Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.
Rules for General Chat
-
Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
-
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
-
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
-
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
-
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
-
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
-
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
-
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evolving
In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
Rules For the rest of the Site also accessible on the sidebar.

Trump said a while ago that he had a "secret". I'm guessing it is the Brunson case.
I just read that the BBC banned 70 songs from playing during the Gulf War.
huh. precis-
The BBC banned 67 songs during the first Gulf War because they considered them unsuitable for broadcast. Some of the songs that were banned include: "Atomic" by Blondie, "Boom-Bang-a-Bang" by Lulu, "Bang Bang" by BA Robertson, and "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot me Down)" by Cher. The BBC has banned songs in the past for a variety of reasons, including: Sentimentality The BBC has banned songs that they considered to be sickly sentimental. For example, during World War II, the BBC banned "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows" from the 1918 Broadway show Oh, Look!. Morbidity The BBC banned "Monster Mash" in 1962 because they considered it to be "too morbid". Taste The BBC banned Valance's version of "Tell Laura I Love Her" because they considered it to be in "bad taste". Horrific The BBC banned The War Game in 1965 because they considered it to be "too horrifying for the medium of broadcasting".
Im kind of confused at how quiet everything seems to be. Dem leaders are saying it was a fair election and we must accept the results. Somewhat creating a little calm for the radicals. Is this how it ends? Easy to swallow for the normies? Or is something troublesome brewing? And crypto starts puumping, a great distraction, as well as creating the "wealth effect." People act differently if they believe they are wealthy. So many things going through my head lately.
Someone please make this make sense. My local police department mugshot section has TONS of recent arrest of hispanic males. The Race shows as W for white, and none of them have charges listed. They are all military/gang looking
Hispanics are considered racially white -- ethnicity is Hispanic.
I absolutely detest the government.
Posted a while back that my dad was unfairly fired from his job. That was almost exactly a month ago. His boss said he messed up a major job but Dad was sure he didn’t, and she wouldn’t show him proof. He tried multiple times. However, his mistake was so severe (/s) that his evil boss offered him a desk job (he’s a tradesman) for $10 less an hour. We barely got by with his full check and she knew that. She called him family, said he was essential to their mom and pop shop. He did so much for them.
So we applied for unemployment, food stamps, and Medicaid.
Medicaid and food stamps went through. Even though he’s done what he’s supposed to and paid his taxes since 16 years old, he only gets less than $200/month in food stamps.
He’s been forced to go ahead and retire. He turns 65 in 3 days, and he’s having to retire a year sooner than he wanted to.
It’s been almost a month and we still haven’t seen the first unemployment check. They’re “understaffed”. So one month with 0 money.
Now we’re getting jerked around about social security. It’s an absolute nightmare to deal with them, next to impossible to get a hold of anyone, and you have to wrap up every scrap of personal information you have and send it to them to get any of this done.
His social security was only going to be something like $2000. Before Medicare fees are taken out. But now they’re double taking out Medicare even though he was told he’d only have to pay $35 and would receive assistance for the remainder.
And Medicare absolutely sucks. Covers nothing. But you have to get it. It’s insanity.
It’s a nightmare. It’s all one gigantic headache designed to be as annoying and complicated and confusing as possible. For a system aimed at seniors. I’ve had to do most of it for them because they aren’t tech savvy.
And that they don’t care at all that they make you go a month with zero income? Absolutely disgusting.
We need XRP to moon so bad.
Update: The system is so broken. SS said that it would “be illegal” for him to get support on his Medicare payment. Our local government are the ones that set it up for us.
Our local government told us that he was given Medicaid until January 1st and it would then switch to Medicare. Now they’re charging us for having Medicare in December when he didn’t apply for that. Why should we have to pay for useless Medicare when he’s not even on SS yet and we are getting 0 income because local government can’t pull their heads out long enough to give him his legally entitled unemployment?
At its deepest most foundational level, this country is an absolute mess held together by ratty old duct tape.
By the way I heard Brad Garlinghouse is gonna be on 60 mins on Sunday and do you know what’s going with RLUSD? When is that coming out?
