I’ll get into details with links to studies in another post or perhaps in a free ebook that I’ll post a link to. Each one of these affects all of the others. If one is mismanaged, the others will compensate. The body is resilient and there’s is no need to obsess over these. However, if either is mismanaged too much for too long, the others will eventually fail to compensate which will result in “diseases” such as COVIDs/flus, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, literally every chronic illness. In such cases, it is absolutely important to (with minimal stress) obsess over all of these.
These are The Five Things:
-
Stage IV REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, the deep and restorative phase of sleep.
-
Inputs. This includes what you eat and don’t eat including chemical residues. It also includes regular and proper fasting and everything you inhale and absorb through your skin—almost all “skincare” and bathing products are poisonous—and mucous membranes like your eyes and in your mouth. Of course, this includes all drugs including pills and injections. Almost all of the food in the grocery store is poisonous. The only healthy food comes from organically managed farms, pasture-raised/grass-fed livestock, the wilderness, and the ocean. The healthy food you eat should be as raw as possible. Most seed oils, even organically produced ones, are poisonous when ingested especially after high temp cooking (like deep frying) but some are beneficial internally and topically. Fruit oils such as olive oil and avocado oil are best for cooking, if you must cook. If you must eat grains, they should be whole, organically grown, and sprouted.
-
Radiation. Direct sunlight exposure is critical for proper immune function. This is technically an input but so very important on its own. Microwaves, X-rays, and gamma rays are harmful. Some radio waves can be harmful, too. So is some nuclear radiation.
-
Stress. While long-term stress causes immunodeficiency and thus “diseases”, short-term stress can be protective as it prepares us to deal with challenges, mitigating long term stress.
-
High intensity interval training and/or strength training. It should hurt (but not injure) and you should push through it. No pain, no gain.
That’s it. As mentioned, I’ll go into detail with citations and links (or perhaps a free ebook) on a future date.
There is a sort of “prerequisite” that greatly enhances healing and disease prevention primarily via stress mitigation but also by providing a sense of purpose or meaning which causes one to thrive maximally:
Be your spirit conscience and not your flesh.
—
Now go and do the things.
Edit: Thanks for sticky, mods! Thou art gods. :)
Also, minor edit for clarity on seed oils (much more detail to follow) and added emphasis regarding the body’s resilience.
Edit 2: Wow the shillbots (with alts?) with random/obvious bot names are out in full force! Notice they offer nothing in their pseudo-rebuttals? Still, all feedback is greatly appreciated! As mentioned, I’ll provide much greater detail including links to rigorous scientific studies in a future post.
“If you must cook” made me lol.
A little extreme my friend, I sincerely appreciate the dedication to a lifestyle and respect the promotion of this since it’s obviously a very healthy way to live. If there were actual data/studies that showed life expectancy/quality of life eating like you presented vs people that do use canola or veg oil routinely, do cook their food, and do eat produce from the grocery store, that would potentially show what? That people who eat healthier live longer and more disease free lives relative to people who don’t eat as relatively healthy?
I’m nit picking over the food comments no doubt, I just feel like it’s probably the one where you can have a little leeway more than other areas. if you have a bag of twizzlers while on vacation or something you’re not going to get Alzheimer’s from that, I think I just read this post that way and took it as a little extreme. You are only here to help it seems and dead on about the other 4 in my mind. You need sunlight, sleep, excercise, and challenges to overcome (short term stress) to keep life moving forward
For some it isn't about living a longer life, just living a life with less illness, pain, disease, etc. I'm 38, healthy weight, but a year ago my diet was awful and for years I suffered from allergies, IBS, severe bronchitis, asthma, anemia, frequent colds, skin issues, extreme fatigue. I cleaned up my diet (I do 80/20 and don't deny myself anything but 80% of my food is organic and plant based) now I feel great, still working on gut health, but took a year for my body to adjust and clean out the toxins from the years of abuse. I have energy to play with my kids and function again. This alone is a reason to eat healthy, so you can live a more fulfilling life.
I think he missed this part:
Jack Lalanne believed in not eating or drinking anything hot or cold. He lived to be 96. He believed hot and cold foods shocked the body's ability to maintain its optimal balance. His philosophy consisted of a body of former practitioners that seemed to live healthy long lives. There appears to be something to it. So much so. The FDA banned the sale of raw almonds. Raw foods must be irradiated for commercial sale. The argument against this was irradiation destroyed vital enzymes.
