I really think there is an aspect of false flag about the Israel attack, there is something just not right about it, but I trust Trump and his choice of narrative. He is a white hat and he knows what he is doing.
Operation warp speed showed me that. Trump really steered the world through the vax crisis with as little damage as possible, even though he chose a posture I did not like.
yes, but consider that the War Monger's Ukraine gravy train has dried up and Taiwan is too much of a long shot, a war against Iran might divert the Dollars into their coffers.
Why? We already have reason to cut them off, and know their govt. Sponsors terrorism. They don't hide it.
Morally it should be stopped anyways. If war should be waged with them to stop them, such as similar to Ukraine, why is it bad to let Iran hang themselves by allowing them to do what they do best? When the DS gives them money, they spend it on terror.
No different than what they've been doing for decades, just now the spotlight of justice is on them while they do it.
Remember the Federal reserve is a business, not a federal agency, just like Costco or Kroger or Burger King. They are not part of our government.
Update: TBH, I have not looked up how/who they report to or work with in the Fed, so they may well be contracted to The Treasury, but they are not part of it. Hope this helps!
Israel for last means ending the corruption? Or does it mean Israel is the last step prior to something not being spoken widely or of much understanding by the majority. The puppet masters are not even human. How do you remove that power structure? By all collectively doing so. This is the secret behind WWG1WGA
We are in Biblical times. Israel has One that neither sleeps or slumbers to protect them not because the people are righteous but because of God's promise to Abraham AND Israel is God's land and He said it was His. We are just before entering the 70th week of Daniel and people need to be awakened or left behind.
I not only believe in God but I also believe God. God said Israel is His chosen people, the church is "grafted" into Israel. Salvation is of the Jews according to Jesus. The Jews rejected Jesus when He came and be thankful they did because it opened the way for Gentiles to come to God. God is not through with Israel. They will be tried through the fire of the Tribulation but they will eventually recognize Jesus as the Messiah and He will deliver them. Rom. 9-11 and Rev. 4-22.
Some people don't realize RHINOS work for "Jews" and "Israel" too. Said they were Jews and weren't in Paul's day. Goodness, like the enemy hasn't read the same end times stuff we have and gave this carnal psy op after WW2 and "Israel" and "Jews" with their Frankenstein invented language from the 60's to psy op American Christian support out of ignorance. Much like 9-11. Simply put, if you are Israel, there is no distinction between Jew and Gentile. Then why is there such a HUGE distinction amongst these people? Cause when we got saved, we weren't grafted into THOSE guys, we were grafted into God's family. Which doesn't see JEW JEW JEW like everyone does. Because it's a stupid psy op. It's unreal to me to see people say there is no longer Jew nor Gentile, while ignoring there is no concord here. Yet, what concord hath Christ with Belial? That's more fitting, sons of Belial, not God.
Thanks! I just taught a 40 week series on Romans. Look at the olive tree - unbelieving "Jews" are the broken off branches. The believing "Gentiles" were grafted in "among" the believing "Jews". There is neither "Jew" nor "Greek". The mystery Paul was referring to is how the "Jew" and "Gentile" were together, part of one tree - the Israel of God.
Whether you meant to or not, you just told everyone who read your post to disregard GOD's WORD, because you have an opinion of it's truth. Rev. speaks to those who take away or add to the scriptures. TREAD CAREFULLY, my friend, you are in dangerous territory as Rev. says all the plaques of this book will come upon those who do this. Not a put-down. Just a warning. Better to be quiet than to have a face off with the Author and Finisher of Our faith, I-Am-Anon
You are correct. God is not finished with Israel and He will refine them in the Time if Jacob’s Trouble (Trib). This is why I root for the remnant in Israel, and not the entire Nation:
Zechariah 13:8 (NIV): “In the whole land,” declares the Lord, ‘two-thirds will be struck down and perish; yet one-third will be left in it.’”
I’ve never understood the “chosen people” concept. Wouldn’t that be like a parent having to choose a favorite child? Seriously inquiring, I’ve thought this throughout my entire life as a church going person.
Yes, but not having to choose. Willing, happy to choose.
Many/most things don't make sense without historical context, and as I've gone through life I've found more and more this has been one of the biggest issues related to comprehension of the world in which we live.
Why do we do things like we do? Why are we constantly doing this thing which doesn't make sense? Understand history and you will understand today.
