I was in Paris not long ago. The gendarme were out en masse in Paris. I had never been around that many machine guns in my life.
Military personnel in uniform were also making multiple unannounced appearances during my time walking around the city. I thought it was preparations for the Olympics, but now it feels like something else is afoot.

On the one hand, I was told gendarme presence has been more prominent ever since the Paris attacks. I never went to Paris until this year, so I have no point of reference.
On the other, when I was there and got a little lost walking the Champs Elysées, I accidentally walked past a lunch meeting of General Assembly members at a Michelin Star restaurant without a problem. I definitely got stared at by security detail and anyone taking a smoke break, but the sidewalk was apparently free real estate despite the VIPs being literal feet away. And the armed police were stationed around the corner, which I thought was weird.
It was a large enough presence that I went back to my relative’s home early one day because they were swarming the area around Saint Michel during rush hour; it looked like I was about to get caught in some kind of police action and my French was not strong enough to find myself in that situation.
My optimistic guess is that, much like how Q said the military would be working to never let another 9/11 happen, the French military is doing the same thing. And that, given the back and forth gendarme traffic near the main government buildings, maybe things are happening behind the scenes that we can’t see.
My pessimistic guess, which happens when you know no one in unarmed Paris has a chance against a bunch of cops with machine guns, is that they’re maintaining control over everyone à la a CCP show of force. I thought the normies here were asleep, but France was a whole different level. It’s like you can slap Liberté Égalité Fraternité on everything and no one questions if you’re selling them a raw deal.

We are in the midst of a psywar and propaganda war. Good anons need to build their capacity to apply heavy discernment and take into account what we can and cannot really know, and be careful from simply accepting informational content because it fits easily into our biases, even if our biases are more strongly skewed towards truth because we've seen a large part of the matrix.

I'm skeptical about 3, but that's simply my bias. I guess I haven't found a way to conceive of white hats using this sort of false flag op, but I'm certainly not saying it's impossible.

I guess these days I like this framework: The War has already been won, essentially, but yes, a controlled demolition of the Cabal infrastructure is necessary. Therefore, the White Hats, knowing the enemy playbook, allows certain things to go ahead - not actually driving them, but allowing the enemy to execute their operations and events, but with guardrails in place so that the damage is limited.
In this framework, it would means something like the current mayhem in France is not organized or executed by the white hats, but rather, the white hats, knowing what the black hats are doing and knowing their playbook, give them just enough rope to expose themselves further and eventually hang themselves, while taking steps to ensure that damage is limited and as minimal as possible while still allowing the process to go forward.

In this framework, the controlled demolition AND the awakening of people who live blindly in the system go hand in hand. Cannot have one without the other, ultimately, because the PUBLIC mandate is necessary to dismantle the whole system and reset the future once the Evil elements are exposed.

So while the essential victory has been won, the truth has to be revealed in a steady, logical drawn out manner so that people can actually digest the truth and also demand and want the changes required. I don't speak French but going off the dubs in replies, it sounds like he's just talking about requesting content to be taken down from social media sites and asking social media sites for information on account owners. Nothing about internet restrictions.
The title is misleading, they mention specific areas where Internet indeed will be cut to prevent activists to spiral the situation further down. It is not a full lockdown: if they starved these unstable neighborhouds, they would have to fight them to death to calm them… a guaranteed lose-lose strategy.
Also note that this coincides with the end of the school year in France.