Did you know humans are the only mammals that doesn't create its own vitamin C?
Did not know that, but that dude not only lived to be 96, but he was STRONG until late in life. I remember that on his 77th birthday, he swam (in SF Bay, I think) towing 77 rowboats behind him. He was jacked doing only calisthenics.
There must be a reason why humans do not produce vitamin C. I have read that vitamin C's primary role is to regulate blood sugar. This is mostly needed when one eats plant foods, and especially fruits, which are almost pure glucose. That's why vit. C is highest in fruits.
This would indicate (not prove) that humans do not (should not?) eat plant foods, which all have high amounts of glucose (carbohydrate).
The biography on Jack Lalanne is worth investigating. The man deserves more far recognition than what he has gotten.
It's one of many 'curiosities' that strikes me to give pause and think about. Here are other oddities.
♰ Humans are the only mammals to which the adult human brain shrinks.
♰ Mammals produce Galactose-alpha-1,3-galactose (α-gal) (Alpha-gal) sugars. However, humans do not have naturally occurring Alpha-gal coating their cell membranes like other mammals do. Galactose-alpha-1,3-galactose (α-gal) is a sugar structure found in glycoproteins and glycolipids from all mammals except humans and some old world primates. Is this the reason why humans are not on the predator's menu list? We taste bad? There's common knowledge that human meat tastes bad.
♰ Humans cannot breathe while drinking. Primates can. The plumbing is completely different.
♰ Compared to other mammals including apes, humans are frail and completely lack robustness like all the other animals of the Earth.
♰ Nearly half of humans have back problems. This is not found in primates or other mammals. Gravity itself seems to wear us down.
♰ Hip problems
♰ Knee problems
♰ Astronaut’s circadian clock changes to circadian clock of Mars.
There's far more to this than what I listed. Makes one think as to whether we are we originally from this Earth?
My grand parents ate everything. Maman lived to 95. Poppee lived to 90. I think it's more of a genetic thing. Can changing diet and living healthier extend life expectancy? Maybe but it depends upon so many variables.
You said it. Genetics is one of those variables. However, it is not the dominant one in a sea of toxins and other perils.
"Did you know humans are the only mammals that doesn't create its own vitamin C?"
This is not true, although not terribly far off.
The odd mutation occurred somewhere in our evolutionary past as all gorillas, chimps, orangutans, and some monkeys cannot perform the final step of synthesizing ascorbic acid. There are some other non-primates that can't, guinea pigs being one of them.
This mutation in our ancestors is still a bit of a mystery from what I understand. On its face, it's an incredibly unhelpful mutation and scientists still aren't sure why this mutation became prevalent.
"Our evolutionary past as gorillas, chimps, orangutans, and monkeys," You sir, may have indeed "Evolved", from a monkey. I, however did not evolve from a monkey, a fish or anything else. Man was created, by the Lord.
sigh
I already regret using that language in my comment, so I guess I'll just go for broke now.
Can't evolution be the "how" and not the "why"?
The theory is that it was a mutation just like 'evolution' is a theory being taught as fact. Virology is a theory too. Don't take my word for it, it's what the academics themselves say.... "Germ theory".
Twizzlers are poison. So you are saying that a little bag of poison now and then is ok. Carry on
Some people are fine with every once in a while type of moderation. I’m not going to hell if I eat candy, and this extreme approach to life is admirable and beneficial to many people
Also, no one mentioned hell although I imagine that God would question why you chose chemicals, GMOs, poisons, etc. when He literally provided everything but the relatively small amount of labor involved in catching/gathering (or paying/trading labor for) His natural food-medicines.
Not a big deal either way man this is a legit post overall, just a tad extreme for the majority
It’s only “extreme” if you disregard this part:
Didn’t want to point this out because it’s definitely not a big deal, but you didn’t have that green italic text in the original post when I posted my first comment. I’m glad you recognized this. I don’t care about that, and you shouldn’t either. Move on brother, we’re on the same page.
That text was there before. You simply overlooked it. Even though I quoted it to you, you still ignored it..so I then italicized it for others who may struggle with comprehension.
