I've talked to consultants and lawyers, and have yet to have one of them disagree that the Chevron deference decisions are the most consequential SC decisions in a century in terms of striking at the heart of the Deep/Administrative State. Yet, I have not heard ONE WORD about it from ANY 'media' since the day the decisions were announced including Faux News/Business. It almost seems as if the media thinks that if they don't talk about it, it didn't happen... Anybody have any thoughts on this? Is everyone waiting for 'the other shoe to drop'? Pray tell what that might be....

Because as soon as people realize that all these "mandates", "regulations", etc created and passed not by Congress and signed into law by the President, but by unelected government bodies are all null and void, 90% of the b/s rules we live under are no longer valid. Think electric vehicle mandates, homeschool "requirements", appliance energy consumption, etc. They're destroyed once this really gets going with court challenges.
good. let the destroying begin.
I got the most amazing response from someone last week.
While explaining Chevron and how important it is, I noted that the administrative agencies can effectively write their own laws, enforce their own laws, and try cases against their laws in their own administrative courts. Further, the president can’t fire their employees, though they’re allegedly under the executive branch, and all he can do is appoint the department head, who has to be approved by Congress, and even he can’t really fire them. They’re unelected, write most of our laws, and we have no recourse to them. There are even agencies that Congress can’t defund, even if they wanted to.
The response I got back was:
“Should we elect them?”
………..
I’m still just in awe at… how… this...
“Reader, suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a member of Congress. But I repeat myself.” ― Mark Twain
“Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. ― Mark Twain
This person is not awake, nor exceptionally smart, but also not (normally) an idiot.
If this was the norm my surprise would have been far lower.
IQ is a measure of ability to understand & manipulate abstract ideas. "Normally" not used in NORMAL day to day activities. The challenge exposed the reality in your encounter , but your surprise is your wake up call. Twain would not be surprised.
Does that include school vaccinations?
That depends on whether or not those are federal or state imposed, and whether they're actual laws or fake bureaucracy rules.
Chevron was the justification for OSHA enforced vax mandates.
Chevron is how the SEC has been regulating the crypto markets.
Chevron is how the DEA throws people in prison for minor possession charges.
Just a few more examples.
How about ATF BS and their arbitrary gun classifications with binary triggers, SBRs and what not?
I was just about to say don't forget the ATF
Chevrons like shark fins moving silently unnoticed through the water , until you are dinner.
We need to identify all these void of authority regulations and get people to openly revolt against them.
I can hardly wait to buy a real air conditioner that uses the good, and cheaper, old-school freon.
They don't want you knowing that all the 3 letter agencies have been neutered. ATF, IRS, DEA, etc have basically been declawed.
All it takes is a couple of good lawsuits and the whole thing will collapse.
Didn't Q say something about class action lawsuits being very effective? Now they really will be!
This. If people understand they’ll start challenging things they normally wouldn’t question. Every finer connected to a federal regulation, etc.
The one that has me the most concerned now is setting up the parallel economy for once corporations start trying to demand “marks” in order to onboard getting access to their goods. Are enough people truly on our side yet?
If this mess “may take 100 years to clean up”, we may have some large battles ahead. Can’t remember if I read that from an anon or Trump core team..
This is an important point. Invalid agency regulations (i.e. they have no basis under the federal statute allegedly authorizing them) can only be overturned after being raised in a lawsuit. My speculation is that we will see a "self cleaning" of sorts. If the Aviation community is 100% happy with the current regs, no one is going to file lawsuits claiming FAA exceeded its statutory authority. Conversely, if parents and citizens think Dept of Education regulations exceed what Congress intended, expect (I hope) lots of lawsuits. Nothing will be overnight.
Yep. It has always been up to the people. Now they don’t have claws, but they might have some teeth still. The people can take care of that though. I really hope so. It is still going to take some time but everywhere in the USA it has became trashy everywhere. Roads are barely kept, go look at post offices they are not taking care of a lot of their facilities things like mowing the grass.
They hope you'll forget about it and carry-on with the usual nonsense
"Chevron doctrine ruling a gut punch to health and environment" - experts
This just in! Chevron SC ruling targets LGBBQT+XYZ & minority community's rights!
Tonight's PRORAMMING brought to you by Blackrock.
A danger to our democracy.
A danger to our democracy
Can’t comment on what they don’t understand
That just proves how useless they are, and they are not about informing the public. They are about manipulating us and pushing the criminal class agenda.
When Biden and Harris are their "leaders," you know there is not a lot of brain cell activity going on.
Why would they mention it.
This is an information war. They stand on the deep state side. They propagandize their audience. This is what every faction or side in a war will do. So they have lost a consequential battle that will erode their power structure. To broadcast that would be demoralizing and potentially lead to defections in their captured audience. So it doesn't get mentioned. Similar to how losing ground or battles in a kinetic war will go unmentioned or denied if it is not immediately obvious to the population ( sometimes even when it is obvious) -- remember Baghdad Bob.
