Russia's Belgorod nuclear submarine is no longer operating in the Arctic. NATO has warned its member countries that Putin may be testing the vessel's "doomsday" weapon.

If you are serious, they're saying Putin's sub that went missing can fire missiles that can cause tsunamis. Some people are afraid he's going to cause a tsunami on a coast somewhere. It's weapons that have only been tested on a small scale.