Say it aint so...pllleease
I understand the skepticism about vegetable oils, as we have just undergone a 75 year propaganda machine telling us the wonders of vegetable oils. It is embedded into us. To undo this brainwashing, please read the very scientific book, "Deep Nutrition" by Dr. Catherine Shanahan. She does a fantastic job of explaining this.
Lately, I’ve been feeling kind of hopeless about the food part. Over the past couple years, I’ve learned about the toxins in our food, water, air, shampoo, lotion, etc. it feels like no matter what you try to do, you’re being poisoned. I hate it. Groceries already cost so much, I don’t think I can afford organic. And I’ve read the organic from the store is still poison. Normie friends are always going on about how they’re drinking more water “to be healthy” and in the back of my mind, I’m rolling my eyes. I can’t do a garden bc I live in an apartment. I just don’t know what to do other than trying to find a good farmer around here. It shouldn’t be THIS hard, and it makes me angry
Think about it. Organic (no pesticides) on plant foods in the store became very popular. People were willing to pay premium prices for them. So, what does a BigAg company that only cares about profit and not about health do when they see such a trend?
The tell their chemists to figure out how to genetically modify plant foods so that they are grafted in with pesticides. Thus, the new "organic" plant does not need to be sprayed with chemicals because the chemical is ALREADY INSIDE the plant.
Most "organics" in supermarkets today are modified this way, and may be more harmful than regular -- and command a premium price to boot.
Bingo. Do it.
Yes, and there is a reason why it is so hard ...
$$$$$$$
Have you noticed that some apples, pears, etc. seem to rot from the inside out?
I wonder if that is evidence they've been irradiated.
It is not normal.
I was reading a few weeks ago that the soil is overworked or something and the actual nutritional value of crops is going down over time- like an orange back in the 80’s had a certain amount of vitamin C, and now it has less. So strange. They are also modifying the actual seeds too aren’t they? It’s just frustrating as hell. I’m about to ask my parents if I can grow some stuff there or put a little greenhouse on their property
Don’t over-worry about that. I am in farming and if you can get fresh fruits and veggies from a farm stand, it will be good for you (and taste better). In my industry, organic farming simply doesn’t work—although they are trying. But the organic nuts are wormy, moldy, small and shriveled. Plus, they get a tiny fraction of the crop. So, some of the organic push is a big hype. Like Green Energy, it’s a marketing ploy to get you to pay more money for a product that is not necessarily better, and definitely not sustainable. The most important, eat fresh and green every day and try to stay away from fast food chains, especially fried foods, wash all produce well.
Just picked some blackberries from an organic farm yesterday. Bugs all over when picked. Went home and gave water/vinegar baths. Got at least 20 worms out of 2 lbs of berries. That i saw. Could of been 100 I didnt.
Be sure to take your horse paste to flush out the rest! Lol
I'm not super experienced with farming/gardening, but I'm trying to learn. Wanted to give my input on my feelings toward the whole organic farming situation and see if you think I'm on the right track, or far off.
I think the reason organic farming "simply doesn't work" is people are trying to turn their farm "organic" while still using traditional/mass farming methods. For example, you have a field of crops but instead of using artificial fertilizer you try and use an "organic" option, same with pesticides, etc. This doesn't work because well... those organic options for pesticides/nutrients tend to suck. Also, it's not how plants tend to grow in nature (you never go out to the forest and see a big field of a single type of plant just sitting there.)
For organic farming to actually work I feel one would have to mimic nature as closely as possible, for example, follow a "food forest" layout, permaculture, that sort of thing. Certain plants introduce certain nutrients into the soil, others use them. Certain plants are effective at keeping away pests, so plant those near plants that are commonly attacked by said pests. The entire system works together and plants rely on each other for what they need. I know this works because plants have been "working together" in their natural habitat for hundreds of thousands of years.
The only issue is it's hard to do this on a large scale, hence why we tend to use our large-scale industrial agriculture. I think the best bet for the future is to create a huge amount of these small-scale integrated food forests/permaculture farms. For example, instead of having a lawn that just sits there doing nothing (and half the time not even looking nice depending on how well taken care of it is), why not have a small food forest instead?
How do you suggest washing produce?
I think diet is on a spectrum. At one end you have closer to what OP is describing, organic whole foods, grass fed beef, etc. On the other end you have highly processed, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, chemical stabilizers and preservatives.