No, sorry. I only just heard about that for the first time yesterday, and have no idea even what it is yet.
RLUSD is the Ripple stable coin and utilizes XRP to move it so when countries move their trillions of dollars they'll be using RLUSD and XRP is the vehicle that move the stable coins.

Taxes are another reason to hate the government. They needlessly over complicate everything. It’s all to cause chaos rather than function smoothly or actually be helpful.
All I want is to be able to cash out half my bag and have it be enough to pay off the house and survive. I don’t need a lambo, I just want to exist without stress and the ever present fear of homelessness eating away at me.
Family bank cards got hit yesterday by Middle Eastern names trying to send money to apple pay/cash app. Anyone else?

Our Congress needs prayers for courage. One of its members said so as he was exiting the DOGE session they had yesterday with Elon Musk and Vivek R.
So, what is the source of courage? Truth? Faith in the TRUTH?
What is everlasting and immutable?
It is futile to go against the TRUTH. It is futile to go against God.
imho
Oh yeah...

So all the restaurants they have still open are ruskie psyops, the articles written about some of their bankruptcy proceedings and some restaurant closures, etc - all of it just pretend? (Chuckle. I do believe you're just having a hard time accepting the whimsical sounding name. For some reason it makes me think of ancini di pepe - mini pasta of frogs).

Again, would love to see some sauce for these kind of pronouncements on X.
hmmm....
When I compare and contrast the Biden administrations cabinet positions picks to the Trump selections it doesn’t make sense. The Trump selections on the whole are more heroic than the soy boy selections of the Biden administration but yet why do a few Rinos vote for the Biden picks and not the Trump picks. ok that question is rhetorical should we follow the money?.
I have a prayer request, and this is a big one, for multiple reasons.
My stepfather needed bypass surgery. He was driven to the hospital early this morning, before sunrise.
However, as my mother was driving him, she turned too soon, and got two tires over the edge of our driveway. We had to call a tow truck, which had to call another to help. And because they couldn't afford it, I had to pay for them, over $300 worth that I can't afford right now.
Then it got worse. On the way there, they passed some homeless guy, who got so angry at them for whatever reason that he threw his flashlight at our car, and not only caused serious scratches on the door, but the back panel of a side mirror got completely dislodged, exposing the wiring.
On top of all this, while the surgery did go well, he is currently intubated on a fucking VENTILATOR, for reasons I do not understand. He is expected to be in the hospital for five to seven days.
We don't know what we're going to do. Can GME please fucking go TO THE MOON! already?! That's my only backup plan, and I bought in (over ten shares) because I was desperate and I trust YOU guys!
Is it possible to duct-tape the back of the mirror in case we have to go somewhere when it rains? We have the car under a carport right now, so there's that.
Oh, and the car's not insured. Insurance was cancelled a month or two ago because we can't fucking afford anything right now. Because of all of Dad's testing and preparation for this surgery.
Oh, and the warranty on the car has expired because it's about four years old.
God, I'm so frustrated right now. Please pray for our well-being.
I’m praying for you and your family. A junk yard may have your mirror. Yes, duct tape should protect it as long as you make sure it’s sealed all the way around. Idk what part of the country you’re in but picknpull is a great place to look if you are near one. They have half price days on all holiday weekends, too! Been here, done this a few times. May God help you with all of these woes. In Jesus’ name we ask. Amen. Hang in there. My family has been in a different yet similar storm lately. Satan is moving hard as he knows he has a short time.
Sending prayers for your FIL and the situation you are in🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Dear God this family is in dire need of your help. Place your calming hands over them. Show them that no matter how bad things are You are there to guide them.
Amen.
I am so sorry to hear this. My prayers are with you and your family. I know you guys will pull through this and this too shall pass. BTW did you invest in any crypto? Almost all of them have been soaring after Trump won. If you did, time to check what its worth now. Cheers, fren.
Top post front page this fren. Prayers matter and we are here for you
Also about the insurance, don't worry..
My wife spent over two years no registration and was not pulled over once.
But do get the mirror fixed. Amazon and ebay have good prices on parts. the key to not getting pulled over is the car looking right and driving super cautiously and legally
I didn't think it was relevant to Q or Trump at all--and it's not, it's personal--so I put it here.
