I think it's to differentiate between those who, for instance, wouldn't even take cow pox to prevent smallpox, and those who would take the cow pox, but have done a risk/reward of some sort on getting the coof versus taking the mRNA/protein spike vaccines, and decided it just wasn't worth it to get the vaccine.

Just be aware that the CDC recently changed THEIR definition of what a "vaccine" is, to include these mystery concoctions.
So, if someone points to that to claim you are wrong, just realize that the CDC does not define what a vaccine is (officially), and that they recently changed their own definition after decades, for the specific purpose of deceiving people.

Like I said, it's a risk/reward thing for me. Would I rather have the coof and risk a freak run of bad luck and die from it, or would I rather risk a 'vaccine' that's got worse side effects, including death from heart attack, stroke, etc with no guarantee that the vaccine will even prevent me from getting sick? Think I'll risk the coof killing me if it's all the same.
Same with polio. Would I rather risk having autism, or being crippled for life? I'll take the autism if it's all the same... Sucks not communicating well with others, but it's better than not being able to walk...
It's complicated. The vaccine is relatively safe, effective, and has a proven track record of success, and there's no real pressure to develop alternative therapies when we don't have dozens of crippled kids and adults walking around to remind us of the problem.
Regarding choice, anti-natalists literally say the same thing about being born. They weren't given a choice of life any more than a child is given a choice whether to risk autism or potentially being crippled for life. Give the vaccine or wait until the child is old enough to decide for themselves, at which point the damage may already be done. That's why we entrust these decisions to parents.
I hope you don't take this as me dismissing your argument out of hand, by the way. It's a valid argument, one I use myself when it comes to certain religious surgeries., but I think the risk has to be weighed against the benefits on both sides of the decision.

Watched as China was protected by the same media and politicians promoting the jab. Watched as serious scientists debunked the vaccine's effectiveness and informed us of potential dangers. I would perceive any attempt to put that shit in me as an attempt to murder me, and I have the will and the means to defend myself appropriately.

My Dad was watching Dr. Siegel on Fox News, and it was hilarious how he said, in back-to-back sentences, that this was the fastest a vaccine has received full approval in history, followed by how we now can have confidence that it’s safe and effective because it was fully vetted and approved.

If Delta is the major concern, why do I have to get the first vax instead of getting the booster right away?
I mean - conceptually - the first jab protects you for 9 or so months, maybe a year, then your body stops producing antibodies, so the next jab re-ups the antibody production.

There is certainly a great deal of confusion and a real shortage of reliable information on both sides of the equation. It depends which side you think has the burden to prove the case. From my standpoint, that burden rest squarely on the government and the campaign of fear and intimidation does nothing to bolster my confidence in their case. Just remember that with one decision, you are locked in while the other decision still leaves you with options. Your decision is potentially life altering so be certain before you act.
So I just got Covid. I got it because I had my vaxxed neice stay with me for a couple weeks. 100% guaranteed it was from her vax. No she did not have symptoms. I take VitC, D3, Zinc, Mag everyday. Have not had a sniffle or cough since this started. 4 of us got sick and the only common denominator was those that spent ample time with my neice and her boyfriend the 2 weeks they were there.