Serious question; the national institute of standards & technology, under the us department of commerce, is the institute that did the “fact-finding/research” on the towers— does the Chevron decision have any effect on potential lawsuits brought by those who lost loved ones and are trying to get answers?
Interesting...
It’s bigger than we can even imagine. The second of the one two punch may be in the 2025 thing everyone is so wound up about. Fell asleep listening to defected last night but they were talking about how Project 25 is aimed at the deep state bureaucrats and appears almost to have been written in anticipation of a Chevron reversal. If I can stay awake tonight long enough to get through it I’ll come back with more detail.
Huge if big.
Project 2025 is a Biden campaign psyop. The evidence was recently posted here on GAW.
I haven't looked into it at all. Badlands guys say otherwise but maybe they haven't really either. I will take a look thanks.

I'm amazed at the number of people who think something doesn't exist if the Fake News doesn't mention it. No matter how much proof there is. It doesn't matter if it isn't in the "news". All the proof in the world can exist for them to see, and if it's not in the "News", it's a conspiracy theory. The military literally released UFO footage, and they say it's a conspiracy theory. Millions drop-dead from the jab, and it's a conspiracy theory. Absolutely NOTHING will get through to them. They are forever lost.
I’ve had this thought for a while, but you articulated this well. I think part of the great awakening is people deciding for themselves what news is important rather than letting legacy media decide for us. Unfortunately, too many people still rely on being told what to think. It really is strange to be witness to this phenomenon.
It's the death of the Deep/Derp State.
But I am sure they are working 24/7 right now to come up with a work-around. Cuz if this goes forward, they dead.
They are too busy scheming and conniving to do their jobs.
Shocking that the Fake News media punted on this one.
They are the enemy.
The System will continue until it can no longer continue.
They don't want anyone to know. Those agencies will keep up their fuckery in the meantime, only stopping when someone fights them with "Chevron."
What does it mean for the irs, can you tell them to pound sand when they assess bullshit penalties
I havmt paid them a dime for years now! 😂
People need to educate themselves on this and also start suing the government. For example all these mayors across the country not allowing citizens to speak or making policies to censor the citizens is already against the constitution they are not allowed to use this Chevron as a source now either.
Remember evil and tyranny is completely fine with you getting to a point but they are educated see… they know many will not have the courage to beyond and they will be beguiled to keep their mouth shut and yet when they do that -we do that - we don’t have standing in court because there was no damage done. We obeyed orders before they bite you so to speak.
These unelected and elected will not just give up their power they craved and believe they are entitled too.
It is happening. Ambulance chasing lawyers are leaning into making massive changes to their career paths.
The way forward is to find out where an unelected bureaucrats has violated your constitutional rights and to sue them. You don’t sue for damages you sue for violating the constitution and you win. Then the “edict” by the agency is thrown out.
Repeat over and over. Class action lawsuits can be effective.
Cool. Can't wait to see their few viewers' faces when the govt "agencies" that were unconstitutionally created suddenly vanish one day. Doors shuttered, desks emptied, former govt teat-suckers on the unemployment line.
They hope to quietly reverse it in their fantasy future, so don't want anyone getting attached to it.
The lawsuits are going to start flowing in...
In my libtard circles I overheard someone referring to it as to what was formerly considered wetlands might change. (For them it was a negative because they had previously thought an adjacent lot would be unbuildable)
Let me axe you sumthin...
Probably not...
They are trying to pretend it is not real and are hoping no one notices.
They prolly don't understand it lol. They aren't too bright, that bunch! I had to study up on it. Did you expect any differently?
The most mainstream person I heard mention this was Bongino. Other than that, crickets.
u/#q3411
hell why would they mention it? i never even heard of Chevron deference until a few days ago.
Newsmax reported it.
Several months ago I watched a Trump rally on Newsmax and immediatelyafter the rally ended a Newsmax newsreader babe came on and said that "during the rally Trump claimed that the 2020 election was stolen. However Newsmax believes that Joe Biden won the 2020 election fair and square." Haven't watched Newsmax since, and I never will.
Good to know. I don't watch Newsmax, but someone close to me does, and I wanted to be sure that he knew about the importance of the Chevron deference decision, and apparently they did cover it.
As you posted this, I was just reading an article by the Guardian (an MSN feed), I was still working and it was a long article, so I have made a separate post as it goes into so much detail, it obviously has a bias, but actually is really informative.
Chevron, Supreme Court, Seal Team 6, Tom Clancy and a Rogue President with too much Power!
https://greatawakening.win/p/17te58fbIl/chevron-supreme-court-seal-team-/
That's OK. Soon a situation will occur where an extra constitutional policy by an agency that lacks law making authority will happen. The citizen will win and it will further decimate the leftist destruction they've put upon us. I think they'll be forced to acknowledge they lost their tyrannical power.
Let’s start with this one
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invention_Secrecy_Act
I think MSM are not allowed to talk about it.
Patriots in control. Trump in control. Military in control. Nothing they can say or do about this.
The MSM wont comment b/c their bosses in the see eye aye dont want them to. They will all be out of jobs soon enough.
