IF you take the real presidential seal and rotate it about 160 degrees clockwise, then map it on a plane pitching about 15 degree off 0 away from your POV, it actually looks pretty close. I can see what would be the eagle's head, the white bundle of arrows, and the text surrounding the emblem. The only diff is that additional wavy ring around the circle itself. Which might just be the wavy material of the umbrella, and its a thicker version of the golden outer ring of the seal.
Either that, or it looks like one of those flat earth diagrams lol.
