Much worse than ever. I am wide awake at around 2:30 every night. Nothing works. Not even X22 LOL. Usually at around 4 I just give up and get up for the day.
A good friend said people at her work were saying the same thing. I live in the midwest. Could it be an air quality thing? It's very annoying.
3-4am is the best time to meditate/silent sit, as well as resolve conflicts/traumas with a clear mind. This is the window of time when the fewest human thought-forms are circulating, improving the chances that you can tune into your own inner guidance rather than picking up on what others are thinking...
Love this info right here. I have a terrible time being in crowds or groups due to thought interference.
I too have had major insomnia. Which is out of the norm for me. My dreams have been vivid and often. I think it has something to do with the Schumann.
There have been extremely powerful energetic light bursts arriving all year and there's no end in sight. We're being guided to focus inwardly. The opposite of what we've been brainwashed to do.
Call it what you will - meditation, silent sitting, breath-work, heart-based awareness, etc.
You're being awakened to tune into and "enjoy the silence". What we've all been REALLY seeking all our lives, but few realizing it.
It could be the earth magnetic field, which is weakening. I think it affects brain function.
What if we are all experiencing this because we are supposed to be vibrating together? I like this thought…
Yes!
Sleeping bad the last few months
Almost every night - it's making me crazy but this has been going on for months so can't say it something that has happened recently - I should just get up at 4am and start my day because by 8:30pm I am yawning and waiting for the sun to set to go to bed. I live on the east coast if that helps with your research 🐸😜
Indeed. I've been waking up at 3 am wandering around for a few weeks now. If it keeps up, I'll just brew coffee and go on like it's a new normal.
I haven't been fully waking up and getting up but I've definitely been tossing and turning a whole lot more and not getting good quality full length sleep. Could be the heat or the smoke, or probably both.
Waking up at 4 am a lot lately, myself. Very odd....
I’ve also been being woken up.
While discussing it with some friends, I was informed about “Third Watch”. https://www.hiskingdomprophecy.com/the-third-prayer-watch/
It means you’ve been called. Pray! :-)
Wow, same here. 2:30 to 3AM. That's pretty crazy right there. I just wake up, no idea why.
Meditate or exercise Don’t take pills
Yeah when I take unisom, ibuprofen pm, or adviil pm I find I'm super agitated with everything the next day and have higher anxiety.
Ibuprofen alters human testicular physiology to produce a state of compensated hypogonadism, Shrink Testicle https://www.pnas.org/doi/pdf/10.1073/pnas.1715035115
Don’t know what it would do to women …

since Nov of 2020, the reality that we're in seems unreal.... a nightmare without end thus far... only 2 more weeks...... only 2 more weeks.........
Been having bad insomnia recently too. Not sure what is going on, meditation and mindfulness aren’t helping like they usually do to relax and rest.
Smoke some "power nap". You will melt into pillow
Has happened to me 2 days in a row, same time as you.
Yes, past two weeks I keep waking up at 3am ish
Yes. Same for me.
Try turning off your wifi over night.i did this and also removed a repeater from my bedroom and I swear I am able to fall back asleep. There is a ton of the research about it. Maybe that is not what did it but I have been sleeping better
And avoid eating carbs
Me, too. But, probably because I've had a whiskey cocktail, and the booze effect wears off around 2pm and I wake up.
Sharing this in case any of you have been doing something similar and might not realize that booze can make you sleep terribly... i.e., interrupt your sleep.
I don't really drink at all anymore unless I am out for dinner with people who drink. Most of my friends do not for some reason. I know what you are talking about though, because the exact same thing happens when I do, whiskey or wine, doesn't matter.
I slept through the night yesterday and the day before, but last night I didn't. I woke up at 2:30 AM and was still awake a couple of hours later. Some nights I sleep through, and some nights I don't. One thing I've noticed is that I wake up early more often after I go to bed early.
We did have an orange level air quality alert yesterday because of smoke, and there was an obvious haze in the air. I sat on the front porch yesterday evening for a good while, as the air was clearer and the temperature had gone down a bit.
I’ve had insomnia for about 30yrs. So yes.
Yes, I wake up between 12:30am and 3:30am, and I have to get up for work at 5am, so I'm dragging my butt. Must be the Schumann Resonance or something, it's off the charts.
Yes, for a few months now. Last night, woke up at 3:30am. WTF?
Me too but I have a confession. Sorry everyone. It’s my new puppy. I’ve had him about three weeks and he whines loudly to go out at that time every night. I’ll try to keep him quieter.
TURN OFF THE WIFI. Our brains are pounded with radiation 24/7. At night turn off your phone and router.
I have ALWAYS had terrible sleeping habits especially because I am obsessed with the news lately and Twitter 2.0 but, absolutely, 100%, yes! My sleeping has been absolutely horrible the past two weeks (at least) and I attribute it to happenings.
Frequencies and forces we cannot see are undoubtedly going haywire. We feel it and because we are linked as a community, spiritually and as Earthlings; your restlessness may be due to the vibrations!
I don't know much about this topic but Schumann Resonance has been volatile: https://schumann-resonance.earth/ and I would imagine we feed off it too.
I doubt it. I live right in a fire zone we were surrounded by fires. The sky outside was full of smoke until that torrential rain a couple days ago. Today its finally clear but we have lived with the smoke for weeks now. I have no problem sleeping, I did have a problem breathing for a while.
Bad sleep since May for me. In FL so not sure whats causing it. Maybe a global consciousness type of thing? Its been really tough having poor sleep.
Iowa here. Whole house wakes up around 230 and about every hour till time to get moving for the day for last week.
Been waking up around 4am for the last couple of months, and not just lying there but getting up and on with my day. I know a few others like it, as I've asked them.
Great awakening??
I have always had phases of this but as of the last couple of months it has been really odd
