Yes. They only benefit from one-sided impeachments, grand juries, committee investigations, and probes. Their cases would fall in a day if Trump was given due process in a real court and was able to show his own evidence.

Yea. If it isnt in an actual court, there is no due process. In other words, the probes, grand juries, and Congressional investigations are not the same as prosecutions. The democrats could smear Trump to their heart's desire, but, the minute Trump is brought to court, he can do discovery and put forth his defense. The democrats never really want him in court, because their lies will be refuted. They just want to politically harm him.
If GA indicts Trump for asking the AG to do his job (finding the fraudulent ballots), and Trump goes to court, that could be good. Trump could show how ERIC skews the votor rolls, how ballots came in without chain of custody in the middle of the night, how Republican observers were kicked out, how ballots were ran more than once, etc. He could prove that it was legal for him to ask for these frauds to be evaluated.
If GA indicts, this could be the first time election fraud evidence is shown in a court in any significant, visible way.

They release them on their own recognizance figuring the public humiliation of having a APB out is worse for optics than simply showing up for a court date. This is nothing in the scheme of things. Even if the jury finds that he did lie about it on FEC filings there isn't much they will do. A fine maybe, but he still has hundreds of millions of dollars donated to help Stop the Steal that were never spent. He is rich beyond belief. There is nothing to worry about with this case. The Georgia, Classified docs, and Jan 6th investigations could turn out a whole lot worse. But he will cross that Rubicon when he gets to it. But there is nothing immediate that should cause any concern. He's got this. Keep your spirits up.

This essentially forced the DA to come out and say that it would be next week. Smart play by POTUS... forced them into providing the timeline for arrest! Now he knows how much time he has to play with.
