There is no reason to assume this. To suggest we are likely (or certain) to have 4 years of Biden/Harris if the election is proven fraudulent is ludicrous. If it is proven to such an extent that no one can deny it, and the courts do not overturn it (which is not only the only legal path but also precedence as I linked to above) then it will come to war.