They were the chosen because there were no other people on the planet who loved God the Father, for one.
I don't have time atm, but read the Holy Bible and it tells you a lot about it. That is the start, anyways.
We know He made a covenant with the descendants of Abraham. We do not necessarily know who the people of that covenant are, specifically, today.
It is fairly certain that the bankers who claim to be among those people are hiding behind a stolen name to protect themselves. A blood red shield against wrath, if you will.
It is very interesting how the claim is always of anti-Shem-etism, and not of anti-Judah-ism or anti-Y’Israel-ism.
What other tribes were descended from Shem? Why would the claims accuse of being against Shem? Why not Japheth, or Ham, or someone further down the line? That’s a very odd choice of wording. Does anybody actually think of “Jews” as being the whole branch of Shem?
I also believe that observant Christians have been grafted in to Y’Israel. It is also apparent that people have also claimed the name of Christ while, further than mere sinning, knowingly acting against the faith and The Kingdom.
Daniel prophesied that "seventy weeks are determined". So I assume you believe in the "gap theory" in regards to Daniel. We are living in the "gap" between the 69th and 70th week? This "gap" is now almost 2000 years old. It's like taking an inch out of a foot ruler - it's no longer a foot ruler. Doesn't make sense to me.
The interim period between 32AD and now is the "time of the Gentiles" according to Paul and thank God He made a way for Gentiles to be saved. When this "time" is fulfilled, when the last Gentile accepts Jesus as Savior, the Tribulation will begin and Gid will once again be working with Israel. Rom. 9-11.
The tribulation is in our past. It was the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 A.D. Jesus told the scribes and Pharisees that "your house is left to you desolate.". Your interpretation came from the Scofield Reference Bible. Yes I am a preterist!
While classical dispensationalism as formulated by theologians like C.I. Scofield and John Nelson Darby had its distinctive features, some of its elements can be traced to earlier theological traditions and interpretations of the Bible. Here are a few examples:
1.Distinction Between Israel and the Church:
• Early Church Fathers like Justin Martyr (2nd century) and Irenaeus (2nd century) acknowledged distinctions between God’s dealings with Israel and the Church in their writings. They recognized that God had specific plans for both groups.
2.Futurist Interpretation of Prophecy:
•The belief in future prophetic events can be traced to various interpretations of the Book of Revelation in early Christian writings. Some early Church theologians, like Hippolytus (3rd century), held views that anticipated future fulfillment of certain prophecies.
3.Premillennialism:
• The concept of a future literal thousand-year reign of Christ has been present in different forms throughout Christian history. Papias (1st century) is often cited as an early proponent of premillennialism, and it has appeared in the writings of various Church Fathers.
4.Rapture:
• While the term “rapture” was not used in the same way as in classical dispensationalism, early Christian writers such as Ephraem the Syrian (4th century) and Jerome (4th-5th century) discussed the idea of believers being caught up to meet Christ in connection with 1 Thessalonians 4:17.
While classical dispensationalism combined these elements into a systematic theological framework and popularized them in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, it’s important to recognize that many of these ideas had antecedents in Christian thought and theology prior to the Scofield Study Bible. Dispensationalism itself has evolved over time, with variations and modifications to its original form.
The concept of the "gap theory" in relation to Daniel's prophecy of the "seventy weeks" is indeed a key element in dispensationalist theology. According to this viewpoint, there is a gap or pause between the 69th and 70th week. Here's an analysis and biblical support for this perspective:
The Gap Theory in Daniel's Prophecy: Dispensationalists interpret Daniel 9:24-27 as a prediction of a period of "seventy weeks" or 490 years, which includes both the time leading up to the arrival of the Messiah (the 69 weeks) and a future period associated with the 70th week. They believe that the 70th week represents a future tribulation period that has not yet occurred.
Daniel 9:27 (NIV) speaks of a future "seven-year" period associated with the "covenant" and "abomination that causes desolation," which some interpret as the events of the end times.
Hidden Church Age: Dispensationalists assert that the Church Age, which began after the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, was not explicitly revealed to Old Testament prophets. They argue that it was a "mystery" hidden in God's plan and later revealed to the apostles in the New Testament.
Ephesians 3:2-6 (NIV):
“Surely you have heard about the administration of God’s grace that was given to me for you, that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to people in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets. This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.”
