Honestly cannot wait for RFK to make all of our food more healthy. I’ve felt like all of our health has been going downhill really bad the past 20 years or so especially, and I hope he will change that… the poison in our food has gotta go, even if it makes things taste different than we are used to.
Food will taste better. I'm always amazed at the better flavors whenever I'm out of the country.

Remember when we were kids, the ingredients were pure, chips cooked in tallow, freshly baked buns, real prime cut meat, real cheese, real lettuce and onions. The only thing dodgy was the sauce.

When I do burgers at home all the ingredients are fresh. I cook chips in a little butter and herbs in the oven after boiling them first.
Sam's club carries a potato chip that has only 3 ingredients. Potatoes, Olive Oil and Salt.

You know, every once in a while food and drink like that isn't too bad-just don't do it daily. I hear Trump loves a lot of that type of food yet he looks pretty good. I can't say what his weight is (because I don't know) but he doesn't look to be in really bad shape. I have seen RFK Jr's workout video, he is in great shape (body-wise) and he is "cut" looks like he has lifted weights in the past or currently.

While a McDonald's meal is most likely bad for you, it isn't going to kill you except in the most extreme circumstances. Some people I've worked with have lived off fast-food lunches five days a week. I meal prep, mainly because I was not too fond of the idea of spending $10-15 a day on one meal, but on occasion I do join friends or family for a bite out.
Great idea, meal prepping. I would imagine most food eaten out (in some, maybe most experiences) will have more sodium, fat, and sugars for taste.

I get the Mexican Coke that comes in a glass bottle. They're priced at about $1.50 per bottle. Well worth paying the price difference for getting the sugar instead of corn syrup. The taste is fantastic.

Unfortunately with a lot of people you do have to talk down to them to make them understand.
