To sum up what the video maker is saying: PCAPs were bait for hackers to try and hack into the symposium to prevent PCAPs from being shown -- and for the Red Team to monitor this traffic and trace it back.

However, the automatic assumption that the vote will go to the House per the 12th Amendment is highly speculative IMHO.
There may never be a question as to electoral vote count in the first place, if the vote outcome is corrected based on FRAUD.
Per the famous quote from the 1878 Supreme Court Throckmorton case, "Fraud vitiates everything:" cancels every contract, nullifies all it touches. This occurs at the instant the fraud is committed—not when it is discovered, challenged, or overturned in court.
IANAL but the basic concept is that any proof of systematic, calculated, intentional fraud by a campaign supposedly disqualifies that candidate and automatically hands the victory, to the candidate who earned the most votes without cheating.
If it went that way, Biden was literally never president. The record of it is expunged. There is no precedent or prescription of what to do in case of decertification; only if all 50 states FAIL to certify in the first place. Here, we have all 50 states certifying in the first place. There would have to be an argument among lawyers as to whether decertification actually exists legitimately and, if so, is it equal to not certifying in the first place, does it have the same legal weight, etc., etc.
Another reason I bet Trump doesn't take the 12th Amendment path is our crusty old pal Optics. Nothing would look less like he really nailed the criminals in the act and won over the majority of the People than a total tally of only 50 votes, with a sole predetermined outcome.

And then somebody comes up with a video camera of the actual robbery taking place. There's... it's like you have the whole picture, right? So that's what P-Caps are. The P-Caps are like that. That capstone that shows you the recording, show you all this hacking taking place in real time.

The OP somehow takes this to mean that there are no packet captures. We can see from just the first three words: there is data that was not presented. And that data COULD contain the packet captures.

OP is either way too sloppy or purposely misreporting things to fit a narrative.

To sum up what the video maker is saying: PCAPs were bait for hackers to try and hack into the symposium to prevent PCAPs from being shown -- and for the Red Team to monitor this traffic and trace it back.
The state scrolling data was, as the video maker suggests, the actual data that was seized in the Frankfurt raid, which utlimately went to ECW before being handed off to Mike Lindell on January 9th.
Then, as he suggests, Dominion would be watching the symposium and saying to themselves... "wait, if he doesn't have the PCAPs, then how and where did he get our ACTUAL numbers from?!?!" Which would then lead to panic, and them scrambling to cut deals.
After watching there is one large overarching truth. This entire time, any number of people could have stepped forward to debunk Lindells vote total claims. Of those, you would.imagine the Biden regime and Dominion would be stepping forward to at least explain in some fashion that it is false. Start running defense of sorts. But. Tbat has not happened. Seems to give an air.of truth to it all. Why wouldnt someone step forward before or after the symposium to at least say. "No, thats not accurate....we have checked and verified." But no one has. Only thing that makes sense is its real and tbey know it. They cannot come out with a lie to counter cause they are not sure if the PCAPS are real and in Lindells posession. However, the automatic assumption that the vote will go to the House per the 12th Amendment is highly speculative IMHO.
There may never be a question as to electoral vote count in the first place, if the vote outcome is corrected based on FRAUD.
Per the famous quote from the 1878 Supreme Court Throckmorton case, "Fraud vitiates everything:" cancels every contract, nullifies all it touches. This occurs at the instant the fraud is committed—not when it is discovered, challenged, or overturned in court.
IANAL but the basic concept is that any proof of systematic, calculated, intentional fraud by a campaign supposedly disqualifies that candidate and automatically hands the victory, to the candidate who earned the most votes without cheating.
If it went that way, Biden was literally never president. The record of it is expunged. It exists only as a warning and a foundation for mockery and ridicule at the hubris of communists thinking they could convert the USA to totalitarianism merely by stealing an election. Its legacy will be the millions of illegal aliens infesting this great nation with their violent crime, disease, sucking up social services, overbreeding, and human trafficking.
It also might not go to the state Houses to install Trump because the 12th Amendment doesn't mention DEcertification.
There is no precedent or prescription of what to do in case of decertification; only if all 50 states FAIL to certify in the first place. Here, we have all 50 states certifying in the first place. There would have to be an argument among lawyers as to whether decertification actually exists legitimately and, if so, is it equal to not certifying in the first place, does it have the same legal weight, etc., etc.
Another reason I bet Trump doesn't take the 12th Amendment path is our crusty old pal Optics. Nothing would look less like he really nailed the criminals in the act and won over the majority of the People than a total tally of only 50 votes, with a sole predetermined outcome.
Better would be a new election with some new amazing technology and an education campaign for it that somehow manage to convince techies and, more important, all the NON-techie voters, that it's now really impossible to cheat.
That election would be such a continental landslide for Trump, the entire country could end up in the ocean (the ultimate pyrrhic victory :). Anyway, cheaters absolutely should never get a 2nd bite at the apple as a reward for cheating, so the new-election option violates the conscience somewhat in that regard.
BEST would be simply to insist that since we have PROOF 2020 was stolen, and everybody grows up knowing that what is stolen must be returned, justice therefore NATURALLY demands the presidency be returned to its rightful owner. Even opponents can live with this, once they've had the undeniable, inarguable truth pounded into their thick skull 24/7 for long enough. Thou shalt not steal. They know it, I know it, everyone knows it.