Colossians 1:25-27 (NIV):
“I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the word of God in its fullness—the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
Colossians 2:2-3 (NIV):
“My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”
These verses from Paul’s letters emphasize that the mystery of the Church, which includes the inclusion of Gentiles as fellow heirs and members of the body of Christ, was not fully revealed in previous generations but was made known through revelation to the apostles like Paul. This teaching underlines the uniqueness and significance of the Church Age in God’s plan of redemption.
Another example where a significant time gap appears in the middle of a verse or sentence is when Jesus stood up in the synagogue and read from the book of Isaiah in Luke 4:16-21. In this passage, Jesus reads a portion of Isaiah 61:1-2, and then He abruptly stops. Here's the passage:
Luke 4:16-21 (NIV):
"So he (Jesus) came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. And he was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written: 'The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.' Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down."
The gap in this passage represents the time between the first and second parts of Isaiah 61:2. In this passage, Jesus stops reading before the second part, which says, "and the day of vengeance of our God." Many theologians interpret this as a significant pause in God's redemptive plan. The "acceptable year of the Lord" (His ministry of grace and salvation) was fulfilled during Jesus' earthly ministry in His first coming, while the "day of vengeance" (a future time of judgment) is seen as a reference to His second coming, indicating a significant gap in time between these two events.
The "day of vengeance" occurred in 70 A.D. Jesus, pointing to the Temple told His disciples that "not one stone would be left upon another". The Jewish Historian Josephus reported that 1.1 million Jews perished and 93,000 led away captive. This ended the Old Covenant sacrificial system. It was truly the "end of the age". Jesus "came" in 70 A.D. in judgement on apostate Israel.
A question for everyone that says read or study the Bible. The Bible was corrupted by men and the church....some parts and sections have been hidden, some changed. To trust that we, meaning ordinary people living ordinary lives vs those in highest levels of the church (Vatican) have the complete Bible is not believable. Why do you think the Bible is complete when the Vatican has secrets and hidden areas?
What really changed is how Christians today interpret the scriptures. The Scofield Reference Bible (1830) added many un-scriptural doctrines. It viewed "the church" as totally distinct from national Israel. What's interesting is that the group that bankrolled the publication and distribution of the SRB was a group of Jews from New York City. Ask yourself why Jews would bankroll a Christian Reference Bible?
You raise some common questions and concerns regarding the Bible's integrity and completeness. Here are responses to each of your claims with a little sauce on the side:
Corruption of the Bible: While it's true that there have been variations in biblical manuscripts over time, scholars have employed rigorous textual criticism to reconstruct the original text of the Bible as closely as possible (almost 98% accuracy). The Bible's integrity is supported by an extensive body of ancient manuscripts, including the Dead Sea Scrolls, which confirm the accuracy of many biblical texts.

Hidden and Changed Sections: There is no concrete evidence to suggest that entire sections of the Bible have been systematically hidden or intentionally changed. While there have been differences in manuscript traditions, the core message and teachings of the Bible have remained remarkably consistent.
Source: "The Text of the New Testament: Its Transmission, Corruption, and Restoration" by Bruce M. Metzger and Bart D. Ehrman, Oxford University Press, 2005.
Trust in Completeness: The idea that the Bible is complete is based on the careful preservation and compilation of ancient texts. While there may be variations in specific manuscripts, the fundamental teachings and narratives of the Bible remain consistent across various versions and translations.
Source: "How We Got the Bible" by Neil R. Lightfoot, Baker Books, 2003.
Vatican's Role: The Vatican, as the center of the Roman Catholic Church, has indeed played a significant role in preserving and interpreting biblical texts. However, the Bible is not solely in the hands of the Vatican. It is widely studied, translated, and interpreted by scholars and theologians from various denominations and backgrounds.

'There is no concrete evidence to suggest' entire sections of the Bible have been changed or hidden my response, those words are the SAME words used by GOVT and MSM re 9/11, election of 2020 re cheating, WACO, Las Vegas massacre, etc.
All it takes is one example of concrete evidence to prove me wrong. We’ll wait for you to provide it, rather than Jedi handwave well thought out responses.
While it is challenging to prove a negative, the authenticity of the Bible is typically assessed based on historical evidence, manuscript reliability, and scholarly research. There is a substantial body of evidence supporting the historical accuracy and preservation of the Bible, including the Dead Sea Scrolls, early manuscripts, and archaeological discoveries.

