I work in the federal gov't. One of my duties is to review and sign off on offboarding requests. It's not unusual to go through periods where there are sporatic large numbers of people clearing. Usually students rotating out. But over the last few days these offboardings have been almost non-stop. Sh!tloads of people leaving, and not just students. Professionals, credentialed, non-credentialed, steady stream. Can't help but wonder if many aren't a result of the unconstitutional jab mandate?
If it is because of the jab mandate - I wish they'd stop and make them fire them. We need people like them in the federal government now more than ever.
The federal government is long gone. State and local government is going to determine what happens to America the next few decades.
All that are left will be easy to vet and then positions will open for experienced people...who left.
Maybe we don't need the government. These people can find their way in the private sector, and maybe we can stop paying stupid taxes.
The openings created by patriots leaving government will be filled with Biden yes men.
I honestly couldn't give a shit. Biden can make all of the edicts and decrees he wants (or his puppet masters want), it only matters if people go along with it.
If all of the decent people leave office, and leaving a tiny shell of satan-worshing commies, then it makes it that much easier to round them up and make them face a firing squad.

Wait, I thought the military was in control? How is Biden making a mandate and people are actually leaving if he isn't POTUS? I thought Trump was still running things behind the scenes?
Anyone can mandate things, that doesn't mean people have to listen. I can try mandating that no one is allowed to jerk off any more. I doubt anyone would go along with that.
With government, the reason we go along with what people in government positions said, is because they have have the consent of the governed. With Biden's fake mandate, that all goes out the window. If everyone stops giving a fuck and stops listening, then is Biden or Jen Psaki going to personally go door to door and jab everybody?
This could very well be the case. Biden extended some of the executive orders that Trump had in place.
The situation in Afghanistan is also probably Trump. I think he cut a deal with the Taliban and gave them the resources to keep the CIA out of their country.
The mandates could also be Trump as well. To force everyone to wake up and grow a spine and stop following like sheep.
In terms of mechanics, My theory is that congress and a lot of DC has been arrested (already) and replaced by actors. Biden and the Biden administration is probably a being used for two purposes.
To push an extreme communist agenda to smoke out community level grunts. As we've seen a lot of attention being put on hospitals and schools who are forcing masks and jabs. Just cleaning out DC wouldn't get rid of all of the teachers, lawyers, judges, DA's, mayors, and other lower level DS agents that permeate our society.
To set the Biden Administration up for failure. Right now the FRB is printing itself out of existence. America is backing out of Afghanistan. The economy is terrible. Basically the central bank is at a cycle where everything is starting to fall apart and they would like to blame this on Trump but they can't. So Biden being in POTUS and completely brain-dead focuses the attention on who is actually behind the scenes.

Hi I am also a Federal contractor. I just got the email from my company as well saying I have 2 weeks to "attest to my vaccination status" or be put on unpaid leave indefinitely. My wife and I just bought a house a month ago and had a baby 2 months ago, now I have no idea what to do. I will never get the jab so my only option seems to be let them fire me.
I feel for you. I have money and can take being let go. Wife in coma will kill me, but whatever.
I’m an atheist so I can’t really say that God will provide, but if someone moves your cheese, go find some better cheese. Make them fire you. Get unemployment at least. Get your resume up to date and get it out there immediately. If you have a social network, use it. Put the word out that you’re looking. Someone might know someone that might know someone.
Not sure unemployment will pay out since you willfully declined.
The secret is to get a separation letter which includes that you are eligible for rehire. That way that indicates from the company that you left in good standing...
If he's fired unemployment will pay as long as as there's not gross misconduct like stealing.
That's not how it works. I've missed out in payments for "breaching policy" and this won't be any different.
Not sure where you live but in Colorado you can collect unemployment if you've been fired as long as it's not for"gross misconduct " like stealing

