She'll just ignore the subpoena, hold it up in court for months or years if they try to enforce it, maybe eventually go to trial, which will take even more time, and will probably only have to pay a fine, which can be paid off by the spare change in her couch cushions.
Not dooming, just following the well established pattern set by the House when it comes to getting people who don't want to testify to cooperate.
And if a miracle occurs, and she chooses to testify, her answers will most likely be 99% "I don't recall/remember."

Patriots kept trying to get someone to call for help "he doesn't look well" Then he was brought into the capitol building where he was left for hours. The main question is, "Who benefitted from the interruption of the proceedings?" The riot began right after AZ was contested. As a result, we did not get our two hours of debate, where we could have shown our evidence. And our legal ability to contest the other states who had alternate electors was thwarted, also.
The dems didn't stop there. They tried to pass legislation to remove these legal safeguarding proceedings. It didn't pass, so they snuck it into the omnibus bill. It is very obvious who didn't want the Senators to be able to contest states.
After the dem's paid rioters began to storm the Capitol (an hour before we arrived from the Trump speech, by the way), the dems decided to forgo all the proceedings and just vote, with no debates allowed. Hmmm.
But when are they gonna prosecute Ted Cruz for the attempted murderrrrape of heroic vixen Alexandria Ocasio Cortez?
