There is a wild card that could take place. The judge in the "Missouri vs Biden" case could rule that the 2020 election is invalid following a motion from President Trump. This would instantly install Kevin McCarthy as the President. It would also fulfill Kim Clement's Two Presidents Prophecy as Joe Biden will likely not vacate the White House.
That doesn't stop him from acting as "President."

I think there has to be massive confusion as to who is the President. It can't be when there is a true transition with the latest example being January 20, 2021 or the next scheduled for 4 years later in 2025. Recall that President Trump stepped down from the Presidency in 2021 in the same way Jesus stepped up to the cross.
Now lets say a federal judge declares Kevin McCarthy to be President because he throws out the 2020 Presidential election. There is going to be further legal action as people are going to say that Joe Biden is still the President.

Once the Dems safely replace her, then Biden can be safely retired.
IMO the cocaine baggy was NOT a Dem move, however. It seems premature, because the Dems haven't really got a replacement ready. And no, Newsom is NOT a good replacement - too much baggage. IMO it is also premature to think Kennedy is a viable VP ATM. For run-of-the-mill Democrats, he is like showing a cross to vampires - we shall see, however. He is a populist Democrat, and that may be a good thing in a Trump administration (I can hear their teeth grindng). But, he is not seen as a good VP to replace Harris. Hence, I think that this cocaine development at the WH is some other plot.

I was listening to a podcast with Col. Douglas MacGregor and he was of the opinion that Biden wouldn't last the year. When someone asked for clarification, on if that meant death, 25th amendment, etc., another responded that they would do it in a way that allows him to save face and I tend to agree. What happens next is anyone's guess, but he did opine that there is a chance there won't be a 2024 election.

Washington State Senator Patty Murray is the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. If something were to happen to her in the line of succession, then she would be President. One example would be if the Speaker, Brandon, and heels up were at the same White House function and a gunman managed to kill them all. However, the chance of that happening is not good given the protection given the President by the secret service.