Not a free handout when my state forced me to choose between my life and livelihood. I have never taken unemployment before and I have no problem taking now in the midst of this tyrannical government over reach!
My company also put out a statement today. The EO covering federal contractors does not identify specific safety protocols at this point. Instead, a federal task force will issue guidance by September 24th.
I think my company's leadership knows they will lose in the long run if they have to mandate vaccines. My department is stretched thin and losing 10-25% of our workers at once would be devastating. The people who would be forced to make up the labor would be overworked and they would quit too. The chain-reaction would result in losing contracts for failure to perform.
I'm more worried about the bigger impact these EOs will have on the country and the economy. For example, TSA rely on contractors to service their equipment. If their equipment is broken, their screening times go way up. If air travel becomes unreasonable due to being unable to get through airport screening, a lot of other jobs will be impacted. Many other industries will have similar impacts if these EOs result in people being forced out of work.
As far as I can tell, Biden is pulling the wrong block on the Jenga tower of America. It is all about to come crashing down.
I've seen a few GoFundMe accounts where people were in similar situations.
Seems like a good way for patriots to help out our own.

I was looking at my bank account running low, my stocks are doing well. But I had so much money unaccounted for even after a vacation where I splurged quite a bit.

I have a friend that is a long-time contractor and they are telling me they have until Oct. 8 to prove they are fully jabbed to keep their job. Many are saying they don't know what to do since the job is their livelihood. I've tried giving them resources to fight it but they seem to want to roll over instead. It's really too bad.
Their job might be their livelihood, but the jab could be their deadlihood. No matter how much money they make, it's not going to do them any good at all if they're six feet under.
It would be incredible if that was the case! The problem is, we haven't been loud enough. We haven't shown what we are truly capable of. And that is destroying a very corrupt and very wicked government that has just gotten worse Through Time. If everyone stands together and says, 'enough is enough', what is the minority going to say? What are they going to do?

At my work we have had a steady flow out as well, they can’t hire people to replace the people that left 3 months ago. I’m hoping if it comes to it they say work from home, if not I’ll say please fire me.
People should not be leaving their jobs voluntarily.
Make them make you leave. And even then, give them a little resistance on the way out the door, trying to productively finish that last task, whatever it may be. They can't physically jab you. So ignore their threats and coercion. Just go about your business.
I plan to keep showing up and doing my job without answering questions about my health. They'll have to make it physically impossible for me to not do my job for me to stop doing my job. It's not being insubordinate if they restrict my access.
I'll see how I feel if it gets to that point. Anyway. Don't leave, fuckers. Stay and do your job, well.

My question is where are they going and won't they run into another mandate? I thought about leaving but at this point, I'm staying until they say, if you have an exemption, you have to test every so often, then I say no and they leave me alone or they fire me.
The way it works in the private sector, if the company is smart they'll make an offer for you to leave voluntarily. They know firing you could be very expensive so they'll try to cajole you into quitting. If you don't, they'll make sure you never get a raise or promotion. At some point you'll get so fed up that you'll leave. In the Government, they'll do everything to get you to leave voluntarily. Any jobs that are unfilled will go to the Dem family and friends who will gladly kick back a percentage of their pay either to the "big man" or whoever is running and is responsible for their hire. Everyone wants the retirement package, especially low lifers that couldn't get a job on the outside. Kicking back a big piece of their salary is the cost of getting the retirement deal.
Why actually work for the government, when you can choose not to work and still get money from the gubmint?

Fed here. We've had 3 leave from my hall already.... out of 18. That's pretty high for a single week. We currently have over 900 openings with 2400 employed. Mind you, we are a VA. Thats a significant amount of health care providers. It's only going to get worse.
I’m VA as well. I can’t say what our numbers are but it’s a big uptick in departures for sure.
Maybe this is a good time for us to get back to our roots.
Patriots leaving their old jobs over vax mandates can now start up small, family owned businesses and get back to how things used to be, before huge soulless corporations took over.
Small business are exempt from vax mandates. I can't imagine that people can't figure out some business or trade that they could do.

Ive come to the idea that being uncancle-able and leading a modest living doing something I like over hating myself/my job and being stressed to death all for status or money which sounds awful.
Want some damn chickens and cattle too. Self sufficiency/homesteading and small businesses is where its at.
We're going to soon see who in this country value material possessions and convenience over not only their own lives and health, but that of the loved ones they live with as well.
It's going to become more difficult for those people getting vaxed in secret to continue to pretend like they're resisting pressure to get vaxxed as well.
I've personally seen three people I know getting vaxxed at CVS when I was shopping there. And they continue to brag online about how they won't be controlled by liberal vaxtards, and will sue their employers if they get fired for not getting vaxed.
