I've never understood why the Border Patrol and Military/NatGuard cannot open fire on anyone illegally crossing. You can shoot a home invader. Why not someone invading your country? Sure - give a warning shot and verbal warning to turn around... but when that fails - drop them as soon as they cross the border. It would only take a few of these making the news before illegal invaders would start to think twice.
This actually happens pretty regularly. It gets noticed almost immediately, but sometimes takes a few hours to resolve. BGP has very little security implemented (though several options exist). It is an old protocol that makes up the very (routing) fabric of the interwebs.
This usually happens due to human error, or an attack against some provider/network/service. When someone else "announces" a network that does not belong to them, within minutes, ALL the traffic for that network begins routing to them instead of the rightful network owner. This can be used for a multitude of malicious attacks, traffic inspection, client (browser) hijacking, etc.
It looks like it was down to the minute, or extremely close. Video shows 5;06 ET as he makes the statement. Q post shown as proof was posted at 17;07pm, or 5:07pm ET. Within a 60 second window - I'd say that's pretty spot on for a live rally, wouldn't you?
Odd. Where are you coming from (country)? Looks like I'm being routed (from Texas) through the Netherlands, where it is dropping the traffic.

This is BS - Data Centers use chilled water LOOPS, where the water is cooled and circulated to heat exchangers to pull heat out of the rooms - the water is heated by this process and needs to be pumped through either evaporative or direct exchange cooling towers to again be cooled.
The evaporative cooling only works in warm climates, and uses nothing like "millions" of gallons per day, even for massive data centers.
I'm going to go with "comms" on this one...
The cycle is based on the 12,800 years between transits of our galactic plane. We pass thru the galactic plane... the densest part of our galaxy, the mid-line of the 'saucer'... every ~12,800 years... more bodies, comets, gravity, etc. This, in turn, causes a much higher probability of impacts, gravitational effects (translating to seismic/volcanic activity), etc. The ~6000 year period is us 'changing direction' within the galactic electric sheet... i.e. reaching the extreme ends of the 'sine wave' of our orbit above/below the galactic plane.
