That's because they aren't Semitic. There was a random DNA study done in Israel a few years ago (I don't have details) which showed most people in Israel were not Semitic. Most of the people in Europe have intermarried with so many other families, that it would be almost impossible to find Semitic DNA in any of them, regardless of distant heritage.
As an example, my autosomal DNA is 100% white. All my known ancestors were white for hundreds of years into the past. But my y-DNA, which is passed down mostly unchanged through the male line, shows that my early ancestors on that male line came to central Europe from central Asia.
As far as actual looks, check out black and white people, with black, brown, and white children. Two brown children like that could have black children or white children. So at least some racial features can go and come in just a couple of generations.

Maybe it’s the Christmas spirit touching my heart after ALL these years of begging people to do just that, research! I have grown hardened in the last four years and lost faith in humanity ever ripping the damn blinders off and see what I see! But today, I woke up to the beginning of a week long rain (So Ca), sat and talked with God and I truly feel people are beginning to wake up! Thank you to everyone here who gave me a safe space to encounter like minded people - may you and yours have a blessed holiday season and Merry Christmas to all!
