The multiple layers of society Logan runs through, reminds me of the deep state expending its ammo.
The City of Domes feels like a WEF wet dream.
I'm not going to risk spoiling this any further. Just watch it and we can discuss the parallels in the comments. π
Synopsis:
Logan's depicts a utopian future society on the surface, revealed as a dystopia where the population and the consumption of resources are maintained in equilibrium by killing everyone who reaches the age of 30. The story follows the actions of Logan 5, a "Sandman" who has terminated others who have attempted to escape death and is now faced with termination himself.
Logan's Run is a novel by William F. Nolan and George Clayton Johnson. Published in 1967, it depicts a dystopic ageist future society in which both population and the consumption of resources are maintained in equilibrium by requiring the death of everyone reaching a particular age.
From the 1967 book. Definitely some soft disclosure here. Unclear if it is "blackhats" cabal mocking us by telling us what they plan to manufacture consent or "whitehats" warning us about the "blackhats". Definitely some shadow stuff going on during this time period, but the whole movie industry soft disclosures possibly hit or miss. I am still trying to determine if there was a "soft disclosure period" in here. "2001" released in 1968 was definitely soft disclosure and pre-programming for the moon landing in 1969. The moon landing appears to the be the second movie filmed by Kubrick in 1968 right together with "2001: A Space Odyssey".
I'm not saying we haven't been to the moon. Just saying that the Apollo astronauts did not take those flimsy mockups with too small fuel tanks and land them there (the landings were filmed in a studio). See "Capricorn One" (1977), they go through all the details of how they faked it: https://infogalactic.com/info/Capricorn_One
I know! I could tell there was probably a lot of symbolism going on in the pic, but itβs so hard to focus on one thing. Every time I try to zoom in on something, it blurs out too much and I canβt see crap! π€·πΌββοΈ
I havenβt seen it since it came out in the 70βs...enlighten me? Edit: simple search brought this up...sounds familiar to the brainwashing we have been subjected to..
So long ago. But remember Logan's Run key moments very well and I've referred to it so many times. It was my first exposure to the idea of brainwashed masses.
Yes, I remember it as well. Back then I was already waking up to the System and this film fitted in perfectly. Watched it in the 70's and again some 20 yrs ago. Gonna give it another try! THX.
This was Hollywokes forerunner 43 earlier to cull the useless eaters and the deep state ran with it. Revise their plan and it's the one percenters that will disappear.
What a coincidence. π€― Bought this @ the thrift store the other day. Havenβt watched it in years, but have thought about it a lot, given our current circumstances.
Yea, I watched this movie a zillion years ago. Liked it, too. Isn't is odd how all of these old sci fi movies are getting traction among conspiracy theorists? Planet of the Apes, Poseiden Adventure, Towering Inferno, Capricorn One, Soylent Green, Rollerball, and a few others seem to be a way for the WEF, WHO, TPTB to program the sheeple on what to expect. They will always forecast their intentions and with these movies it looks like folks will die young, won't have a lot at the end of their lives, and have to fight tooth and nail to stay alive.
You could add Metropolis to this list, too - released in 1927, it clearly shows the world of the elites above and the slaves below but ends with hope for the future.
I always liked Logan's Run because it, too, ends with hope and a reason to believe that things will change for the better. Unlike most dystopian movies.
Westworld and it's sequel Futureworld, probably belong in the list above. They don't exactly end well but are some very good '70s sci-fi.
Zardoz is another one that fits with the films you mentioned.
Plus it's one of those "it's so crappy it's good" type movies. Definitely worth a watch if you don't mind a semi nude space barbarian Sean Connery playing the lead role.
Burt Reynolds was supposed to have the lead role until he got sick. Can you imagine Burt Reynolds but with his cowboy hat from being The Bandit? LMFAO π€£π€£π€£
Something to think about: The money men behind the movies, the directors, the writers, the people who had the idea to bring the idea to the silver screen are dead. They knew in advance that what we are experiencing now would happen....at this current time frame. So their children and grandchildren had to be indoctrinated into this mindset at a young age. How tight must be the generational grip on this NWO philosophy that they never sway from the ultimate goal. Who has that kind of power or money to keep so many people in line for such a long time? God needs to come back soon and put every wrong into the trash bin of history. Maybe he will lock up Satan so no children will get harmed, too.
thanks for recommending, will check it out tonight :) Really enjoy watching these old movies. watched soylent green a couple weeks ago, which was also recommended here. also recently watched 1984 and I've seen a lot of the old twilight episodes which also have a lot of parallels to what is happening today. id greatly appreciate ay other suggestions for old movies people have. thanks guyssss!
"THX 1138" wasn't a bad movie about a dystopian society. It was George Lucas' directorial debut, from 1971. Some people like it, some don't.
"A Scanner Darkly" is pretty good, but novel was better, as usual. It's a 2006 movie starring Keanu Reeves, Robert Downey Jr., Woody Harrelson. Warning, it's animated using rotoscoping, where the actors are drawn over after live acting the scene. That bothers some people, but I like it. Here's an example from the movie.
I remember seeing this movie on t.v. in the 70s. I was a child. I don't remember a lot about it, but I do remember the part about people not being allowed to live past 30.
Dang, I'm pretty sure I read this book when 21 still sounded like a lifetime away. (In the book it's 21 not 30). I need to get a copy to go with my Brave New World and 1984 on the shelf.
There was another one I read back in school..wish I could remember the name of it. What I can remember is people basically had a handful of different masks to wear and to be part of society you had to choose one. Singing and etc was Outlawed.
I tried to search around a bit for it but because "mask" I just kept getting things about the chin diaper
people basically had a handful of different masks to wear and to be part of society you had to choose one
Sounds a little like "The Moon Moth" by Jack Vance.
Edit: Synopsis - "Sirenese cover their faces and heads with exquisitely crafted masks that indicate their social status (strakh) and mood. They also communicate by singing, accompanying themselves with one of a score of musical instruments, selected based on the social situation and feelings. Furthermore, errors of etiquette may prove fatal."
Just watched it again after all these years. Never realized before the protocol assignment the computer gave to Logan was 033. Wouldn't have meant anything to me years ago when I first saw it.