Our bodies can deal with these "poisons", but it all comes down to the dosage. The closer you can get to the ideal the better, but then our bodies can handle and clean up some of the less ideal foods.
It think if you're able to clean up your diet enough to get to that tipping point of no longer overloading your body with the junk, then you'll notice a big difference. But it doesn't have to be all or nothing.
Fun little observation; for both myself and other people that I know that are "awake", it almost always started with diet. Learning about how BS the food pyramid is, and how much health is linked to diet, red pilled a lot of people. It's something you can easily test out yourself and see how you were lied to.
But I hear you, I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford good, or at least better, foods. It is a real shame that the cheapest most affordable foods are also the worst for you. I do wish I could afford a house with some land, it's a dream of mine to have my own garden where I can grow my own food, and maybe some chickens too, but right now that's out of my price range. Good luck to you.
I really wish I could afford a house with land too. At this point, I just want a tiny house or cabin in the woods with some room for a garden
I feel the same, I try to make the best choices possible, eating more produce, Whole Foods, avoiding processed foods as much as I can, for all the effort I’ve put in the past few years or so, I can honestly say I’ve seen little to no difference of managing my fatigue levels, hormone imbalances or immunity issues. Honestly I believe it’s all to some degree poisoned in some way, all of it. Perhaps maybe this why Jesus instructs us to ask God the father to bless our food before we eat. Because it takes and honest to God miracle to eat anything good and healthy these days.
The housing market is too insane to buy right now, or I would have gotten a house. My last lease ended last month, so I moved to a much smaller, super conservative town closer to my family. This town is based as hell at least. Trump people everywhere
What we call "dis-ease" is the healing/restoration phase following an unexpected event that we cannot quickly resolve. The psyche then makes physical adjustments in the body to assist with resolving the conflict we continue to ruminate over in our minds. The greater the intensity and duration of the unresolved conflict, the longer the "dis-ease" (healing/restoration) phase takes to return the body to its previous homeostasis.
Virtually everything we think about disease is bassackwards and inverted.
The power of the mind is underestimated by a kajillion percent.
All dis-ease is psychosomatic in origin, and it's not something to be "gotten rid of". This is western medicine brainwashing. Dis-ease indicates a healing phase and the body should be left alone, given rest, fluids and in many cases, extra protein to assist the bacteria performing the restoration or breakdown of tissue.
Our body/psyche is zillions of times wiser than all human knowledge (aka "brainwashing") combined. The body never "attacks itself". The body never "mutates uncontrollably". The body does not "degenerate" before age 125. The body's cells never "replicate out of control". There is nothing to be immune to because there is no such thing as contagious germs.
We are not being "attacked" by germs/toxins/carcinogens etc. from "out there". That's all a lie to keep us in fear.
Our psyche (subconscious mind) has one primary role. To survive!! And it's amazingly good at its job. It is only when we believe wayyyyy tooooo many lies, that it becomes overwhelmed trying to protect us from all the literal and figurative fears, worries, judgments, guilt, shame, anger, vengeance, etc. we ruminate over in our minds, that eventually ends our lives far too soon.
Acceptance/Allowance/Forgiveness/Coming-to-Terms-With events in life that make us unhappy relieves the psyche of making its bodily adjustments to assist us with all our psychological conflicts.
Any and all types of substance-based remedies that sometimes work for some people are not the result of the substance itself, but the fact that the person taking them simultaneously got over their ongoing conflict. This is how and why "spontaneous remission" of cancers happens millions of times per year - needing no substances at all. The individual simply chooses to get over their conflicts, choosing to fight, to live, to beat such-and-such a disease, to let bygones be bygones, to forgive those who wronged them, etc. And this newfound perspective on their life, coupled with a positive "move ahead" attitude, rather than dwelling on past hurts and wrongs, is the magic needed to overcome 99% of all disease conditions.
"The power of the mind is underestimated by a kajillion percent."
I agree, and not just for health, but for success, achievements, learning skills etc. The thing is, to make it really work, you have to convince yourself that the thing you want is already there......which can be tricky. You have to believe in your own power and authorithy.

There are actually a few people in this thread who know the truth. Great to see.
Is that you Morpheus11?
KEK
Energy blockage, in a nutshell.
