I found out about Q while on face book (account nuked in December), went looking for more, found VOAT where I mostly lurked and was distressed when they shut down ops. Just happened on GAW and lurked a bit then dipped my toe into the comment sections where I felt safe. Been here long enough to recognize the brilliant pedes and delight in their posts. I am in awe of the autists focus and digging. I am grateful for the kind ways on this forum.

The way I see it: If you have to defend your argument on those grounds, then it wasn't worth much anything to begin with. Treat new writers based on their message, not their profile age. Many of them are not really new at all. And conformism and agreeing humbly is not really our way.

Jump in & recognize many long time posters have been threatened & raged against for years. The defensive/knee-jerk reaction is likely what the opposition wanted all along to hinder this boards growth. I have found sincerely thanking others for their time & help (even if they are clearly irate with my incompetence on their subject matter) goes a long way over time. Shills are paid to be agitators & will move along shortly from what I can tell. Those willing to accept the help & slaps when they come will find that soon there is a mutual respect on the board.

I woke up one of my best friends and my husband fairly recently. It was pretty hard on them both. But they have bounced back since then. I even started red pilling my mom and brother (we are super close so it was a big deal to me when he started asking me questions).
I don't know it all but over the last couple of years since starting this journey down the rabbit hole...I remember feeling so alone and almost crazy after learning about pizza gate and the corruption of the government. It took me a while before I found this page. This page kept me sane when I was alone in my real life.
But those first several months...I felt alone and crazy. I went through all of the emotions. Alone, just like many of you did, I'm sure. 0 out of 5 stars, wouldn't recommend that way for anyone. As more people wake up or are forced to, I hope we all extend them some grace and understanding.
I am so sorry to hear that. My parents raised me with a clear belief that the "secret combinations" that Paige & Strozk hinted at have been on this continent for Thousands of years (old testament time frame). Trying to help them see it happening in real time has been a monumental challenge & my mother has told me she just doest want to hear it anymore almost every time because she is such a compassionate woman who believes the very best in everyone & that they can be changed.
Now, after years of sharing tidbits, all my siblings, most cousins & their spouses have these types of discussions frequently at family events.

I love reading people’s transformation stories. I have been an R since I could vote (Reagan - 84.) Got fooled into voting for Perot in 92. I found Rush in 92 and have known about the Dems via Rush since then. We actually participated in trying to take our country back during the Tea party days and got deflated when the dozens of Tea Party Congress critters rolled over and played dead after 2010. I was all in on Trump when he announced, despite never watching Apprentice or knowing much about him.
My family is from New York originally and I just knew he was the real deal, somehow, instinctively. I was deflated when in the early days of his administration he seemingly kept making mistake after mistake.
But I cheered him on and hoped and prayed for my country. Followed along on the FISAGate adventure over on Conservative Treehouse with Sundance. Drowned in despair after the election (I knew it would go for Biden) until I found out about Q on 11/6.

There is a real level of betrayal here when you try to get people to just open their eyes and see the evil, yet they refuse. It's bad enough the name calling that was just accepted by others. Sometimes, I get a little grumpy around those with the new eyes. I'm always so happy and glad they have started to awaken, but occasionally their ignorance hits me on the wrong day. I wouldn't ever be a jerk to them, only welcoming them. But it's a good reminder, so that the "only welcoming them" stays in the forefront of your mind, and doesn't start to slip a little... I love reading people’s transformation stories. I have been an R since I could vote (Reagan - 84.) Got fooled into voting for Perot in 92. I found Rush in 92 and have known about the Dems via Rush since then. We actually participated in trying to take our country back during the Tea party days and got deflated when the dozens of Tea Party Congress critters rolled over and played dead after 2010. I was all in on Trump when he announced, despite never watching Apprentice or knowing much about him.
My family is from New York originally and I just knew he was the real deal, somehow, instinctively. I was deflated when in the early days of his administration he seemingly kept making mistake after mistake.
But I cheered him on and hoped and prayed for my country. Followed along on the FISAGate adventure over on Conservative Treehouse with Sundance. Drowned in despair after the election (I knew it would go for Biden) until I found out about Q on 11/6.
I haven’t wavered since. God wins!
Tea Party was good, people-driven. Until it wasn't, and got buried. Still love Ron Paul: if only he knew how to play dirty like Trump... but then he wouldn't be Ron Paul.

I joked for years about how the US didn't have two parties, but one big uniparty. I noticed the presidential election pattern of D-R-D-R-D-R and told people they were just taking turns. It explained why, after they were elected, all of the former presidents seemed so cozy with one another -- despite at one time tearing each other to bits.
Little did I know just how spot-on I was.
Yeah, the media had me fooled about Trump for a bit, too. I was jaded about politics, but hadn't been alienated from MSM yet. But he managed to break through, got me closer to politics and awake to the media.

Well put. For those of us that have been around a while and are awake its our role in the Great Awakening to help people as they start to wake up. If we jump on them for questions we perceive as being dumb we will lose them and they will quickly go back to sleep. I think everyone needs to handle these folks as they see fit without being scolded, or told to be nice.
There is a real level of betrayal here when you try to get people to just open their eyes and see the evil, yet they refuse. It's bad enough the name calling that was just accepted by others. Truther, birther, anti vaxxer, tea bagger. These people would still watch the hilarious night time talk shows even though the hosts were mocking and making fun of us. If the table were turned, and some host was mocking gay marriage, all of us would probably jump through hoops to make sure we stopped watching this stuff because we knew it was wrong.
The bottom line is real people lost their jobs, businesses. Real people lost their lives. Children have been abused by wearing the idiotic masks. Evil cannot flourish like this unless it has fools carrying water for them.
I am perfectly fine with someone being nice. I am not fine with someone who has always been on our side getting scolded because they feel a real sense of betrayal by those who are just now waking up.

This definitely needed to be said. I've been awake for decades. And it is not easy knowing what you know while all around you people are blissfully ignorant.
Sometimes, I get a little grumpy around those with the new eyes. I'm always so happy and glad they have started to awaken, but occasionally their ignorance hits me on the wrong day. I wouldn't ever be a jerk to them, only welcoming them. But it's a good reminder, so that the "only welcoming them" stays in the forefront of your mind, and doesn't start to slip a little... Plus you posted the cookie monster pepe.
I agree, I'm old and can get a bit frustrated. the long path wasn't easy for me and NO one held my hand, so I expect others to toughen up a bit.
