Knowing the clientele that attend Broadway shows in LA, this is likely attributed to delta paranoia as opposed to the requirement. That said, it’s extremely satisfying to see empty shows. Even the Sunday matinee (an extremely popular time) still has 20% seats open. Incredible
I watched HBO’s Samuel Adam’s (I know, I know) years ago. When I watched that show, I couldn’t escape how much I hated Alexander Hamilton and considered him a traitor of the time, in that he didn’t want to fight the British, he only wanted to preserve his way of life.
Fast forward 10-15 years and who do they make a Broadway play about ? I knew I hated that guy …
Watch it again. It was John Adams. And it was actually a great mini-series. Hamilton had a role to fill, and he filled it. The dichotomy between Adams and Hamilton was a positive for our Nation, not a negative. Hamilton was heavily involved in creating The Federalist Papers as well. Don't let a modern day Broadway play revise history.
Btw- know where the term "the 3%" comes from? During Our revolution, only 3% of colonists chose to take up arms against the British. The OVERWHELMING majority of Americans didn't want a war.
Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. Hamilton wrote the fucking Federalist Papers, you know, what our ratified constitution was based on. I can't help it you're brain washed.
Hamilton had the heart of a Tyrant. What is on paper is all good and well - men like Hamilton wrote one thing to propel them forward or as in his words “guide the torrent” of frustration.
Newburgh Conspiracy. In the nations infancy Hamilton was one of the first to use dishonesty & lying to the public and congress to get what he wanted.
If you find such a man honorable - good luck to you.
Agree. At the time, the Federalists were the “big government” faction, (as in we were so distrustful of central government at the time, many people were afraid the ideas would make it too powerful. I think many people can’t even imagine that and reconcile it against politics today) and Hamilton’s subsequent shilling to sell us out to a central bank is perfectly consistent with that. It’s perfectly fair to question his motives, especially since we’ve seen this “central bank struggle” play out throughout our nation’s history, but for someone to say “he wrote the federalist papers, therefore ...” is a disingenuous argument that seems to want to avoid the real problem to protect the character of someone who’s been dead for almost 220 years. The fact that the left suddenly loves him because of the musical is just the cherry on the sundae of suspicion for me.
Turns out there might have been a reason he ended up getting killed in a duel by the sitting Vice President...
George Washington also lied. Particularly about the existence of the Culpepper spy ring. All men lie, even Trump ("get the vaccines"). Lying isn't the issue, blind faith is the issue. "Disinfo (lies) is necessary".
There was no other way to pay that war debt. We HAD to establish a central bank for the short term. That's what people don't understand. What Hamilton envisioned in the 1770s was NOTHING compared to what we have today. We had NO way to pay that war debt and needed international trade immediately.
I didn’t even know “the 3%” was a term … I didn’t know it was that low, but it makes sense … 3% is about my estimation of percentage of population that is in agreement with these boards, that we are run by an international cabal who does not care about our interests, and they are guilty of crimes against humanity.
I tend to doom, but we probably have enough to get it done.
OTOH, there was 10% who supported the 3%, those 10% deserve good coverage for they too, risked everything. Not everyone can be a warrior, that requires a mindset of extraordinary soldier. However, a prepper can easily be one of the 10%.
Many colonists were still loyal to the King, and many more didn't want to get involved. The number of men who actually fought was quite low.
There's a group called the Three Percenters, they were organized around 2009 by a guy named Mike Vanderboegh, one of the people who first broke the Fast and Furious scandal on the internet. They're described by the left as a violent extremist militia, and they say the 3% number has been 'debunked.'
Hamilton is the Deep State's poster child. He wanted to have a monarchy in the US. He was in favor of monarchy, he just didn't like the British one.
He left the Constitutional Convention in a huff because nobody agreed with him.
George Will once said, "We speak in the words of Jefferson, but we live in Hamilton's world." Will thought that was a good thing, because Will is a pseudo-intellect.
Hamilton was scum. He called his political faction the "Federalists" for the purpose of confusing the issue. He was a nationalist, which meant then a person who wanted a strong central government. The people who were suspicious of a strong central government and wanted de-centralization were the actual federalists.
Hamilton, a nationalist, called his "party" the Federalists. So, the real federalists called themselves the Anti-Federalists in retaliation.
Thomas Jefferson was more aligned with the Anti-Federalists (true federalists, or small central government) types, but saw that republicanism was most important. So, he called his faction (party) the Republicans. He formed the original Republican Party, which is what he and his group called themselves.
Once Jefferson was elected president, the Republicans won every election for the next nearly 30 years. It was only when Andrew Jackson came along due to a split in the party over slavery that the Democrat Party was born.
Lincoln's Republican Party became the new Republican Party, and today's historians refer to Jefferson's party as the Democratic-Republicans. They did not call themselves that, and Jefferson hated democracy. He was a true republican.
Hamilton was a nationalist who called himself a Federalist, but was really of the tyrant mindset.
This thing was a shitshow from the beginning, because of people like Hamilton who lied about what they really believed.
I have a friend who is currently in rehearsal for a touring company of a Broadway show and I wonder how this "Hamilton" thing will translate across the country when they hit the road? Hmmmm. Demanding that people get jabbed doesn't work very well, whether the edict is coming from government or from the arts world.
The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra is also requiring proof of vaccination with the death shot. In Georgia of all states! Maybe those little dictators think they're important enough to the community that people would follow their dictates....
Just checked the available seats - a Saturday evening classical music concert 2 days away in non-COVID pandemic times would be difficult to find good seats - but still so many good seats left, I'm estimating about 70-80% unfilled. Even more unsold seats during the weekdays. Bwahahaha!
Classical music already has difficulty gaining traction for new audiences, ie. the younger generation. Now they're going to kill it with their stupidity.
I know two vaccinated people who won't let me into their homes because I'm not vaccinated. They seem to have no faith in their jabs. I don't know how they plan to live this way for the rest of their lives. And they can't tell me.
Even the some of the vaccinated won't venture out. Everything woke...
To fully trigger them - refer to them as MAGA-Jabs. It completely sets them off when they realize Trump rushed them through. It breaks the doublethink and NPC go Brrrrrrt
Jokes aside, the reason why this is important is these shows ALWAYS sell out and Hamilton, was expected to sell out its entire run. The broadway shows on tour sell out months in advance, and this was meant to be the big ticket return to touring for broadway.
This is a financial failure big time for the tour.
That makes me happy.
Knowing the clientele that attend Broadway shows in LA, this is likely attributed to delta paranoia as opposed to the requirement. That said, it’s extremely satisfying to see empty shows. Even the Sunday matinee (an extremely popular time) still has 20% seats open. Incredible
100% agree, Hamilton audiences are the target market for vaccines, masks, and antiracism.

