If you truly care about spreading the idea that masks are useless, consider starting up a conversation saying something like, "hey, you know those masks don't really do much since the omicron variant?" (Have to give them something to believe it was effective at some point even though it never was)
Then after that opening statement, you can bring in evidence from various studies and explain how masks carry bacteria and can actually cause pneumonia, low o2 sat levels and so forth... the person you talk to will start questioning their own beliefs and look it up.
The whole point of awakening is that you learn to think about and reflect on things outside your current understanding. Dont take there words as negative. Take them as a way to expand on the current.