Just so I'm clear, you think I should make this an actual topic?
Yes, I did. I made a prayer request as a top post and got good prayers and replies.
This is a Q research board but it is also the tip of the spear and one of our most lethal weapons is prayer. And a prayer for a frog or someone a frog loves is tippy top important
Very well, I will do so, and I'll tag you so as to give credit for the idea.

Safe travels, even though I’m not Catholic I respect all the craftsmen that restored the beauty of Notre Dame. I have not heard much of the restoration of the Cathedral in Normandy, but I hope their skills used at Notre Dame will be used to restore the damage of the stained glass. As a child I saw the parachuters stained glass and was very sad to hear the glass had been damaged.
Pearl Harbor remembrance day is Saturday 12-7-2024. I think.
just needed to vent..everything requires waiting. Waited 4 years figuring things out, having faith, making sure DJT becomes President again. And now waiting game again with XRP..when will RLUSD comes out, everything sets in place, and for it to rise like a phoenix. Life is a waiting game but in the end everything will work out as planned.
XRP and the rest (Stellar etc) have been soaring lately. XRP wen from 50 cents to > $2 lately and seem to be set to keep soaring.
Hbar will be working with XRP and Hbar have solved many issues with crypto like security, speed, and so on.
Both hips were bad but I was able to replace one. Then my feet started going numb. Thought it was diabetes. It was not. Did a mri it was a spine disc bulging issue. Got injections today. Been having an issue with my only good eye and summed it up to old age and they gave me prescription.
My eye already seems better today and I don’t know if that is possible? Been wearing the prescription so long that not wearing them affects my vision due to be essentially addicted to it, but I can focus without them on a lot easier now.
Since I was a teenager I would always have periodic times when my heels would hurt really bad if I put pressure on them. Never at the same time but I remember when in the military I would drink water and carry on so to speak.
I do know nerves control the feet where the injections are but wonder if that also has some connection to at least my good eye. My other one just hangs out where it wants :)
The eye nerves are controlled by four* of the twelve cranial nerves. These nerves arise directly in the brain and do not traverse the spinal cord. Thus, it is unlikely that a bulging disk would affect vision or eye motor control. On the other hand, improving your overall health and reducing pain could have an effect across your whole body.
*Optic nerve, oculomotor nerve, trochlear nerve and abducent nerve. The first is the sense of sight and the other three control the movement of the eye.

Thank you. It is nice to see people instead of focusing on my typos and most likely incorrect wording, you can still understand the meaning.
Those like you give me hope for humanity.
Ironically, I am somewhat of a grammar and spelling nazi but there are people who have no sense of humor or willingness to learn so I have learned to curb my enthusiasm. I had a boss years ago who had been an executive secretary early in her career. She insisted that any written comms going to the wider corporate community from our organization be reviewed by her. One of my proudest moments came after submitting some documentation to her for review when she told me I didn’t have to have my writing reviewed by her in the future. I felt I had passed an important test.
In any case, I am glad that you have gotten some relief, chronic pain can be literally maddening and I hope you continue to improve.
Thank you.
I have been in telecom for almost 3 decades and was an avionics tech in military.
Some days I am sending comms to people from Russia, Mexico, SA, India and more depending on what type of service i am working on.
It might be a broken mind like mine, but it seems like everyone in telecom makes so many grammatical mistakes. However I can always decipher their meaning and vice vera. My favorite is when I puss off someone in another country and they call me dude. I know how things flow on the internet so when something is broken I will tell them where it is broke and they do not like that.
I completely understand where you are coming from and when I was in college the professor was like that. So I wrote perfect papers that were conservative sided where she would have to give me a perfect score but would harass me in the hallway and say I was worthless.
:)
I was in IT and telecom for over forty years starting as a programmer and ending as a firewall ops engineer. I spent twenty years with Ma Bell and some time with the biggest name in networking. I am happily retired and learning CAD and electronics just to keep my mind busy.
Best wishes and Merry Christmas to you!