Everybody please take this one with a YUGE caveat:
It should hurt in the CENTER OF THE MUSCLE, called the belly, NOT AT THE TENDONS WHERE IT CONNECTS TO BONE. And NOT IN THE JOINTS! Whatever you do, DO NOT "push past pain" in the joints.
NOT THE JOINTS. In the joints, no pain IS gain. Repeat forever: NO PAIN, THAT'S SANE.
Pain in tendons (which join muscle to bone) or in ligaments (which join bone to bone) can indicate microtearing of fibers that take many weeks to fully heal instead of a few days like muscle, and do so with fibrous scar tissue made of microfibrils laid down haphazardly and of lower grade than the correctly aligned original fibers.
Pain at muscle insertions can also indicate microavulsion of the periosteum, which is tissue tightly enwrapping bones and is richly innervated. If avulsed it takes months to fully heal, does so with scar tissue tugging on tiny nerve endings, and so tends to provide pain signals indefinitely.
The MUSCLE BELLY can burn and flutter and feel weak and you can keep going. Rock on, iron man and titanium woman! (The only two choices BTW)
Pain the next day or two after a workout is of course also normal, as the body repairs the intentional damage done in the muscle belly. With consistency, hypertrophy (bigger, stronger muscle tissue) results. With inconsistency, you get the pain, but no gain. :)
You would probably dig the X3 bar, by the author of "weightlifting is a waste of time". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhgSMRnhWh8&t=85s
Good point. The "pain" people are talking about (the "good pain") is from lactic acid, which comes from the increased breakdown of glycogen.
This will always be present after an intense workout -- IF THE PERSON EATS CARBOHYDRATES.
Absolutely right. I regularly detox with Diatomaceous Earth (food grade) and various clays (we get a LOT of chemtrails) and fast when I can. Never wore a mask, traveled on public transport, didn't get sick, can't remember the last time I got flu.
I grow as much fruit and veg as I can and cook from scratch. Varied diet, I eat pretty well anything except offal. Don't fast often or for long so don't have a routine as such. No extremes of any kind though I do avoid sugar; occasional naughty indulgences, usually followed by a dose of clay the next day. Works for me. :)
I'm curious re: your particular betonite clay usage/routine. I have some; but remain unsure as to how to use it for optimal results.
I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Mix with a small amount of water and have a large glass of water to follow. The trick is to breathe out, chug it down and finish with more water. I use bentonite, zeolith, French Argiletz green clay and diatomaceous earth (food grade), about 1/2 tsp of each. Charcoal capsules too. Great for the complexion and hair. :)
I drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with a glass of water to follow.
Dis-ease of mind. This is where the word came from.
Thanks for pointing that out. Don’t think I’d noticed.
"All disease begins in the gut. Period. Full stop. Also: You are what you eat. Two truths that have been forgotten. Eating fast food: Fast track to death. Humans require 50 essential nutrients for proper body functioning. 50!! Do you have any idea what they are? Find out and make sure they are included in your diet. Plus, fruits and vegetables contain 8000 different plant nutrients which have different benefits in your body. Veganism equals fasting. It is not meant to be a lifelong diet, as many of the most important nutrients are found in animal foods. There has never been a vegan diet followed by a group of people anywhere on earth - until now. Don't adopt this nutrient - deprived diet if you wish to be healthy. Again, it is fasting, i.e., forgoing the richest and often tastiest foods for a period of time, as with a Lenten fast. Orthodox Christians fast from these tasty foods for half the year, but we get them during the feasts! We don't shy away from the good stuff, just fast for spiritual reasons. Last Tuesday we ended the Apostles' fast, and at the luncheon provided for the faithful, we had cheese, ice cream, milk, and fish. No meat, since monastics never eat meat, but we had that at home. I always go for a hamburger, first thing! So, know that eating vegan is not the best for you.
Disagree.
Olive oil is a big no-no to cook with,
People want to reject this idea because olive oil is higher in monounsaturates than polyunsaturates, which they have been told is a positive thing.
What they are missing is that it is still an oil, and not a true fat. It might be less bad than seed oils (the worst), but that does not mean it is good.
For people who want to fry foods though, lard just doesn't seem to cut it for some recipes. lol
I like Ghee.
That's not much of an argument. A 4-year old could have said that.
What is your argument?
Most healthy blueberries to least:
Do you see the pattern?
Have you seen REAL wild blueberries?
They are small, almost shriveled. Not much like the ones in the supermarket, which have been bred to be large, sweet and juicy.
