The Russians won't want to broadcast a strike on NATO troops, because that will invoke official retaliation, and the Ukrainians/Westerners won't want to admit they had boots on the ground, when the official position is that there will be none.

Is this actually new or related to that story last year when they were hitting the underground bunkers with NATO officers inside? Possibly so, however the claim of any bunker full of nato and US generals getting smoked would be a massively important historical event, and needs more proof than Twitter posts or words on the internet from a stranger for me personally.
