The Constitution gives the state legislatures this authority. The Supreme Court will rule to limit interference by the Secretaries of State and Govenors.
This should be an easy sign for anyone. And proof of a one world takeover. They want to make sure notjing has power over what they do or power to stop it.

State legislatures being able to prevent or even RECTIFY such a threat would be a return of govt to the People. A representative Republic.
