I’m pretty conservative and I’ve eaten some bugs in my day. I enjoy being an adventurous eater so it’s not for everyone but they’re actually quite good. Most have a “nutty” type of flavor. They gotta be dry roasted though, “wet” bugs make me wanna hurl
