All sugar (even natural sources like fruit) feed cancer cells. The OP's sister-in-law might want to cut out all carbohydrates (less than 30 grams of carbohydrates per day). Most of your carbs are going to come from vegetables in the form of salads. I can't speak from 1st hand experience with respect to diet and cancer, but I can say that I lost 25 lbs on Keto in 6 months and have more energy then ever. Our food is poison and if we want to be healthy we have to be vigilant with what we consume.
This is truth. Cancer starts with food and can be cured with food. Carbs become glucose (stored as glycogen) in the bloodstream so keto won't cure cancer. Zero carb, 100% animal based will absolutely reverse it. What do you have to lose?
What meat/protein did you tend to eat everyday? I'd like to do keto but I'm trying to wrap my head around how much meat I'd have to eat a day.
Salmon, Rib Eye, Ground Beef, Chicken, Beef Brisket, Shrimp, Sausage, Bacon, Cheese, Eggs, Peanut Butter. Pretty much all meats. Had to cycle through them all to keep from getting bored. I'd say more of my calories come from fat than protein. Get salad dressings made from Avocado oil and not vegetable oil. In fact try to cut out as much vegetable (soybean, sunflower, corn) oil as possible. Use Avocado and Olive oil for everything.
If you're serious about trying it make sure you get a ketone blood meter so you can check your levels daily and see how your body reacts to carbs. Everybody is different on how many net carbs per day you can consume and still maintain ketosis. I can have about 40 net carbs/day which is pretty manageable once you get used to it. The first month is the hardest, but that's with starting any new habits.
Don't forget to sprinkle a little Ivermectin in there as well :)
Not making a pro or con statement against MMS, but apparently it's another option as I have heard from some people that it helped clear up things such as inflammatory conditions and other ailments. As always to our Frens, use discernment and keep an open mind :)

Not sure if this works on all cancer but I’ve heard hardcore fasting is great to battle a lot of cancers. Like don’t eat for an extended periods sometimes a week or more. When your body starts not getting enough nutrients bad cells die first (this is my non science explanation from what I’ve seen.

Amygdalin, a compound found in the highest amounts in apricot seeds, will kill cancer cells. It is a compound with cyanide, benzaldehyde and glucose. Normal cells can't break down this compound but cancer cells can and they will because they need the glucose to survive. When the cancer cells breakdown this compound, they also take in the cyanide and benzaldehyde and then the cells die. Normal cells are not affected by this compound.

Ivermectin and fenbendazole are glucose inhibiters and that is how the parasites die, from starvation. It is also how the cancer cells die, from starvation. Maybe something to consider is a combination of apricot seeds and either one (or both and switch them from time to time) of the antiparasitics to combat the cancer. If the patient happened to consume sugars, the cancer cells won't get it because of the ivermectin or fenbendazole glucose inhibitors and the sugar available from the apricot seeds is in the amygdalin compound that only the cancer cells can access. A double whammy!

Virtually everything the mainstream medical system says about cancer is wrong. There's no such thing as "malignant", nor is "metastasis" a real phenomenon. It's all lies.
There's an 80% chance she has the intraductal variety which means she was having an argument/care/worry conflict with a loved one. But since you can't tell me which breast, nor whether intraductal or glandular, I can't be of much more help to you.
All I can say is, there's nothing to be "gotten rid of", in the intraductal variety her body is simply refilling temporarily evacuated milk ducts. This is the great deception the medical establishment invented in the 1970s to name this perfectly natural process "breast cancer" and why cases skyrocketed thereafter. A perfectly natural process that most mother's go through at some stage of their lives.
Also, if she is diagnosed with intraductal cancer, she's already in the healing phase so it doesn't matter what "remedy" you throw at it, including nothing at all. And this is why so many people will swear up and down that this remedy or that remedy is the ultimate cure.
The body heals itself. It doesn't need any help from any chemical/food/herb/tincture.
She just needs to relax and go with the flow and all will be well.
If she has a glandular tumor, she's conflict active with a severe separation conflict, likely from a child and she does need to resolve this to end the growth of the tumor.
