in all fairness..and I say this as someone who has worked with (not for) Best Buy on behalf of Amazon and Samsung...
A large portion of their employees are "POCs" and it is a customer base they are growing year by year. Whites find it much more appealig to order from Amazon or go to Costco. Why wouldn't you train for management internally and focus on the demographics you are trying to sell to?
Take a look at your local furniture stores, they probably also focus on "POCs". Why? Because white people are the only ones besides pedos ordering from Wayfair.

But back down here on Earth, where reality is, most people are not capable of seeing past experiential bias, and natural selection has never had any reason to select against them.
The fact is tribes that distrust outsiders generally live longer, and the quickest way to out yourself as an outsider is to look different in a way impossible to disguise, like skin color.

About 15/20 years ago McDonalds started moving away from Ronald McDonald commercials and started putting majority black people in their commercials and utilizing hip-hop (not real hip-hop but a fifty year old white guy's idea of what hip-hop music, culture, and slang was at that time) in everything. My friends and I noticed and pointed out how lame it was but somebody said "You guys all make fun of McDonald's. You never eat there. After Super Size Me came out it became a trend for people to hate McDonalds. They noticed that black people didn't buy into the negativity and they ate at McDonald's proudly. Are you really confused why a corporation aimed their advertising at their customers?"
Like so many things going on now with hyper-liberalism there is a lot of genuine propaganda going on but there's also a lot of organic need to appeal to those who are still buying your worthless crap. They have given up trying to appeal to the majority of society and are now solely focusing on the customers they have left.

Best Buy used to have a problem with people coming into the store and pulling up "bestbuysux.com" on the computers. Best Buy eventually bought the website and the problem no longer exists.
YOU can go into Best Buy and pull up this tweet! No internet connection on their laptops? Connect to your mobile hotspot, pull it up, and disconnect! You can also print out these screens and put them on the bulletin board next to the bathrooms. You can leave them on shelves. You can slip them in boxes. You can tape them up in the bathrooms. Walk into the breakroom and tape one to the TV screen! You can make it well-known to everyone in Best Buy that the store is racist!
Also, there is a really good chance that the low-level employees don't know about this. Maybe they would like to know. Be an information warrior today by disseminating this information physically inside a Best Buy store. Your social media posts only go so far!

My wife and I stopped in BB Friday after going out to dinner. She’s shopping for a computer and I wanted to talk to someone to learn what to look for in a machine to meet her needs. We wandered in got greeted at the door. Then eventually found the computer section. Maybe 15 workers in there. Exactly zero asked us if we needed help.
We walked out.
These management training programs are common. I work for a large energy corporation that also has a minority-only composition for promoting “equity”. I’m sure they get some kind of ESG incentive to do it.