Lost or Destroyed Texts:
It is true that there were various Christian texts and writings in early Christianity, some of which are not part of the canonical Bible. However, the claim that "dozens of other texts were burned, and their adherents murdered" requires specific historical evidence to support it. While there were debates and controversies over certain texts in early Christianity, it's essential to rely on historical documentation and scholarly research to assess the extent of such actions.
Council of Nicaea and Christian Sects:
The First Council of Nicaea in 325 AD was convened primarily to address theological controversies, particularly the Arian heresy. It did not represent "almost 1000 different Christian sects" but rather bishops from various regions of the Christian world. It is important to note that the Council's main focus was on theological matters, particularly the nature of Christ.
Source: "The First Seven Ecumenical Councils (325-787): Their History and Theology" by Leo Donald Davis, Liturgical Press, 1983.
Persecution and Apostasy:
While there were periods of persecution in early Christianity, particularly during the Roman Empire, it is essential to distinguish between historical fact and exaggeration. Persecution of Christians did occur, but the extent and motives varied over time and across different regions. Claims of "apostates" and "enemies of the state of Rome" should be assessed based on historical records and scholarly analysis.
It's important to engage in critical thinking and rely on reputable historical sources and scholarly research when discussing the Bible's authenticity and the historical context of early Christianity. The field of biblical studies and early Christian history is rich with scholarship that can provide a nuanced understanding of these topics.
OK so explain me this :
Numbers 31:17-18 (rape and murder):
17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
18 But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
Samuel 15:03 (infanticide and murder)
3 Now go and strike Amalek and devote to destruction1 all that they have. Do not spare them, but kill both man and woman,** child and infant**, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’ ”
What, exactly, needs to be responded to here? I would need a little more context as to the reason why you think these verses need a response or an explanation? What, specifically, are you having a hard time understanding in these passages?
Have you ever checked out Paul Copans book “Is God a Moral Monster?“ In it he explains these passages and many more like them in their Ancient Near Eastern context. If you are serious about finding a contextual understanding of these difficult passages, then I would encourage you to check out that book.
What I have discovered in conversations about this very topic is that most people simply parrot what the new Atheists (Christopher Hitchens, Dawkins, Sam Harris, etc…) superficially claim these passages are saying.
This is why I asked you to clarify your question. Some people have a hard time reconciling these passages (and others like them) with the moral character of Yahweh. Others simply don’t understand them in their cultural context.
This discussion also requires an understanding of the role of the Nephilim and their seed throughout the Old Testament.
Paul Copans has always befuddled me. I haven't read his books, but I've listened to a number of his lectures, interviews and debates. He consistently avoids Biblical passages and proofs that are distasteful to him for which he doesn't have a good explanation. He can't bring himself to let the chips fall where they may. (If he has a good explanation in his books, I wish he'd bring it out in his lectures/interviews). The perfect example is that he never gave a straight answer to the question "Did the Israelites ever actually destroy defenseless women and children as the Bible says?" , even though his assumptions necessarily bring him to that conclusion. But he won't say it. Why not?
God is only love and compassion.
"Beloved, let us love one another, because love is of God; everyone who loves is begotten by God and knows God. Whoever is without love does not know God, for God is love"
1 John 4:7-8
PS: I'm not atheist I believe in God more than you think, and since I'm not an NPC, I try to seek out the truth.
Because we have lots of physical evidence and proof. You can go to websites to see original manuscripts. In the caves of Kumran in the 1950s original manuscripts were just found, with a COMPLETE scroll of Isaiah, which foretells Jesus. This means that God and Jesus are real, and Jesus tells us to follow the scriptures. Now if there is still some corruption pray about it. Because remember, God is real and He will Lead us to Him if we want to be with Him. Honestly the biblical documents are some of the most well kept artifacts to this day. Do some research and you will see that the Bible as it is today is not corrupted. Find biblical scholars and ask them questions.
God is real. That I believe. This site allows us to seek truth via efforts of the many researchers... don't think ordinary reading of the published 'Bible' is enlightening as it may not be accurate anymore. Look at what's been done to history books when they've been republished.