Posted this on late yesterday evening general chat, reposting to get a few more eyes on it. Recently had two family members with different medical issues. One with high blood pressure that won't seem to go down even with a good diet and prescribed medication. Doctor's solution was to double the medication. Not really working. The other family member has Parkinson disease. Both are non vaxxed and based. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Of course I understand all replies "are not medical advice." Thanks in advance.
Question 1: is one of the “blood pressure medicines a statin? If not, then no need to consider how to deal with side effects of statins.
Question 2: does the “good diet” mean no salt or low salt? Celtic and / or ancient seabed salts (Himalayas and Andes mountains) with trace minerals are important. Without them inbalances can occur then the body can produce too much “aldosterone” hormone causing kidneys to retain sodium leading to high bp.
Video Barbara O’Neill on Celtic salts and bp https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgY126QX_w0
Question 3: how are the kidneys? If kidney function is low, then there’s nutrients for healing there too.
Are there certain days when blood pressure is higher, and certain sleepless nights such as when there are solar storms? L-carnosine peptide strengthens my heart, Bestvite brand, and you can share that with your doctor. Some say that L-Carnosine is an inefficient way for the body to utilize beta alanine and histidine, but it works fine.
Another question, how is the nitric oxide levels? The endothelial layers of blood levels can be repaired. The only product a cardiologist showed me that works is Endocalyx Pro. https://endocalyxpro.com/
How are the teeth, if no cavities, great! Nitric oxide gets produced when there’s good bacteria /probiotics in the saliva and gums. Chewable oral probiotics work! like Solaray brand, but it is expensive. Swanson and a few other places have good oral probiotics too.
I hope the best for your family members.
Thank you for you detailed questions and response. I'm not sure of the answers, but will certainly discuss this information with my family member.
Welcome! For your family member with Parkinsons, check if there has been in the past exposure to chemicals. Here is Cellcore scientists of Idaho writeup on nutrient mixes for chem detox, nutrients used in the past like Zeolites (rated 9 out of 10 for effectiveness) and then their own new mix of nutrients is here. https://cellcore.com/blogs/articles/9-old-school-toxin-binders-plus-meet-a-better-binder ____ Touchstone has both Zeolites and Fulvic plant mix similar to Cellcore. Cellcore seems to be all-in-one. https://thegoodinside.com/
If the doc thinks no detox is necessary, then there’s some neat research and products the doc can review.
A) Dr. Axe’s nutrition ideas including green tea to boost dopamine (make sure kidneys are healthy when drinking green tea) https://draxe.com/health/parkinsons-disease-natural-treatment-remedies/
B) Infrared saunas and FAR red light and near inrared light therapy.
AI Overview Learn more Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation (PBM), is a potential treatment option for Parkinson's disease, with early studies showing promising results in alleviating symptoms like motor function, cognition, and mobility by stimulating cells in the brain and potentially reducing inflammation, though larger scale clinical trials are needed to confirm its effectiveness and safety. Key points about red light therapy for Parkinson's:
Mechanism: Red light therapy aims to improve mitochondrial function within cells by delivering low-power red or near-infrared light to the brain, potentially enhancing energy production and nerve cell health.
Potential benefits: Studies suggest red light therapy may help with symptoms like tremors, gait difficulties, muscle stiffness, cognitive decline, and even improve quality of life for Parkinson's patients
C) Bioastin (Hawaii) brand Astaxanthin —this brand is so good compared to others it helps me get more sunlight in the summer without getting sunburned, and I am lighter-colored skin. Doctor can review the brand here with testimonials https://www.nutrex-hawaii.com/products/bioastin-hawaiian-astaxanthin-12mg-75ct
AI Overview Learn more Astaxanthin, a carotenoid with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, may help with brain health in several ways: Cognitive function Astaxanthin may improve episodic memory, response time, and working memory in humans. In animal studies, astaxanthin may help maintain cognitive function in the elderly. Neurological disorders Astaxanthin may help protect against neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and traumatic brain injury. It may also help with cognitive impairment and neuropathic pain.
Neurogenesis Astaxanthin may promote adult neurogenesis by enhancing cell proliferation and stem cell potency. It may also help preserve the activity of neurogenic niches during aging.
