We got him this time!
Hopefully the new jury will be less impartial, but they’re pulling them from Miami - so my hopes aren’t too high..
Miami, Dade County is full of Trump loving conservative Cubans.
How many crazy liberals are pulling out their fake hair today?
The cognitive dissonance must be a excruciating. 😁
It must be like when some were hoping you and I would die from covid, but also having to admit that it wasn't dangerous enough to kill their enemies.
I'll enjoy stepping on the purple and green clumps of hair on the sidewalks.
Dont, its like stepping in dog shit, just more nuts
Guarantee the liberals don’t even know what’s going on 😂
Indeed a friend emailed earlier saying, "He's going down this time".............I just emailed him this, kek.
Reeeeee 🧂
Lots of rainbow tumbleweeds gonna be rolling around in this storm 😂😂😃
As I said before, this judge is the only judicial saving grace for Trump when it comes to all these indictments. It's a shame she can't be the judge for all of them.
Wait, what indictment was this? Does that remove an indictment? I'm lost.
I believe Jack Smith had grand juries for the Mar A Lago classified documents case in both DC and Florida. The case can only be held in one jurisdiction and not both. Judge Cannon called Smith out on this. So I assume the document case will proceed in FL not DC.
Having said that, the article highlights all the DC BS that was conducted with Smith had has grand jury going up there. Sounds like Judge Beryl Howell is a real winner. /s
No, the charges aren’t going anywhere until trial. This motion made Jack find a new panel or jurors on the Grand Jury, not from DC like originally but from Miami
This almost assuredly will not impact an existing indictment.
I would recommend looking at the court filing from the special counsel. The ending of the the DC jury is just a tiny bit of it. And I don't think Gateway Pundit is reporting the big parts of this court filing.
The superseding indictment I'll go through a timeline of this, but the end result was that Trump got hit with new charges in a superseding indictment.
The Timeline in DC and FL (roughly) The Mar a Lago case begins in DC and the investigation began in DC and the first grand jury was in DC.
Jan 2021 Trump leaves White House. Boxes are packed up.
2021 Presidential Records go to NARA, but they notice some are missing.
May 2021 NARA asks Trump to turn over any presidential records he has. This is the first request.
2021 There's several back and forths with NARA and Trump.
Dec 2021 Trump's lawyers say they found some more and return 12 boxes of records.
Jan 2022 15 more boxes are returned
Feb 2022 NARA makes a criminal rereferral to DOJ.
So now DOJ is involved and by the end of April a grand jury investigation has started.
The DOJ also gets the security camera footage from Mar a Lago.
By August a search warrant is obtained and the search occurs. The search warrant is approved by FL judge.
The TWO grand juries
So the investigation began in DC, witnesses were interviewed in DC, but the DOJ found the charges in play basically took place in Florida with some small exceptions. The documents were retained in FL.
This means that the special counsel had the take the evidence in developed in DC and present it to a new grand jury in Florida because the DOJ is alledging crimes taking place in Florida. The FL grand jury agreed and returned an indictment.
This recent document was about how the superseding indictment came about. In the recent court filing, the DOJ got the superseding indictment because they were looking into crimes in DC, specifically witnesses lying to the grand jury in DC.
This is the takeaway others are reporting. That a Mar a Lago employee who was going to be indicted for perjury got a new lawyer, retracted his false testimony and is now a cooperating witness.
This Mar a Lago employee was originally represented by the same lawyer who is represented the Walt Nauta who is indicted.
The bulk of yesterday filing lays the case the the DC grand jury was appropriate - the testimony took place there- and again asking the judge to look into the conflict of interest this lawyer is now in.
The DOJ is asking for a GARCIA hearing, that is to determine if Nauta's lawyer has a conflict
The DOJ is saying Walt Nauta's lawyer might have to cross-examine his old client "Trump employee 4" as he testifies and legal precdent says this is "actual conflict of interest."
So yesterday we learned Trump Employee number 4 is a witness who testified about destruction of evidence. And his old lawyer is still involved in the case and might have a conflict.