All that extra sugar in the modified ones did not exist 100,000 years ago in the wild. Humans didn't eat much plant food, and what they would have had available to them was nothing like we see today.
Almost all the plant foods in a supermarket or even on a farm are man-made via selection process.
These are hybridized. A hybrid is never superior overall to the homogeneous parent. All hybrid versions are destined to extinction. God's earth reigns supreme.
I keep hearing this theory. And I'm open to it. I guess.
But I was just on vacation with my family. My first son got sick the day before we left. Three days of sickness before I got it. Same deal with me. Then son #2. Finally my husband.
Yes to me that seems like contagion, and that we spread it to each other. Not that we coincidentally all just fell off the Health Cliff.
Family illnesses have ALWAYS seemed that way. Some friend will come over, turns out the kid's sick. Then it starts with my family. How is that not contagious?
SEEMS like contagion, but IS it?
In order to PROVE that it really IS contagion, of something such as a "virus," you would have to do an experiment to show what is this "thing" that caused the contagion.
For "contagion," you are talking about (a) CAUSE, and (b) EFFECT. You can see what you think is the effect. But what IS the cause?
There have been many, many studies attempting to prove that "Substance X" (such as a "virus") caused people to get sick.
And yet ... in all of history, there has NEVER been a single successful experiment that actually shows that one person can become sick from another person by giving them a particular substance, such as a "virus." Not for measles. Not for chicken pox. Not for Spanish Flu. Not for common cold. Not for flu.
Why not?
Maybe there is some OTHER cause that produced the effect.
Families usually eat the same foods. Use the same household products. Have the same unhealthy diets.
These are things that are NOT researched due to whatever findings there might be would not be profitable to Big Pharma. So, there is no money in it, and therefore few people are interested in spending the time and money to research it.
But we should start looking for these other possible causes, since nobody can prove that the mainstream ideas of what the causes are can really cause the effects that are claimed.
That is what we are saying.
If I found some dung in the forest and told you, "Ah! There is dung from a unicorn!"
Would you believe me, or would you think that maybe something else left that on the ground?
Also...
Mirror neurons. We tend to match brainwave frequencies of those we're close to.
And families often end up with the same toxins -- parasites, for example.
BTW, when using the toilet PUT THE SEAT DOWN BEFORE FLUSHING. You can aerosolize whatever is in the bowl.
SEAT DOWN. ALWAYS.
I once had a roommate who wasn't supposed to use my bathroom. I could tell when she had used it anyway because the seat was up.
Yuck.
"Lid", right?
:-)
Nothing OP is saying suggests to me that contagions do not exist, but rather that your body will only succumb to them if it is damaged.
I don't know how absolute this is -- I think some viruses may be strong enough to pierce any body, no matter how healthy. But we also know from viruses like COVID and the common cold, that some people are affected strongly while others are barely affected at all. So there must be some truth to it.
Your body accumulates damage as a result of habitual behavior slowly over a period of time, and can only accumulate healing slowly over a period of time as well. It doesn't seem crazy to me to think that the strength of the virus combined with the state of your body would dictate how the virus affects you.
FIRST, you have to PROVE that a virus -- ANY virus -- exists.
Nobody has ever done that, to date.
Start there.
Many people will not admit that this is what might actually make them sick.
"Our family all got it! ... right after eating at McDonald's and Wendy's all week."
We don't KNOW if this is what caused the detox process, but it might have, and should be studied, too.
False. The longest known water fast was 374 days, and many people have gone beyond 40 days and been fine. I don't know how many added electrolytes.
The man who did the 374 days was back in the 1970's or 1980's in the UK. I doubt he had electrolytes, though I don't know for sure. He did it for fat loss. He started out over 400 pounds and ended at under 200. Fat people can fast a long time. Skinny people cannot.
Cole Robinson contradicts himself A LOT. Not saying he is not on to something, because I think he is. But the electrolyte thing is iffy.
Yes, all those are important. However, we get those from animals foods, and NOT from plant foods. Animal foods have all the micronutrients we need, and in the right quality (highly bio-available). Plant foods do not.
Well what do you know. More people questioning what we've been told about health in search of truth. Congratulations cabal, you (were forced to) play(ed) yourself.

The only REAL water is distilled. It is pure H2O.
