I notified my employer of the possible federal law breaking mask mandate and then foumd out that I'm fired because I let other employees know about that possibility.

Talk to an attorney. It is not against the law to discuss pay or human resource issues with co-workers, Companies try to say it is illegal to discuss, but it's not, they just don't want co-workers rising up when they find out they are not being paid equally.
Under labor act laws it’s illegal for them to fire you over discussing with your fellow colleagues issues surrounding your workplace or pay
My state has a "no fault" type firing in the workplace. In other words they don't HAVE to give you a reason for firing you.
They do if you subpoena them, pursuant to a wrongful firing investigation.
Yes you can be fired for any reason, or no reason, but not an illegal one.
Username checks out
I'm not saying that's how it should be, that's how it is in "no fault" states.
The NLRA is at the federal level and applies to all employers.

Take a look and you should have what you need to protect yourself.
Yep exactly this.
Yea....sounds like you need to talk to a lawyer ASAP!
Retaliation is illegal.
I am sorry man. I just got fired from Costco. I am certain we are both better off. God bless and Good luck my fellow patriot.
Costco is a world economic forum partner for the great reset. Quit shopping there last year -- EVIL CORP.
Great call. Wish I could say the same. I stopped shopping there on Sunday, well a few weeks before that.
We have saved alot of $$ Living in the pnw, we mostly go without if we can't find a neutral vendor. No amazon. No Netflix, no Disney. Drive 30 min to groc stores that dont discriminate. 3 restaurants on our yes list.
Changing cell phone carriers to least toxic. That one's tge trickiest. & home imprvement....
Patriot mobile donates to conservative causes.
Really like Patriot Mobile. Customer service and rates have been great.
Yea, we are ending our relationship with them too. They just merged with BLM lover Tmobile. AT&T is our last option....which sux. They are not great either.
Pretty soon it will just be ham radio!
Patriot Mobile merged wit TMobile?
Patriot mobile is owned by sprint. Sprint merged with Tmobile. :(
I hate whats happening to our state, inslee and all of the clowns in Seattle need to leave
Indeed. We are leaving this summer.
Awesome, very well played. The farmers market starts here soon and I look forward to doing that instead of grocery store veggies. Well done sir, well done.
Thank you. Ftr, I am a mama, Nana, wife ?
Well your husband did great, cause you ma'am have a brain in your head and a set of morals. We appreciate you. God bless
Thank you for the kind words!! Truly made my day :).
Boycott Costco
World economic forum partner? Damn. But Northwest biz, close to MS campus and Bills place.
Can you please provide a link to Costco being part of the WEF? I can't seem to find one.
Okay so full disclosure, that is my husband's domain. The WEF website list of partners in the great reset is not their front page, but he tells me its on their site.
I just can't make myself go to THAT source, idkw. Terrifies me.
Be a plumber electrician or HVAC mechanic assuming you're aren't a felon. First get yourself an apprenticeship. Work your tail off. You'll never regret it.
Carpentry, and those trades you mentioned, will always be in demand
Yep, those things can't happen without hands.. ?
Damn I've heard that place is like the dream for retail workers.
The job is fun if you like to work hard. So I rather enjoyed the Chaos of it, but I used to make way more money at the job before that one. Costco is one fucked up evil corporation. That place is pure evil.
why what goes on there?
You can’t be fired for discussing federal law or getting the jab. Frontline doctors will happily set you up with their law people. Just go to their site.
That's how it works in my state IN
thats how it works when you think you have no rights even in an at will state such as IN.
Masks for viral transmission prevention were granted for Emergency Use. Under the law for Emergency Use, a person must be informed of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product (masks). Here is the law that your employer has violated:
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/21/360bbb-3#:~:text=of%20the%20option%20to%20accept%20or%20refuse%20administration%20of%20the%20product
Nice ! Great!
That’s not what the law says. It says the secretary of health & human services, if they deem it appropriate, can set conditions requiring such notification on providers administering a product. That law imposes no requirements on employers.
