I am still in the "no tariffs until no income tax" camp.
No income tax is the promise, and I won't accept tariffs until that condition is met. That just ends up double fucking us the moment another RINO or Dem gets in office.
It's a good start for someone not even in office yet. But we need to go all the way. Score that goal. Sink that basket.
People on the left are already using it to ridicule us as they claim we voted for Trump because of inflation and they say tariffs are going to cause everything to skyrocket even worse so jokes on us… I definitely agree that Trump needs to takes care of us first so we can either afford the tariffs or higher cost for American made goods. And also to provide a good slap on the left side so they can stfu and eat their words.
Why do anons get so caught up in the lefts narrative?
Tariffs, at least to begin with, are to be used as a cudgel to reverse the decades long outsourcing of our manufacturing sector, not as a revenue producer. If your product and its parts are predominantly made in the USA you will have no tariff. This will supercharge the economy and wages will far outstrip any increase in the cost of some goods. The repatriation of manufacturing has already begun and companies are scrambling to meet the conditions.
And there is another reason for tariffs. They will be used as a diplomatic cudgel as well.
There is no downside to how Trump will use tariffs. We already have seen the positive effects in his first administration.
I dont think you can just end income tax by decree. It would cause short term damage thats unacceptable. You still have to fund the government. I see a gradual amending to the tax code and the clean up of unfair practices that cause us to pay taxes on money we have already paid taxes on, and as tariffs and other revenue producers come online it will be replaced with a flat tax and perhaps a VAT or removed entirely.
Frankly, that's always made the most sense to me. You buy based on what you can afford to buy. A flat consumption tax - I think food and meds should be exempt - would be applied equally and those who work more cash basis to avoid paying would pay.
True, but we need the economy fixed first, because right now, Tax Return= Life saver. Only time I can afford to repair my cars enough to get thru the year and pay off my bills.
You sound like you dont know how taxes work. Tax refund at end of year means you overpaid your taxes throughout the year. No income tax would mean you keep all of that tax money in the first place.
Of course. But an extra few bucks a week would get spent. A few grand at tax time lets me catch up for the year. If prices were at 2018 level I could actually save money but my wages have not kept up with inflation.
We're going to see some radical changes once Trump is sworn in. The only question is what will he be able to pass through the squishy republicans in Congress?
Don't forget that Q has everything, even on squishy Republicans. Maybe he will release some documents or videos that put these congress critters in an unfriendly light, so their constituents can see what they do behind closed doors which runs counter to the Constitution they swore to uphold.
I'm just wondering what can be done by executive order and what needs to be done by Congressional action. Remember in his first term whenever Trump tried doing something a federal judge somewhere (usually Hawaii) would put a stop to it.
I think he can start by undoing Biden’s first week EOs. If Biden can do it Trump can do it. Everything went to hell in 6 months. We won’t have long to find out.
I think they will take excellent political bites out of the taxes (tips, etc) while they spin up the tariffs. Then likely it will be only the top 5% until the energy exports are spun up.
Nope, part of the FED which will be dissolved. There will be no need for the IRS to exist in the new republic. It is an abomination to the constitution. Don’t know how you could argue otherwise.
They are already being underfunded. I have friends that haven’t paid taxes in almost 10 years and nothings been done about it.
That point is not what we are arguing. None of us want them around. They should be completely dismantled. The argument is that actually happening. They are not going away, only restructured, to whatever extent that may be. We don't know until it actually happens.
We've been over this...the IRS is not now, nor has it ever been part of the FED.
The Fed is going NOwhere and Congress isn't going to eliminate the IRS. Only Congress can eliminate thee IRS.
Look up the origins of the IRS and it's nonconection with the FED then get back to us.
Your wrong. On the surface no, but they are the money launderer for the FED. No constitutional reason for them to exist. Trumps already talked of getting rid of it and it’s going bye bye. It can’t exist in the new republic.
The Fed isn't going anywhere..mark my words. And tax law is a Congressional action. Takes a Countermanding law to get rid of it. DOGE has NO authority to countermand the Legislative branches actions.