I chose this film because:

The TV show spinoff is on Tubi: https://tubitv.com/series/300008429/
If you liked Logan's Run, you should check out Rollerball.
Corporations have taken over, real information is impossible to find, and it's all corrupt.
Sound familiar?
You should cover Metropolis, Soylent Green, Clockwork Orange and Eyes wide shut next.
Here's a stab at organizing the movies into soft disclosure time periods. I am going through this list and putting together a list of disclosures for each as I re-watch and verify facts: https://greatawakening.win/p/15IEOTmSjA/repost-call-for-research-during-/
There are some basic nuggets dropped in my summary post.
All great recommendations! Do a search for Anon Theatre on this forum. We did Soylent Green recently, and many other Great Awakening flicks.
Anyone ever read the book "THE GIVER". It was a dystopian society as well.

Just did my own Anon Theatre: Fight Club (1999) today after starting it a year ago: https://greatawakening.win/p/15IElsqAZt/1999-movie-fight-club-premiered-/
Thanks for the link, I just watched it!
What did you think?
I only remember watching the movie once back in the 70s, but the images are in my mind a lot
it's a weird/comfortable place because I love the 70s, but the movie is creepy. I see similar scenes, clothing etc.
need to watch it again, if it means more now.
It means more now, trust.
good to know/will watch it again;) bought a projector and screen, can make a night of it.
The occult and Masonic symbolism rampant in this poster.
eyes of the beast staring right at you
left hand obelisk - left handed path associated with malicious black magic or black shamanism
Masonic pyramids with all seeing eye everywhere
Rings of Saturn - the planet the Edomite Judeans associated with their βgodβ, now called βSatanβ
rainbow (pride flag) designed by Satan himself?
https://www.out.com/news-opinion/2018/12/26/catholic-priest-claims-pride-flag-was-designed-satan
Any others in there I have missed?
Don't forget, the whole place was run by an AI.
Notice the only way out was devolution? π
Mirrors / Portal the woman is stepping out of mid, bottom left.
Resolution too low to make out some stuff. The guy on the table looks particularly "sacrificey" but also blurry. π
Nice...now I see what looks like the inspiration for βThe Weekendβsβ satanic halftime show last year, lower right..
What size monitor are you watching it on?

Kek...the perfect βwifeβ.... brought to you temporarily by Whirlpool...
Love this movie. Love Jenny Agutter.
aka Jenny 'get yer tits out' Agutter :)
See her currently in "Call the Midwife."

Silent Running 1972 springs to mind as well. Sure there's a ton more we're forgetting.
I recently discovered the Divergent series. I am now a divergent !

I'll add the 1980 film Flash Gordon to this list. It's great, great fun and Flash is a true American patriot!

The Logan Act Run. Haha.

Was that story "Harrison Bergeron," by Kurt Vonnegut? Could be something you might have read in school.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harrison_Bergeron
Nope but after reading that link ill have to check this one out.
Sounds a little like "The Moon Moth" by Jack Vance.

A bit, but in this one it was a small selection of masks to pick from and singing (all expression really) was banned

You're in for a real treat.
Her acting sucked FWIW.
Itβs a classic. We loved the movie and watched the series on tubi along with space 1999 and buck Rogers ππ

I watch this about once a year - so good
Children running the world...sounds like the fruity idea of socialists.