Unconstitutional mandates NOT legislated in state governments beyond the usual 30 days for 'state of emergencies' hold no enforcement-only pricky tyrants assume they have the powah to maintain them for the year. They will pay....oh how they will pay.
Masks are medical devices. NONE of them have the option of telling people to use such a thing.
I am aware and they were informed.
Ohhhh yeahhhh, this one's gonna be a juicy bit of litigation, Fren :) Let me know and I will chip in some cash if you decide to sue. Even $20 bucks... anything I can spare.
Are you in a right to work state?
Congrats! You just won the lottery. Americasfrontlinedoctors.org and fill out the plaintiff form.
Their notice is the one I gave my work which caused me being fired.
Next step is the lawsuit. Free money. Take from the woke and give to the broke.
Now sue. https://www.americasfrontlinedoctors.org/ will connect you with legal help in any state.
Awaiting their contact. I used the notice they made and gave it to my employer. My employer then terminated me.
Yep, sounds like a lawsuit. I’m thinking of suing our governor for $25 million for the lawless hardship he’s put on our state and continuing to enforce mandates without medical proof to back anything up. I think a lot of people should be suing their governors.
Medical Tyranny
By people who are NOT doctors, and NOT legal to tell you to use medical devices. That's against the law in ANY form.
Trickle down tyranny at its most blatant...
eeoc
Here some information that I found on this site by one of our pedes. https://greatawakening.win/p/12igmDjJOm/pedes-fighting-employer-mask--va/c/
You need to have them give you the paperwork that lists the reason for your firing, if you do not have it already. They are obliged by law to do so.
Yes but they can't be fired for an illegal cause.
Lawyer up. Sue the shit outta them. Vet your lawyer thoroughly.
Hospitals violate the law listed below. Their employees must wear masks. I hope all the hospital administrators who billed patients as Covid admissions/deaths when they died of other causes are prosecuted. Also Big Pharma, pharmacists, doctors and hospitals that blocked hydrochloroquine and ivermectin use and administration are also prosecuted.
SUE and crowdfund here.
Law suit you can take the job of the one who fired you.
I spoke with a lawyer after an employment issue. My only regret is that I didn't speak with him sooner. Speak with a lawyer immediately. It will be worth the consultation fee.
Lawsuit INCOMING!!!
Even if you can't sue or don't think you can because of right-to-work, still speak with a lawyer in that specific field of law, employment, many times they will not charge you as they expect to be interviewed.
I smell a lawsuit fren. Good luck and godspeed at taking them for a ride on this.
Don't need no stinkin' job, need a lawyer who can smell the money in the water.
Time to lawyer up
Now milk that forever-unemployment check and go on an adventure!
Time to start planning your exotic car collection.
Seriously though, God Bless you.
"Right to work" states can fire you for ANY reason they want and don't even have to give you a valid reason. Not sure what state you live in but check the Department of Labor wed site for your state to see what your legal recourse might be if any.
Good advice. An employer can can still be sued for discrimination, so there may be other avenues open in these states.
Here is some other info that may help someone:\
"The right-to-work doctrine, originally established in the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) of 1935, gives employees the option to refrain from engaging in collective activity such as labor organizing and union representation. A right-to-work state is a state that does not require union membership as a condition of employment. In other states, a person applying for a job where the employees are unionized could be required to join the union as a requirement of being hired. Because Arizona is a right-to-work state, employees are not required to be members of a union or pay union dues.
The employment at-will doctrine applies when an employee works for an employer without a written contract that sets forth the terms of the employment relationship. This is the situation for the vast majority of employment relationships.
Under the employment at-will doctrine, both the employer and employee can terminate an employment relationship at any time without consequence. The employment relationship can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all. The employer cannot, however, terminate an employee for an “illegal” reason, such as termination based on discrimination against certain protected classes such as sex, gender, race, religion or national origin; violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act; and termination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act."