And IRS is not part of The FED. They are totally separate entities
The 16th amendment for the IRS to exist was never even properly ratified. They exist illegally already so it’s easy to get rid of them.
And I know you don’t THINK the IRS is part of the FED but they don’t want you to know how they operate for the sole purpose of laundering money to the FED- a non US entity run solely by European banker elites
Trump will absolutely have to eliminate taxes on working class incomes for this to work. This could be the primary step in eliminating income tax altogether.
Well, right, it can't do that if it's truly a flat tax. Right now I'm not poverty-stricken, but am poor enough not to pay federal income tax, and half of Americans are in my same boat. What's our incentive to support this?
The wealthy currently don’t pay much income tax. They buy assets and write down tax burdens through loopholes designed buy them and for them. This will force those people to pay their share while Trump is working on implementing tariffs. The working class has always paid more taxes than anyone else, unfairly and also by design. These people (us) will need to be exempt from the flat tax to eliminate them from continuing to be over burdened and paying more in taxes proportionately. The working class are who elected Trump into office and who are needed for the next MAGA candidate. So, Trump has talked about no taxes on tips, overtime, social security benefits for seniors. It only makes sense that a flat income tax be exempt from this same class during the transition to tariffs. The wealthy will have to bare the burden and can afford to. This can finally happen if the current tax code is scrapped. This is my take and hopefully I made it fairly clear. Let’s see what happens..
There is no such thing as your share, or their share. That is just brainwashed talk. The fact is that none of us should be paying tax. Tariffs were the way our founders went, not direct taxation on the people. Only those working for the federal government had a tax liability.
Since strongarming taxes upon us, government has raised taxes to find ways to use it, not to meet increased costs. They have created unconstitutional departments, programs, and causes to spend money on, and then want more like the greedy bastards they are.

I agree. Not brainwashed but I understand you saying such. DC needs to decrease by 90%, my random figure, since it’s impossible to tell at this time the exact degree of waste. I’m hopeful DOGE exposes and determines this degree and that Trump and team immediately begin closing / defunding government to the same degree. Simply assuming it takes 1-2 years to accomplish this and have tariffs in place to subsidize the newly decreased government is where I would understand a flat tax on the wealthy. No others. Scrapping the current tax code is a massive step in the direction we both agree on. No income tax (0). I voted for H. Ross Perot because he understood and tried to expose NAFTA and its certain outcome. I believe he would have exposed the income tax scam as well, or I would have hoped. Regarding the elimination of income tax, which is repugnant to the constitution, the time is now or possibly never. I say it is at least soon.
I apologize, I didn't mean you were brainwashed. That is what government wants everyone to believe so people get mad at each other for not paying "fair shares", rather than asking why government needs so much of our money.
No worries.. You made a valid point which I failed to address in my initial comment; that income tax is unconstitutional. We both know we’re on the same team.
I don't like this. I thought Trump wanted to get rid of taxes not replace it with another form of tax. Hmmm, i'll need more info before I make a final decision, though. I wish my local taxes were lower, go to a store and I'm paying darn near ten percent for all taxes lumped together. It should be around three percent if you ask me.

I'm taking all of this as wait and see. This mess is to confound the enemy so I say let it be that. It's fucking November 23 FFS. Pop your corn and chill frens.
Congress can write general law for the territories and laws for the States of the Union that come under the powers of the federal government as written in the Constitution. Congress has no duty to inform you which hat they are wearing.
Explain why 8 United States Code doesn't contain the names of all the States of the Union? I have searched.
Explain why the US Treasury published Treasury Decision 2313 (TD2313) in which they deemed Brushaber, a man born in New York, as nonresident and alien (meaning non-citizen) to the United States.
Bottom line, people born in the 50 states have citizenship in their states, and not the United States (the federal government, Washington DC).
The tax laws apply to US citizens, and non-citizens receiving money from federal sources.
Hopefully eliminating income tax will come incrementally. Rid the USA of the IRS. That will save some serious money. And cut almost all of the 3 letter agencies.
fyi...IRS has already been largely neutralized. Media is hiding it. SCOTUS ruled on 27JUN24 all IRS tax courts null and void, 28JUN24 all IRS rules and regulations null and void, 01JUL24 all IRS agents are individually liable for “unofficial acts” which include attempts to enforce voided rules in voided courts.