I understand where you’re coming from, but the Bible is very well in tact. You can do research on this. We have full early manuscripts of Greek and Hebrew texts. Find a biblical scholar and send them an email. It is their mission as a Christian to help spread the truth, so they will be happy to help if they have time. Here is a good article to read, too: https://crossexamined.org/is-the-new-testament-reliable-erhman-refutes-ehrman/
The Bible has been preserved with amazing accuracy throughout the millennia’s. This fact is supported by more evidence than any other book from ancient antiquity.
So learn Hebrew, Greek, Aramaic, and Latin. Doesn't take that long. In less than five years, you can read the originals in any language in which they were written. I'm nearly there myself, and it is incredibly edifying. But yeah, it's way easier to just complain.
I’m going to have to respectively disagree with your claim that the transmission of the Bible is akin to a game of "Telephone," where the original message becomes completely mutated, does not accurately represent the processes involved in preserving and transmitting the biblical texts.
Manuscript Evidence: Unlike the "Telephone" game, where spoken messages are easily distorted (and where there are rules where you cannot repeat what was said, and must speak in a whisper almost as if to deliberately set up the spoken message to be mutilated), the Bible's transmission relies on written manuscripts. The Old and New Testaments of the Bible have a wealth of ancient manuscript copies, some dating very close to the original writings. Scholars have meticulously compared and analyzed these manuscripts to ensure the accuracy of the text over time.
Textual Criticism: Textual criticism is a rigorous scholarly discipline dedicated to reconstructing the most accurate and authentic biblical text. Scholars examine thousands of ancient manuscripts in various languages, along with early translations and quotations by early Christian writers, to establish the original text.
Copyists' Care: Scribes who copied biblical texts in antiquity were highly skilled and meticulous. They had strict rules and traditions for copying, often involving counting letters and words to ensure accuracy. The famous Masoretic scribes of the Hebrew Bible are an example of this dedication to preserving the text.
Early Writings: The New Testament documents were written relatively soon after the events they describe. The gap between the events and the earliest extant manuscripts is shorter than many other ancient texts, which increases the reliability of the biblical accounts.
Consistency of Core Message: Despite minor variations in manuscripts, the core theological message and teachings of the Bible have remained remarkably consistent throughout history. These variations are largely related to spelling, word order, or minor textual issues, not substantial changes in doctrine.
Historical Confirmation: The accuracy of many historical and geographical details in the Bible has been confirmed through archaeological discoveries, lending credibility to the text's reliability.
Scholarly Oversight: The process of biblical scholarship, involving thousands of scholars over centuries, has been dedicated to preserving and studying the biblical texts, ensuring their integrity.
The comparison between the Bible's transmission and the "Telephone" game is not accurate. The Bible's preservation has been marked by a rigorous and systematic approach, involving a multitude of ancient manuscripts and the expertise of scholars dedicated to maintaining the text's accuracy and integrity. This process has ensured that the core message of the Bible remains faithful to its original teachings and historical accounts.
I understand your concern and I share a lot of sympathy with it. Removing the apocrypha from the Bible as a notion to help "clarify and omit "fake news " as was the final product of the KJV and all of its iterations since has not been the best for mankind. But at the same time, knowing more isn't necessarily going to get a net positive out of a majorly uneducated society. Of course I know the true intention wasn't to make it easier to understand, but the scholars involved weren't all out for that negative agenda. I guess you could consider me a Christian metaphysicist, at most an amateur one, but I would say to your comments in this thread that you are on the right track of attempting to understand why the old testament and new testament are so vastly different and being a critic isn't always a bad thing or to be shunned, hell look at this entire movement and how it works. And you are validated in your criticism of organized religion, but it favors you to distinguish the institution of religion of which is corrupted to an extent to the fellowship of faith, which Jesus wanted for us, and you have already highlighted on this as I edit this comment reading your others. Stick with that. If you at least know the path, you are already doing well. It's going down that path to the "source" is where most won't go, but I think it's our duty as Gods children to do so. I think maybe reforming some of your questions slightly may help, but as you know this is your path and agreeing or disagreeing isn't the point, you are rightly concerned.
It is literally impossible that Mossad has not infiltrated Hamas. This could not have happened without their knowledge, and probably their support. The mother of all false flags.
Cut all foreign funding. !
Not all americans support Israel.
I'm so tired of politicians assuming America wants more wars more blood overseas. Are they not suppose to be neutral for foreign policy and take care of the country they are elected in?
