Let's think about the legal process that Barry might be subjected to. President Trump only has three years in office so if Barry were to be place on a civilian trial it would take a very long time to complete. The trial would be slow rolled, kicked down the road, and to get a judge and jury seated might take a year or two. That should be a conservative time frame. With Barry being a former President, there would be a lot of behind the scenes negotiations because of sensitive national secrets which might be touched upon, yet cannot be allowed to be shown in open court. Thus, delays until these types of roadblocks are dealt with.
Now, if it goes to a military tribunal then the prosecution of this type of case would roll along pretty quickly. A few three, four and five star generals sitting in the jury box, (pretty easy to get because there are so few of them, anyways), the judge will be picked from a list (first name on a rotating basis), and the evidence won't be nitpicked to death.(everybody involved will probably have a top secret clearance). So, from start to finish I would guesstimate it will only take a couple of months.
I'm pretty certain Q and the boys want all traitors tried and sentenced well before Donald Trump's presidency comes to an end.
