The Government Suppressed the Effectiveness of Vitamin D (www.youtube.com)

Well... duh. The propaganda about "cold and flu season" was always really a "vitamin D deficiency" season. If people took vitamin D supplements during the colder months (when they don't get enough sun), the market for so many cold and flu drugs would completely tank.

Remember, the medical professions never cure any illnesses - they only treat the symptoms... with expensive patented drugs as much as possible.

They also make up new illnesses when they can get away with it, such as "high cholesterol" so they could sell prescriptions for statins, as one example.

A lot of the people in those industries need to be executed.

And even then, those Vitamin D supplements (though better than nothing) are not as good as pure sunlight.

I hope the world learns how much we were lied to about the sun.

No one got melanoma until sunscreen was invented, so I hear.

They also seem to be contradictory about potassium.

Low potassium causes all sorts of profitable illnesses.

Here is a channel on potassium.

https://communities.win/c/Potassium

Those skinny kids of the 1960s (pre-fastfood) had a lot more potassium in their diet. Today's fastfood junkfood is loaded with sodium and not near enough potassium --- need 4,700 mg per day.

FWIW I have increased my potassium ----- it makes it a whole lot easier to lose a few pounds if you need to. Also low sodium.

The sodium in fast food is a bitch ---- makes things even worse.

Never thought about it in regards to weight loss. It makes tots sense though. I’m going to add a lot to my diet and see if it helps. I’ve been dealing with pretty much every single low potassium symptom mentioned in your shared articles. I’m betting that’s the culprit.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– cyberrigger 2 points 1 year ago +2 / -0

I take a potassium citrate. The government limits the pill size to 99mg each so you have to take a bunch of them. I chew them up with water.

I slowly increased the dosage.

I use salt substitute (potassium chloride) instead of regular salt (sodium chloride)

I eat potassium rich food like vegetables, dried apricots, bananas.

– cyberrigger 2 points 1 year ago +2 / -0

I’m going to add a lot to my diet and see if it helps.

Cut back on sodium ----- processed food is packed with salt. I had to learn what normal, unsalted food tasted like.

▲ 1 ▼
– 5DWeBe 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

We’re pretty clean eaters here. Raise all our protein and consume minimal processed foods. We use Redmond’s real salt. Not sure if that’s okay or not, but I do know it’s much better than typical salt.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– cyberrigger 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

much better than typical salt.

It may have additional nutrients ---- but still the same old sodium that can make you retain water, make you obese, give you diabetes.

Most people today do not sweat, working in the sun like they used to. If you do ----- good for you --- you can tolerate more sodium ----- but you still need more potassium than sodium. Fast food usually doesn't cut it.

Living in sunny Florida as Floridians we know this because we stay active during the winter months despite the shorter days. You can obtain a lot of help from the sun over a short period of time even when the winter days are very short.

Our medical system betrayed us. The whole system is corrupt and must be completely dismantled & defunded. It should not be for profit, no money from Pharmaceutical corporations, medical education should not be controlled & dominated by these corporations. More focus on health & cures.

I agree with this guy. Stuff someone in a dark place for long enough and they will start withering but put them outside in the sun……people become depressed the farther north you go at times when there is little sunlight. When there are storm for weeks or mountains that block the sun you will start feeling yourself slip into yuckyness. Sunlight is the best disinfectant. It kills most bacteria. It’s why sundrying meat is a great and safe way to preserve meat. Moisture is the enemy because too much and everything rots. Sunlight is the enemy because too much and everything burns. God created a perfect balance! Get outside and get in nature. It has its own natural way of healing!

And when you go outside, try to be barefoot and do some natural grounding in the earth. Grounding helps to reconnect you to earth's electrical energy.

The best part is that you become more agile and feel more of your natural dexterity in your toes. That is why I use shoes that do not have a lot of padding when engaging in long walks or hiking. We naturally adapt to curl our feet and toes around obstacles on pathways. Also you tend to walk more with your entire foot than focus on planting your heel when wearing shoes with a lot padding.

My family is stuck with the idea that beans are good and beef/pork is bad. But that is a mindset of growing up poor because beans are cheap and plentiful carbs when you are in poverty.

And when you are in poverty you are malnourished so the beans are not going to do great harm. It is when you have a proper diet that you don't really need that much beans in your diet if at all if we are to be honest.

Truthfully if someone is concerned about UV radiation you can always be outside near dawn or sunset to absorb more than enough sunlight.

But UV radiation definitely can take care of a lot of blackheads fairly quickly on the other hand and your pores start to open up.

The key as with everything is moderation.

Bacon for me has been a miracle food as it helps me heal from injuries in record time. I do not go out of my way to eat bacon every day but when I need it my body responds very well to it by healing faster.

Proper protein and fat intake along with rest is what helps healing and muscle fatigue.

Fat is the key. For my entire life, I've been told fat is evil, bread is good, etc. Cutting out carbs, and eating more animal based fat has helped me lose 20 lbs, and keep it off.

My wife freaked out the last time I ate a steak. It was a NY strip, and she was expecting to see a plate full of fat trimmings when I was done. Nope, clean plate. I've explained it all to her, and she's seen me lose the weight, but she's not quite onboard yet.

It takes time for people to come around and admit they were lied to. When I avoid sugar and eat more fats and protein my body responds as well.

I end up eating less calories too because I feel more full.

Another LLM summary:

SUMMARY This video discusses the controversy surrounding vitamin D and its recommended daily allowance (RDA). The speaker shares highlights from a book on the topic, revealing that the RDA of 600 IU was arbitrarily set by a committee and may have been designed to scare people away from taking too much. They also discuss how vitamin D has been used to heal various health issues in the past, but its benefits have been suppressed.

  • The RDA for vitamin D is 600 IU, which is an arbitrary number
  • Vitamin D has been used to heal TB, asthma, osteoporosis, tooth decay, psoriasis, mood issues, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer
  • The government commissioned a study on the toxicity of vitamin D, but found no toxicity at dosages of 200,000 to 1 million IU
  • Two other organizations re-evaluated the data and found that the recommended dosage should be higher

CONTENT The speaker discusses how vitamin D has been suppressed by big Pharma and modern medicine. They share interesting graphs showing a correlation between latitude and certain diseases, such as breast cancer, colon cancer, and diabetes. The speaker also shares a timeline of events related to vitamin D, including its discovery in 1922 and the recommended dosages over the years.

PURPOSE The purpose of this video is to reveal the truth about vitamin D and its benefits, which have been suppressed by big Pharma and modern medicine.

I take 5000mg per day based on the recommendation of my neurosurgeon for treatment of my cavernoma, a veinous malformation in my brain that can bleed. He is the #1 in the world for research in my condition and stands by the assertion that his patients who take D3 fare much better than who do not. I haven’t had another bleed under his care and he has provided valuable other neurological advice for another condition as a second opinion so I take his advice very seriously, unlike some other “doctors.”

Just an FYI, this guy has good information from time to time, because he does a lot of research. Be careful buying his products though. Scientologists tend to be plugged into another part of the matrix but they are able to discern far more the current DS cabal matrix as a result.

So they provide useful insight even if we do not agree with scientologists.

I will say that scientologists do not believe in the fields of psychiatry and this is where I agree with along with Andrew Tate.