To me it is the same as any other hoax they pulled off.
They took a vote how to counter move the speaker of the house and this was their play.
The same people who told us to wear a mask, take a mRNA, said it was safe and effective, put lgbtq in the schools, call for vaccine passports, allowed millions across the USA boarder, and now wanting us to believe them and stand with them in the obvious treason that allowed this attack to happen.
My source is simple.
Like 16:10–
10He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. 11If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? 12And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own? 13No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
What I don't understand is how many people who call themselves Trump supporters or Christians who hate Israel. Has their government done vile things over the years? Sure. But it's not even close to the number of vile things our own government has done. Those are God's chosen people, and he's not done with them yet. Trump is and always has been a great supporter of Israel. How can you support that man but hate his policies I have no idea.
You would have to read the Bible to fully understand. He chose Abraham to be the father of a great nation. He chose them to carry his faith. In the end times he chose them to be tested during the great Tribulation. He chose them to father the Son of Man Jesus Christ and to give Grace to all mankind. There are dozens of ways they are chosen but probably better explained by someone who can articulate it better than me.
The Bible contains numerous verses that explain why God chose the people of Israel and the purpose behind this divine election. Here are some key verses:
Deuteronomy 7:6 (NIV): "For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession."
Exodus 19:5-6 (NIV): "Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. These are the words you are to speak to the Israelites."
Genesis 12:2-3 (NIV): "I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse, and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you."
Isaiah 43:1 (NIV): "But now, this is what the Lord says—he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: 'Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.'"
Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV): "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'"
These verses collectively emphasize that God chose Israel as His special people for a purpose:
1. To be a holy and treasured nation.
2. To serve as a kingdom of priests and a light to the nations.
3. To fulfill God's covenant promises made to Abraham.
4. To be a blessing to the world, ultimately through the coming of the Messiah (Jesus).
5. To demonstrate God's faithfulness and love.
These are just a few of the verses that illustrate the divine election of Israel and the purpose behind it in the biblical narrative.
Naturally, you are welcome to believe as you please. I will remind you that God, himself, did not write the Bible. Its a history written by the very people who claim to have been chosen. Turning a blind eye to that fact is foolishness.
Clearly chosen to do evil. Now is that Yahweh that is evil?
Why did the first Christian’s believe Jesus was sent to save us from the evil god Yahweh ? Kinda destroys the whole chosen people argument. But to find this perspective takes a curious and analytical mind. It seems you have that gift too.
9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
In Revelation 2:9, Jesus is addressing the church in Smyrna. The reference to "them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan" likely refers to a group within the city of Smyrna who claimed to be Jews but were not true followers of God.
This language suggests that there were individuals or a faction in Smyrna who may have identified as Jews outwardly but did not truly follow the faith or principles of Judaism. Instead, they were acting in opposition to the message of Jesus and His teachings, which is why Jesus referred to them as the "synagogue of Satan." This is not a condemnation of all Jews but a specific reference to those who opposed the early Christian community in Smyrna.
It's important to interpret this verse within the context of the letter to the church in Smyrna and the language often used in the book of Revelation to convey spiritual truths and challenges faced by early Christians.
Support the remnant (1/3) in Israel whom God will save through Daniels 70th week. The other 2/3rds will be wiped off the map:
Zechariah 13:8 (NIV): “In the whole land,” declares the Lord, ‘two-thirds will be struck down and perish; yet one-third will be left in it.’”
Also, don’t forget where the Anti-Christ sets up his headquarters: the Third Temple in Jerusalem.
Daniel 9:27 (NIV): “He [Anti-Christ] will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple, he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.”
Matthew 24:15-16 (NIV): “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’ spoken of through the prophet Daniel [See above verse in Daniel] —let the reader understand—then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.”
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (NIV): “Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness [Anti-Christ] is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.”
And do the work we're called to do to include as many in the remnant as possible. Nobody is going to be jealous of the trash opinions and ignorant hatred displayed within this thread and across these forums by people taking the Messiah's name in vain and profaning it before His brethren in the flesh.
Trump is well intended. But has limitations just like anyone else. Is still not late for him to become aware of more things. We should continue to learn and grow. I don’t have to fully support 100% of his ideas to recognize he is a good man. He could be mistaken on some things like any other human. I agree with him mostly except his public support for Israel.
