugar in it?
Yes. That is the downside of pineapple. Those of us who have to monitor our sugar intake tend to avoid pineapple.
Yeah, much as I love it, the sugar content is too high for regular consumption. Darn it.
In the study, they administered the BromAc through the nasal route. Would ingesting be just as efficacious?
Oooo capsules... Good idea!

you can get bromelain from pineapples too
N-acetylcysteine (NAC), a plant antioxidant naturally found in onion, is a precursor to glutathione.

So yeah.

To be clear, I've heard about it on bitchute videos, so maybe grain of salt.
Bromelain is also in high concentration in pineapples
Maybe there is light at the end of this nightmare for some of the people I know that took the jab.
For many people who got early doses it has waned or their body has removed most of it. Unless it settled in some of the organs it has been theorized it can sit in.

Spike proteins. If some of the shots have other bad stuff in them i can't speak to how long or if the body can detox it

Bromelain is also great to use against hayfever and when taking Quercetin to help absorption/bioavailability
Should it be taken one hour before eating with plenty of water?
I would give my kids pineapple juice to stop the cold & sniffles, worked great
Its probably pasteurized if from your local supermarket. I know the heat destroys good enzymes and vitamins like B and C.
Probably is, but it still worked... I'll get them fresh pineapple next time tho
Awesome Possum! More arsenal! Thank you!
This should be stickied.
Well the jab is the same thing only more.
Yep, better take something that detoxifies the body of metals too
The jab gives your body instructions on how to make the protein. The jab IS NOT a vaccine. The shot does not include spike protein.
It also does not produce the entire virus. It only produces spike proteins by hijacking your body's cells.
Makes sense, but the first part to fixing something is defining and understanding what the problem is.
Awesome Possum! More arsenal for our health cabinet! Thank you!
But doesn't it also smell disgusting?
Vitamin C and Vitamin D3 w K2 - works Zinc Sulfate Azithromycin and Hydroxychloroquine - works.
Bromelain is in most of the quercetin supplements we've been taking for a couple years now, added NAC over a year ago as well and also found glutathione.
Surprise, surprise , surprise. God's bank ain't busted yet!
Amen brother!
I've been taking NAC and bromelain for years. Definitely never got covid
Well, name of a little black pig!
I have been taking these and others for over two years, huzzah!
Where do you buy it, what’s the dose, and how long do you have to take it?
Great info - thanks for sharing!

Could be important info for the masses.
I take nac every day and eat pineapple chia pudding every day too.
I'm good.
Quinine, onions, pineapple, green beans ✔️