Brain aging Astaxanthin may alleviate pathological brain aging by upregulating hippocampal synaptic proteins. Brain cell regeneration Astaxanthin pre-treatment may promote nerve cell regeneration by increasing the expression of genes involved in brain recovery
D) Review gut health microbiome — affects brain health — this neuroscientist talks about repairing it without needing probiotics https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJ1UmNBlGp0 — this video might be “not direct to the point” — Dr. Scott Sherr, M.D.
(my note, if your family doc likes this, “Pharma GABA” is a version of GABA is natural versus synthetic GABA and places like Vitamin Shoppe carry the natural https://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/stress-relax-pharmagaba-100-mg-60-capsules/f3-1160)
best wishes and prayers
Wow! Thank you so much for this information. I will be seeing this family member tomorrow so this is perfect timing! I just printed a copy for them and myself to review with them. Thank you again for all your help.
You need to get the artery cleanse from u/JohnTitor17. He will send it to you. It's L-Lysine and Vitamin C which both can be bought over the counter. A lot of High Blood Pressure is caused from arteries being blocked. I too have high blood pressure and my doctor had to change my medicine 3 times before finding one that really worked. In the meantime, PM JT17 and he will give you the cleanse I am sure. Not saying he still won't have high blood pressure, but his arteries will be cleaned out and functioning top notch.
Mary, as always you are kind and considerate. Thank you for your response and suggesting the JohnTitor17 protocol.
You're welcome. I thought perhaps if nothing else worked medically, then this should most likely open the arteries to help lower the blood pressure. And there's always prayer. Never forget the power of prayer.

Thank you for your suggestion and the link. I'll watch this and then share it with my family.
I've always wondered if high blood pressure has to do with psychology. If you're a super anxious person/high strung, isn't it most likely you'll have high blood pressure? Just a thought. I never checked but when I do check my blood pressure is always normal, but I knew that already because I feel the peace of God and calm in my heart. My friend and coworker both, their blood pressure is too high everytime before they go see doctors for annual check-up because they get so nervous (in case they find some disease/cancer in them). I think there is definitely a correlation there.
My BP or heart rate gets up during stressful times especially when I’m rushing in traffic and think I’m Dale Earnhardt Sr (race car driver). Then at dr office my BP is high. However I don’t feel bad. Years ago when BP was very high at times I felt very bad. It would make you very tired and feel like you are going to pass out & that was on medication. Once I had panic attacks a few times and really thought it was my heart. Scared me so bad I called my mil who was a nurse. I was seriously thinking about going to the ER. Thankfully I don’t have problems with either anymore. It can put the fear of God in you really quickly.
I do see that my family member seems to be tired all the time, even with the medications. I don't think there have been any panic attacks but I'll check this out. Glad to hear you are doing better.
Hey, I’m still researching and also have been busy lately. For the Parkinson’s, if I had something that serious or cancer I’d see a naturopathic doctor. They are very expensive! However I don’t trust mainstream doctors or hospitals because they don’t attempt to cure. Even if the cancer leaves you have a lifetime of “preventive” meds that don’t always work and horrible side effects. I’m not bashing all doctors. They saved my life almost two years ago. I still see doctors but use caution. To start researching symptoms of Parkinson’s. Then research herbs, supplements, cbd, minerals that might help the symptoms. I find good info on YouTube. You have to weed out the crazy ones. Once you/they decide what herbs to try ask me or others what’s the better resource. I usually buy herbal tinctures from small businesses that forage the herbs and make them. Essential oils are great for many conditions (aromatherapy). Some brands are basically watered down, always check out the company. Another note even some doctor/natural medicine give gov sourced info pushing gov acceptable diet, grains, certain greens; I just don’t trust that. We each have to make our own decisions. Thanks, on the feeling better note. I really think it’s simply giving body time to heal, weight loss and especially diet.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful response. I agree with everything you've shared and will pass these suggestions along to my family members. Thankfully this husband (who has Parkinson) and wife who takes care of most everything for him are based and open to this type of information.