Everyone knows that's not true. See, anyone can throw out opinions without solid evidence. If we consider that it is true for a minute, treating regular people hatefully for being genetically related to a specific allegedly evil group is still unjustifiable. If it were justifiable, let's consider what it would look like if the tables were turned. 9/11 was justifiable. Illegal migrant invasion is justifiable. Rape and murder of whites is justifiable. Property theft is justifiable. All because individual Americans did or approved evil things over time, it's open season to get revenge on people unrelated to the events in question that occured in places completely removed in space and time from those being targeted. This is what leftists currently believe and are acting out. Are you a leftist? This is what communists believe and have demonstrated throughout their dastardly history in every country they've taken over and burned to the ground. Are you a communist?
It's amazing how many down votes you got on this comment. People will reap what they sow. The Way is narrow and few find it. The Gate is narrow and few enter therein. It will be interesting to see where the chips fall come judgement day.
I trust Trump too, but for different reasons.
Is this about manufacturing consent to go to war with Iran?
Oh! That's an uncomfortable thought.
yes, but consider that the War Monger's Ukraine gravy train has dried up and Taiwan is too much of a long shot, a war against Iran might divert the Dollars into their coffers.
Oh, you have a point, I just don't like it!
neither do I, but I don't have a vote on it.
I sometimes wonder if this isn't about bankrupting the Fed.
And isn't the federal reserve already under the Treasury Department, or am I mistaken?
You are correct, you are mistaken.
Yes, it did. Thanks.
It would be a mistake if so. America is already short staffed in the military and short on ammo.
If a war with Iran started, I can all but guarantee that China would almost immediately take advantage and then bam! Hot ww3
This tweet feels like Trump speak for, “Biden and Co. laundered $6 billion to Iran and less than two weeks later Hamas attacks Israel.
The $6 billion was a payment for the next distraction/escalation.”
We are just before entering the 70th week of Daniel and people need to be awakened or left behind.
no. believe in God but not believe in israelites and judas people.
Exactly this.
God always has His remnant. Israel is His chosen people. Think Abrahamic covenant.
God had to have a chosen people to bring the Messiah through. How else would Jesus fulfill all the law and prophets.
hogwash
That's unclean! Kek
Kek
This issue will be resolved.
Bless your heart. We'll pray for you ;)
While classical dispensationalism as formulated by theologians like C.I. Scofield and John Nelson Darby had its distinctive features, some of its elements can be traced to earlier theological traditions and interpretations of the Bible. Here are a few examples:
1.Distinction Between Israel and the Church: • Early Church Fathers like Justin Martyr (2nd century) and Irenaeus (2nd century) acknowledged distinctions between God’s dealings with Israel and the Church in their writings. They recognized that God had specific plans for both groups.
2.Futurist Interpretation of Prophecy: •The belief in future prophetic events can be traced to various interpretations of the Book of Revelation in early Christian writings. Some early Church theologians, like Hippolytus (3rd century), held views that anticipated future fulfillment of certain prophecies.
3.Premillennialism: • The concept of a future literal thousand-year reign of Christ has been present in different forms throughout Christian history. Papias (1st century) is often cited as an early proponent of premillennialism, and it has appeared in the writings of various Church Fathers.
4.Rapture: • While the term “rapture” was not used in the same way as in classical dispensationalism, early Christian writers such as Ephraem the Syrian (4th century) and Jerome (4th-5th century) discussed the idea of believers being caught up to meet Christ in connection with 1 Thessalonians 4:17.
Yes that is preterist. I am not!
It sounds like you hold to some form of Preterism? Would that be accurate to say?
Why would they? So many moving parts, so many incidents of deception... please explain
To completely corrupt the message of Jesus. It's not hard to figure out.
Thanks...so they succeeded as that was a 'better kept' secret
Because many dispensationalists are pro-Israel and pro-Zionist. One of their good qualities, despite their poor hermeneutics and eschatology.
Trust in Completeness: The idea that the Bible is complete is based on the careful preservation and compilation of ancient texts. While there may be variations in specific manuscripts, the fundamental teachings and narratives of the Bible remain consistent across various versions and translations.
Proof of a Negative:
While it is challenging to prove a negative, the authenticity of the Bible is typically assessed based on historical evidence, manuscript reliability, and scholarly research. There is a substantial body of evidence supporting the historical accuracy and preservation of the Bible, including the Dead Sea Scrolls, early manuscripts, and archaeological discoveries.
