Dawn soap and a washcloth. It’s the oils that cause the rash, so the degreaser breakdown the oil and washcloth creates friction to remove it. My husband just has pi and this cleared it up right away.

I was at a family reunion like 20 years ago and we blew up a beaver dam... yeah I know its south GA what do you expect... Anyway, we made a huge crater with an anfo+detigel 2-3 five gallon bucket bomb and one of the trees next to it fell perfectly over the crater. So I run out on the fallen tree... hey hand me that stick I'm going to see how deep it is. Random cousin hands me the stick. Except the stick was super weird it was all wiggly and rubbery. So I test the hole. It was deep. Yay...
We walk out of the woods... I have to pee so I go off to the side and pee behind a tree... yeah I know male privilege... or not. The "stick" was a giant poison ivy/sumac vine that got blasted off the side of the tree and all the bark was stripped off of it. So it wasn't wet from creek water, it was the coated in sap and I got that crap all over my junk and my neck and face before anyone realize that's what it was.
I spent like two weeks laid up taking steroids and wishing I was dead. Don't recommend it at all. And yes I took like 10 showers in the first 2-3 days trying to wash that crap off. I was just doomed from the moment I took that "stick".
But at least I didn't have a doctor as stupid as the OP doctor.

The CDC and MSM line are that the Vax is safe and has not killed anyone. Many medical doctors parrot this. My friend has had COVID and got a blood clot. His medical doctor still recommended the shot. I think many doctors blindly follow the news and the medical journals ( which have all been politicized). I don't think most of these doctors are doing what they do because they are evil. It's just unbelievable that our CDC, and these journals have been so corrupted
All of this has caused me to lose faith in doctors and a good portion of modern medicine.
Their reputation is less than that of a bail bondsman or a hooker in my opinion.
Understand that a lot of these doctors are now employees in an organization. They want to keep their jobs as much as anyone else. Sad that they are compromising their ethics though. It's not as if information explaining the side -effects, long-term potential effects of the jab isn't everywhere online. ...
Most docs are forced to tie up so much time dealing with charting and paperwork, that they can’t possibly do all their own research.
They are no doubt, too trusting of the medical bureaucracy, but it’s how our system works.

That's a good thing, because there are many different ways to stay healthy and treat different conditions without resorting to drugs. Do your research. Look for natural cures, nutrition and you will find that you rarely have to resort to going to a doctor.

I saw my Dr. for a cortisone shot in my shoulder. (Internist). He asked if I had the shot and I told him I am skipping it since it is not a real vaccine and no long term studies. He said well your right. What about the flu vaccine, would you like that? I told him there was no flu this year, only covid, so I did not see the need for it. That was that.
Two weeks later I went with my wife to see a urologist for a kidney stone she had. Old timer. First thing from his mouth was "have you two had your covid vaccine yet". I told him "that's not happening, it's experimental". He said he disagreed. Don't know if he meant he disagreed with us not taking it, or that it is experimental. I will ask him on our followup visit. He does not know I am a retired surgical specialist. Perhaps I will let him know when we go back.

Get your vitamin D levels checked? Low vitamin D can lead to stiffness in the body. I think also high dietary calcium without enough K2 because the calcium ends up in the soft tissues rather than in the teeth and bones. I dunno, just look into it if you never figured out where the stiffness came from.

I’m an NP. I ask my pregnant patients if they’ve been vaccinated as a way to bring it up and try to encourage them NOT to get it. I wonder if I’ll get ratted out by one of them at some point - We will see. So far I’ve only had one still go ahead and get the vaccine. Everyone else says basically “hell no” to getting it, especially while pregnant. The physicians I work with are clueless and some have gotten their adolescent children vaccinated. They looked at me like I was crazy when I questioned them. Whatever. They act like they know everything, but clearly they are too lazy to even look up VAERS.

My doctor already knows I am Anti-VAX have been this way since I was mandated to take the H1N1 vax in NY State when I was working there back in 2009 I think. I went to a rally in Albany and learned all about what is in the vaccines and decided NO LONGER will I take a vax. Before that I had taken flu shots.

I have fluocinamide for poison ivy, which is a salve. I got some PI about a week ago, and put on the salve and voila, it was not itchy any more. Get some. The tube keeps for years and is still effective.

Calamine lotion. If you're allergic to it like I am, oatmeal based rash lotions and baths work. So does vinegar. It stinks like hell, and will sting the irritated skin, but it neutralizes the histamine response in your skin and will clear up the rash, too. Plus, it works on "no see ums," and other biting pest stings, too.

My son has a sever reaction to poison Ivy, but he can't take prednisone, so the Dr. told me to give him Zyrtec and Zantac. It worked great. Zantac is no longer on the market but Pepcid works just as good. Not giving medical advice, just saying what worked for us. :)

My mother is a retired RN. I have heard stories for years about the arrogant doctors who won’t listen to their patients or nurses. I would rather see a NP or a chiropractor at this. Then a DO. Most of the MDs I have seen in recent years (before I stopped going) were not good at all.