Everything else has something extra in it, which is most likely not beneficial.
I'm pretty sure if your rub shit in your eye, you'll get pink eye. There's nothing mysterious or body-magical about it.
TLDR: 1: sleep 2: eat good food 3: go out in the sun 4: limit stress 5: excersise. OP isn't wrong - just live a healthy life and you will be fine. So many people have a hard following these simple rules though. Part of it is the cabal keeping American families in a constant state of financial stress which leads to a hectic lifestyle. If anyone feels overwhelmed just focus on one of those 5 areas and improve yourself. Then move on from there
People giving health advice should be obligated to post a full body selfie.
Pede here who is nearly 40.
As someone who was in Iraq back in 03, let me tell you, seeing other pedes who come to 'red pill' from differing backgrounds and reasons is great.
This post could easily be on a MGTOW, PUA, etc, site.
Truth is truth is truth no matter how we arrive at it.
This sounds like Clif High?
Great post!! I like to consider this post as a start into a much greater conversation. Be prepared to unlearn and relearn a lot regarding our own health. Another way to look at is…..think of how long the medical community has lied to us for corporate, and personal, gain…. When I think on that topic, I think that we shouldn’t be wearing masks on our faces, but we should be wearing bags over our heads.
Lots to relearn! Keep up the good posts, like this one, patriots!!!💯🎯
Great points. Question - I've seen many doctors now argue against the entire model of virology. That's all well and good, but I've yet to see a good explanation for how you can see an entire household "come down with" a "bug" and get sick like dominoes with the same/similar flu-like symptoms and have that spread around.
What causes THAT if it isn't a "virus" or some other pathogen? Is it all "hypnosis' or energy related?
Not just households. Shit spreads at work and school where everyone clearly has different lifestyles and diets.
Microwaves, x-rays, and gamma rays (aka part of "nuclear radiation") bathe you each time you stand in the sun light on a sunny day. UV, radio, infrared, too.
Also, "organic" farms are a lie. All farms in an area share everything. Almost everything that you tick for "organic" is negated by being near any normal farm or city.
This "human caused is therefore bad" nonsense needs to stop. I can give you a cookie made of all natural ingredients that kills you. I can give you a pill that's wholly synthetic that keeps you alive.
The problem is people hoarding knowledge about all things and spreading disinformation to their own benefit - some as population control, some as a means for money, some as a means for power.
Love this, fren. Thank you for sharing.I look forward to more of what you have to share.
Vax pain = no gain
Wow. This is really good. Thanks, ReticulatingSplines. (Although I don't know about that screen name. Try to say it three times fast. LOL)
I can't wait until anons make new medical schools to teach everyone the truth! You need to write medical school books! Not just ebook!
I feel like all nuclear radiation is bad…? Or were you suggesting 3.6 roentgen wasn’t good, but wasn’t terrible?
Thank you, great advice. I am recovering from sickness caused by Vitamin B6 Toxicity. I can now see exactly the correlation of poisoning to disease. The neurological damage caused by Vitamin B6 toxicity mirrors that of neurological illness as a side effect of vaccines, for example. Healing is very possible but only if you are able to remove the toxin. Yes, seed oils are so toxic, as well!
Fasting is also very important for immune response
Totally agree on raw food. I’ve been detoxing this week. Started with green juice and water on first day then raw low sugar fruits, veggies, legumes, and cooked wild caught fish. No sugar, caffeine, grains. Detox symptoms were hard but feeling great now. Day 9.
One person’s opinion
"Colds and flus aren't caused by viruses"
Welp, you're a dumbass.
You would have been better to stick to the point that doing the healthy things you mentioned will help in general overall health, and allow your body's immune system deal with these viruses more effectively.
Please, link a single study that shows the causal link you are preaching. I’ll wait. Just one. I don’t mean a fake study that uses inaccurate statistical models—and pretends that somehow that the model produces empirical experimental data—or a phony quantitative “test” such as PCR.
I’m waiting.
The casual link that viruses exist?
Are you an even bigger idiot than I suspected?
sigh
Since you’re having trouble keeping track of your own argument (shill, much?):
You’re alleging that viruses cause covids/flus and that I’m a “dumbass” for pointing out the fact that no evidence exists of such a causal link.
I did not refute the existence of viruses.