Source: "The Dead Sea Scrolls: Discovery and Meaning" by Hershel Shanks, National Geographic, 2010.
Lost or Destroyed Texts:
Council of Nicaea and Christian Sects:
The First Council of Nicaea in 325 AD was convened primarily to address theological controversies, particularly the Arian heresy. It did not represent "almost 1000 different Christian sects" but rather bishops from various regions of the Christian world. It is important to note that the Council's main focus was on theological matters, particularly the nature of Christ.
Source: "The First Seven Ecumenical Councils (325-787): Their History and Theology" by Leo Donald Davis, Liturgical Press, 1983.
Persecution and Apostasy:
It's important to engage in critical thinking and rely on reputable historical sources and scholarly research when discussing the Bible's authenticity and the historical context of early Christianity. The field of biblical studies and early Christian history is rich with scholarship that can provide a nuanced understanding of these topics.
Mere general assertions with no evidence or sauce to back your claims. You getting this info from Zeitgeist??
Lol I’ve given you nothing you would hear in a Sunday school class.
Excellent work sir
Wow, I didn't realize Metzger and Ehrman wrote a book together. Interesting 🤔
What, specifically, are you having a hard time understanding in these passages?
please don't play the fool.
I assure you, I am not playing the fool.
Unfortunately, a good number of Christians aren’t concerned with a deeper understanding of their faith or the text where they derive that faith from
So learn Hebrew, Greek, Aramaic, and Latin.
You are so wrong about a lot of this, I’ll pray for you. The Catholic Church is bad, correct. But the Bible is real and true.
I think maybe reforming some of your questions slightly may help, but as you know this is your path and agreeing or disagreeing isn't the point, you are rightly concerned.
saving Israel for last.
I know a work when I see a work and DJT is working Israel. Some of you are falling for the Vince McMahon babyface turn.
Is this the part where "saving isreal for last" starts?
It is literally impossible that Mossad has not infiltrated Hamas. This could not have happened without their knowledge, and probably their support. The mother of all false flags.
I found this video helpful on the "chosen people" thing: https://www.bitchute.com/video/KDgIY9ox1eN4/
How can you support that man but hate his policies I have no idea.
chosen for what exactly? asking for a friend
I have read and studied the Bible, as well as many other ancient texts. I continue to do this.
I remain unconvinced of who chose them or for what purpose by any account.
The Bible contains numerous verses that explain why God chose the people of Israel and the purpose behind this divine election. Here are some key verses:
Even God can draw a straight line with a crooked stick.
Then you should pray for discernment. The Bible is pretty clear in that regard.
Can you cite any sources for any of your fairytale claims above?
Revelation 2:9
9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
👋
#StillNotFeelingDumb
God's Chosen People? Read the entire book of Romans. Paul the Apostle would disagree with you.
I have and I completely disagree with your assessment.
Chapter 11 of Romans pretty much refutes this idiotic perspective. Good for you for recognizing that.
Support the remnant (1/3) in Israel whom God will save through Daniels 70th week. The other 2/3rds will be wiped off the map:
Also, don’t forget where the Anti-Christ sets up his headquarters: the Third Temple in Jerusalem.
And do the work we're called to do to include as many in the remnant as possible. Nobody is going to be jealous of the trash opinions and ignorant hatred displayed within this thread and across these forums by people taking the Messiah's name in vain and profaning it before His brethren in the flesh.
Most of the evil done by America is do to them controlling our leaders.
Then you shouldn't support Trump. Why would you support someone who you claim is supporting this great evil? I don't understand.
Now say that about any Jew. Your inability to give the benefit of the doubt to a majority of people you neither know nor understand speaks volumes.
Everyone knows it’s mainly a few Jews that comprise the cabal. But they are very wealthy, super wealthy.
Do you even know that Israel was involved in 9/11? Sorry to tell ya. They have always hated us and use us as cash cattle.
By the way communism wasn’t Russian ideology. It was introduced to Russia by Jewish immigrants…. Nice try tho.
Most Jews are left leaning and support communism or extreme Socialism.
The swamp is Israeli-manufactured.
It's amazing how many down votes you got on this comment. People will reap what they sow. The Way is narrow and few find it. The Gate is narrow and few enter therein. It will be interesting to see where the chips fall come judgement day.