Here’s a few sites and things to look up. If I find more I’ll send later.
https://www.indigo-herbs.co.uk/ Search Parkinsons: I’m seeing several results. I personally wouldn’t buy from them because they are in UK. They have always had good information so I use as a resource.
https://www.rjwhelan.co.nz/ I don’t see Parkinson’s in the search. Possibly helpful information under N - nerve. His site has good information in general. Well respected in herbal community.
I searched Parkinson’s on YouTube. I don’t have time to dig into each video. Usually what I do for my own needs is watch several videos on the topic and search online. I also follow herbalists on instagram. Then I evaluate the information. Is one herb mentioned by different sources? If yes I then study that herbs benefits. I saw a video by Dr Berg, I believe he’s reliable.
https://www.youtube.com/live/_FsuO_dOR4M Dr Ken Berry Parkinson’s & Alzheimer’s. I’ve watched many of his videos. His story is interesting, primary doctor giving the standard advice to patients with diabetes. Fast forward to years later and he’s either diabetic or pre diabetic. He follows his own advice and finds out gov recommendations don’t work. He starts studying different diets and eventually finds results with carnivore. His wife eats keto. They both have YouTube channels. He touches on many diseases in his videos.
https://youtu.be/VF5_mMJi8bg Dr Shawn Baker, this is a short clip. It’s possible he has a longer video. He’s very much awake! Has started an online/video conference medical practice. I don’t know details of this. I’ve been following him about a year. He’s also pro carnivore. I’m not pushing this on anyone! Just sharing what I’m finding. It’s possible algorithms are pushing the people I watch to top of my search results.
https://youtu.be/Ty5l5ZF10qY Dr Anthony Chaffee interview with person that has or had Parkinson’s. I didn’t watch this. His videos are extremely long, but usually has good information. Some as long as there hour, I usually watch it over several days. I read the transcript. It’s a quick way to see if it’s helpful information. On the mobile app (might be possible on PC) transcript is a ways down the info/title. Click on more. Dr Caffee has an interesting story also about going carnivorous. He says he doesn’t eat any plants because they make him sick or feel bad.
https://youtu.be/RCYt6X8l0yI Dr Anthony Chaffee’s dad diagnosed with Parkinson’s. I didn’t watch, in transcript at 25:14 (your experience with your father having um parkinson's disease). It’s possibly worth watching entire video. FYI: if you have seen him tell his story about getting into carnivore you can fast forward in other videos if he mentions it. Usually says same thing. He interviews people and others interview him, so I’ve FF a lot😊
Again, not pushing this. I find it interesting so many doctors are eating carnivore and have turned away from the standard medical BS pushed by gov & big pharma. Dr Chaffee is a neurosurgeon and lives in Australia. He has the most content on the subject. If you don’t like YouTube I think he’s on rumble. My internet is too slow for rumble.
Always remember herbs can interact with prescription medications. Mainly causing RX to be less effective. It takes several weeks to months to notice benefits from herbs. Unlike RX what works for me might not work for you. Basically in nature there’s multiple uses for one plant and most plants have multiple benefits.
Hopefully this will get y’all started on research. If I find info on high BP I’ll share.
Let me say again, Wow! Thank you for all the resources and suggestions on where and how to look. This will give my family members (and me) a great place to start. I especially like the point about looking at the transcripts as well as the videos. I like to have time to mull things over and digest them so the transcripts are perfect!
Your welcome. I’ll include them in my prayers. When I find more info I’ll share. I need to get herbal medicine books. Most online search engines push big universities, hospitals and gov sites when looking for herbal medicine. Many people here don’t like YouTube and that’s their right. I find a lot of good information there. I also follow herbal medicine accounts on instagram that are very helpful for basic information. If they live near a Chinese medicine store that might be a good resource. I don’t know enough about Chinese meds to speak on it. I buy Dr Christopher’s herbal supplements. I don’t take them regularly, only when I’m sick. There’s other good brands as well.
I believe in some cases this could be true, but I highly doubt it in this case. Normally very healthy physically, mentally, and spiritually. Just wasn't feeling good for a while and went to have it checked out. Was surprised by the high blood pressure but it's been pretty consistently high for about a month or two now. Thanks for your thoughful response.