Oh and the DC grand jury that delivered the superseding indictment is closed.
Thank you!
Most excellent.
Lol, # me too 🐸

By maintaining a 'secret' grand jury, Smith was in violation of the law.
A serious ethics problem is out in the open.
He was not.
Grand jury secrecy is a long standing tradition.
https://www.ojp.gov/ncjrs/virtual-library/abstracts/witness-and-grand-jury-secrecy
In this case no witness decided to talk about what they testified to and grand jury secrecy held.
he was using evidence from a grand jury from another case in another jurisdiction in another STATE without the knowledge or notification of the Judge
you have no idea what you're talking about, but you never do..
Wonder which indictment # Jack Smith is in the long list of sealed indictments? Because he's definitely one of them! GITMO is in this faggots future, and I think he knows it.
Ok, NEXT......😉😎
"Jack in da box"!

Beep! Beep!
Another failed witch hunt. What is this about 30 or 40 of them and counting?
Not yet dismissed, just change in jurors
I can't get over the fact that the facial expressions of all these Administration flunkies remind me of remorseless thugs. Like they are perpetually pissed-off at YOU.
The thing is they don't look like thugs. They look like they were nerds as teenagers. I despise this Jack Smith one in particular ... the dude reminds me of some nerd I knew growing up that's a full-on, hardcore marxist these days. I was a nerd growing up and still am to this day! Not once did I ever think America should be destroyed in favor of some Communist bullshit system all because I was picked on growing up.
Terry McAuliffe and the faggot Gov. of CA are prime examples. They talk tough games and speak in absolutes about the inevitable domination of America using leftist ideology in public. I guarantee you that if anyone had them in a room alone, they'd be the nicest people you'd ever meet and would kiss your ass regardless of your political persuasion. I think this is the reason they hate Trump to their core. Trump exposed that everything they say and/or do is nothing but a farce designed to enrich them.
I guess they can't get over being picked on when, in their minds, they are special people destined to "change the world" or some other egotistical bullshit. Imagine selling your soul to satan and the slime of humanity over something that trivial. I was picked on a lot growing up ... it happens. People grow up. Liberals aren't people though ... they're stuck in perpetual angry adolescent mode ... that's what makes them "scary" when they have power.
weren't we all at one time or another picked on while growing up??
sometimes it's not just at school that people are picked on.
Interesting take. I appreciate the point. Probably true. Makes one wonder how distant the killers are from the kiss-offs. Give a wimp lots of power and he is likely they let his inner sadist out for lunch. As for Jack Smith, he radiates a complete lack of humor in his essential nature. That is extremely unhealthy and, I think, dangerous. Even Bill Barr, for example, as fickle as he may be, still has a germ of humor in his makeup.
The whole case should be dismissed with prejudice because of this violation. The DC Grand Jury had no jurisdiction.
Run into a buzz saw Jack?🤣🤣
Butbutbut.....we HAD him!!
Since the entire case came out of DC and not Florida the entire thing should be thrown out.
IMO without the facial hair he could be Adam Schiff's brother.
Rebukes him? Isn't that illegal?
Op - Does this mean the case is dropped totally, or are there other charges? Is the case of the documents totally gone now?
What's the true bottom line here?
There are so many indictments and charges it is hard to keep track of them all. I believe Jack Smith was convening two grand jury panels for the classified documents case involving storage of docs at Mar A Lago. Judge Cannon, a Florida Federal Judge told Smith he can't have two separate juries for the same case. Because Mar A Lago is in Florida, the court jurisdiction is in Florida, not DC.
This didn't stop the lawfare process of convening an illegal grand jury in DC though. They made all sorts of hay out of that with media leaks before Cannon shut it down.
As President, Donald Trump had the final authority on declassification.
I'm sure there are bureaucratic procedures that are standard in the normal process, but bureaucratic procedures have no power in law or constitutional authority.
If Trump says, "this is declassified," as president it is declassified. Full and final authority.
And who can prove he didn't. He's innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is not on him.
Hahaha, better luck next time, I'm sure the walls are closing in somewhere!
