So... I have 10 years til full retirement so, I calculated 10 years of salary (to include a minimal 3% cost of living increase each year) plus healthcare costs to cover til I'm 65 and padded that by 30% to cover attorneys fees. :-)

Hell even had the head of radiation safety ask my vaccine status in front of 20 other employees.