Then, I asked you to provide evidence of your claim that viruses cause covids/flus. You reacted with a straw man (“…causal link that viruses exist?”) like a low IQ shill would.
Lmao
Really.
Because in one of your shill accounts, you claimed they didn't.
Lmao you switched to projection real fast after I called you out, shill. So predictable. You’re all the same. Same cheap tricks. Same cowardly retreats. Same low IQ. Same bullshit.
Every.
Damned.
Time.
Go switch to one of your other accounts now.
I asked you a question before to your current account.
You answered me using another.
Fucking faggot got busted and now deflects because that's what you faggots do.
You..doubled down..on your delusional projections..
That’s how we know you’re cornered. You ran out of cheap tricks so your program errors into a loop. Fucking hilarious.
You got the first part right - that there are no viruses. But your ‘5 things’, which you capitalised for some reason, are arbitrary and also only correlated.
I absolutely agree. I would like to add meat and dairy are acid forming foods which cause acidosis. ( for details seek Dr Robert Morse, legend )
Only poisonous meat and dairy that come from poisoned/stressed “feedlot” livestock are..poisonous. Consuming meat and dairy from naturally raised, pastured or grass-fed livestock is highly beneficial to one’s health. Read more at www.nih.gov (use the search bar at the top).
I don’t take my diet tips from the government. We have been lied to about many things ( flat earth anyone?) but especially what is healthy food. The gov gets money from the meat and dairy industry to push their agenda, in every country of the world.
And yet the government pushes a high grain diet with their food pyramid. How much money is the grain lobby throwing at them? They don't want us eating the most nutritious foods to keep us healthy.
Exactly. Incidentally I think the most nutritious food is fruit.
Why?
Fruit is nothing but sugar (bad), fiber (bad), and water (good).
Have you ever heard of AGE's? Advanced Glycation End Products cause glucose to bind to proteins in the body, and cause advanced aging. The glaciation is from fructose, which is only found in fruit and processed sugar.
Look at anyone who has been a fruitarian for more than 10 years, and you will see nothing but a skeleton with some skin on it (and the skin doesn't look very good, either).
Check out Shane from Raw Vegan Rising. He is certainly not skin and bones. Your information comes from those making money from lies about what is healthy. We may have to agree to disagree here.
The www.nih.gov search engine searches many medical libraries, not just at NIH. It’s the place to search for medical science.
Humans have the most acidic stomach (1.5 ph) of any animal on planet Earth.
Why would eating foods that are acidic cause a problem, when they are broken down by the hydrochloric acid and pepsin in the stomach before they are processed by the body? These two components are designed SPECIFICALLY to break down the proteins in meat and other animal products, so that the body can absorb the nutrients within.
No other animal on the planet has a greater ability to break down meat to get at the nutrients within.
Dr Robert Morse is a fruitarian, I followed him for awhile. Eat mostly fruit, some vegetables. Nothing cooked. I had a friend who did his diet for about 8 months and she was NOT faring well at all. He's a nice, pudgy fruitarian (manboobs) who I've heard confess eats Indian food more than he should. I wouldn't listen to a thing that man says.
There are many who are thriving eating ONLY meat. Read a book like the Carnivore Code to get the reverse perspective. Am I saying that is THE WAY? No. Experts are all self-proclaimed, really. For myself, after trying dozens of ways of eating... I find keto works best for me. I wish being vegan worked for me. I hate eating animals, yet I'm 80% carnivore.
Eating animals rots in your stomach for much longer than is healthy. Achieving ascension is not possible eating meat. We are trying to make our bodies ’light’. I hope you become a vegan ( lots and lots of vegan options now ) because not only do you hate eating animals but they also would prefer not to be eaten too🙂
I hear you... How do you know that animal flesh rots in the stomach for longer than is healthy? I've seen evidence to suggest that it is more easily digested than just about anything else. I've seen the testimony of a fellow with a colostomy bag who says that meat is the only thing that completely digests before it hits the bag. Gross, I know... but interesting.
Yes, I agree, gross. If you want to ‘ascend’ you have to be lighter. That is light vs heavy and light vs dark. I hope you will try raw vegan to see how it feels. I believe deep down that you can only love animals truly, if you don’t eat them. Best of luck to your healthy future. ( with your 777 you probably don’t need more luck ) 👍
Courageous post!!💯🎯. Stay strong fellow patriot!!
