My belief is that while any possible "future" timeline can be explored, it is not known with 100% confidence that most events will happen. It violates one of the fundamental laws of the universe (free will). It's difficult to say to what scale online posts and opinions are synthetic. Many of these sites have 10-100x readers versus "writers", so there is a substantial incentive to censor and shape what the readers see.