Hamilton pushed for a Central Bank and Thomas Jefferson so loathed him until he hated Aaron Burr more.
I am never going to champion someone who willingly pushed back against his peers so much on Central Banking.
Hard close for me.
Fuck Hamilton.
He was a proto-globalist.
Did not Andrew Jackson absolutely hate hamilton?
Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. Hamilton wrote the fucking Federalist Papers, you know, what our ratified constitution was based on. I can't help it you're brain washed.

Agreed %100
Hamilton was the Father of Paytrotism.
There was no other way to pay that war debt. We HAD to establish a central bank for the short term. That's what people don't understand. What Hamilton envisioned in the 1770s was NOTHING compared to what we have today. We had NO way to pay that war debt and needed international trade immediately.
Hamilton was only one of three writers.
Which papers did he write, specifically? Do you know?
So there were 85 papers. Most scholars attribute 51 of the papers to Hamilton, 29 to Madison, and 5 to Jay.
This shows PERVERT history. Be careful.
I didn’t even know “the 3%” was a term … I didn’t know it was that low, but it makes sense … 3% is about my estimation of percentage of population that is in agreement with these boards, that we are run by an international cabal who does not care about our interests, and they are guilty of crimes against humanity.

just a side-note; John Adams makes me think of his son-
John Q. Adams.
he was a member of the antimasonic party.
and he was in the House of Representatives for 17 years.
the antimasonic party ended in 1888.
8=1+7
That was the #3 largest party at one time.
Interesting, eh?
yep it's amazing to think about. and Quincy being in the House for '17' years makes it even more intriguing, think it's worth investigating.
perhaps there are crumbs sprinkled throughout our history. that would suck for the deepstate; no way to deny future proves past;)
this was on archive, need to find out more about it.

Samuel Adam's is a lager. Beers ok lol

Did you think Aaron Burr did good shooting that Pre-BLM hipster dead?
I'm starting to think so, even if Hamilton is on the $10 bill.
If liberals love a play about him, he can’t be good. And he was a lawyer … “liar, lawyer, mirror, what’s the difference ?”
Libshits like Orville, just like me, but I think it's for the wrong reasons.
Hamilton is on the $10 bill because he was the man who got the first central bank established.
OF COURSE the central banksters would worship the one who got their wet dream through for them.
IIRC, J. P. Morgan strengthened the central bank when he was alive.
A Great Man once said, “Everything woke turns to shit.”
the purchased seats don't look very socially distanced to me
Guess that tells you something about the recall vote too.
I’m looking forward to the sequel based on the life of MLK......
Of course the main role in this production will be played by a white male ....!
WWG1WGA
ILLEGAL!!

All these endowments should be defunded
It would be great if they have to close the show because of the lack of revenue.

If we could just get the others to see that it is US WHO REALLY HAVE THE POWER
EXCELLENT. And especially because it's Hamilton....the most overrated and woke piece of excrement to slither off of Broadway in my long lifetime.
Taking my wife to a show in Houston tonight, no vaccine mandate but there is a mask requirement.
Nice I wish I got free tickets.
I was just thinking I really wanted to watch fags jump and prance around as founding fathers on the floor of the Hobby Center
Noice, we will shut the down all of the vax fascist events.
Got my refund for dead and company they changed the terms and conditions
Looks like a big theater with a LOT of empty seats. Good.
I wonder if the empty vs full seats could be used to estimate the true vaccine rate? We know the figure the government is giving us is bullshit.
ROFLMAO
Hamilton is a stupid fucking show.
No one want to see this anyway……..
My MIL would like to see it, but she's all hyped about getting her booster shot, so that explains that.
Everything woke is shit, I love it
Yeesh, I worked with a commie lawyer who was Obsessed with the soundtrack to this revisionist garbage.
I knew things were getting ridiculous in 2013 when a made-for-TV remake of the Sound of Music featured a black mother superior.
I'm just waiting for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Musical, starring Edgar Winter.
They already made Anne Boleyn black in the UK...
I plan to go to two concerts in October.
If they even think about it, they better be refunding me. Absolutely will not give into this bullcrap.
Fuck em
FAFO
Ooopsie! Maybe they could show some Micky Mouse cartoons, instead?
They’re still playing this?
I love it.
This is how we beat them at their stupid commie mandate game.
Good!!!
Now they can comfortably social distance themselves.
Get woke go broke