IRS must sue you in Federal Court now, and you file motion to dismiss for 1. No jurisdiction and 2. No standing - they cannot prove actual damages from you not paying taxes.
"Rules and regulations" are NOT laws; Article I (Congress) cannot delegate law making authority to Article II (Executive) agencies. Applies to all Article II agencies.
No immunity for "unofficial acts" for POTUS and all of Article II Executive Branch.Includes all states and county corps (MSCs) if they are shown to be "owned by" or subsidiaries of US Treasury (Article II "dept") [my comment]
Congress has the Constitutional authority to lay taxes...16th amendment to the Constitution. CONGRESS..the legislative branch...where laws are written to be signed by POTUS
Sleeper shill account. Went from no posts for over a year, to suddenly commenting 2 days ago. Of which, a bunch of the comments are the same copy pasta spam on multiple posts. 🤡
I was fighting meylofibrosis..bone marrow cancer. Took a yr to even get home instead of hospitals so I posted rarely.
Now that that's out of the way....you know tax law is set be Congress legislative action(laws) and can't be countermanded by a side project of the Executive branch. You are more than welcome to try to show me wrong.
Also did you see the new community notes on the original Tweet/Xpost?
Blah blah blah. Keep crying shill. Every single one of your comments since you made your account are all summed up as "nope, not gonna happen" or "nope, can't be done". All you've done is doom since day one.
I like how you assume it's the "factual information" that I don't buy. No, it's your bullshit sob story and pretending like you're not a shill that I don't buy.
You are not wrong about the legal aspects of tax law, but the taxes keep piling up and we are slowly becoming more and more enslaved to the System controlled by unelected bureaucrats who in turn control our "elected" officials who are supposed to work for US.
As time goes on, those of us who remember being somewhat free will be gone, and the younger generations will only know oppression under the Globalists' boots.
Income Tax = Slave Tax
This. It's still income tax. They took the shackle off your left leg and put it on the right...and everybody cheers.
I am still in the "no tariffs until no income tax" camp.
No income tax is the promise, and I won't accept tariffs until that condition is met. That just ends up double fucking us the moment another RINO or Dem gets in office.

And also to provide a good slap on the left side so they can stfu and eat their words.
Agreed. Normies won't swallow it either because it will literally just be another tax on the people at that point.
Needs to be a give and take, but the give needs to happen as part of the package.
Why do anons get so caught up in the lefts narrative?
Tariffs, at least to begin with, are to be used as a cudgel to reverse the decades long outsourcing of our manufacturing sector, not as a revenue producer. Movement and momentum in the right direction is moar gooderer than hillary clinton and those like her tho...
Let's not assume it's a flat income tax. It could be a flat consumption tax.
Frankly, that's always made the most sense to me. You buy based on what you can afford to buy. A flat consumption tax - I think food and meds should be exempt - would be applied equally and those who work more cash basis to avoid paying would pay.
Yeah, plus even if it was on absolutely everything, currently day to day, the poorest class still pays 15% taxes.

Don't forget that Q has everything, even on squishy Republicans. Maybe he will release some documents or videos that put these congress critters in an unfriendly light, so their constituents can see what they do behind closed doors which runs counter to the Constitution they swore to uphold.
Biden set precedent with that flurry of executive orders day one. I have a feeling potus will return the favor.
This is why I think there needs to be a precipice still. Trump said "the pause" will make things way easier in his 2nd term.
I do not see any congressfags changing as of late. I still see the same old bull shit.
Precipice needs to occur and mass arrests by military.
People are demanding he flush the swamp.
Before he would have been called a drastic move. Folks also hate the msm.
Federal tax is illegal.
Don Jr is NOT DJT. Maybe wait a little?
I think they will take excellent political bites out of the taxes (tips, etc) while they spin up the tariffs. Then likely it will be only the top 5% until the energy exports are spun up.
From your mouth. If thays what they are doing g then they should spell it out. I'm onboard and patient if that's the plan amd its explained.
IRS is going away- 100%!
No it isn't unfortunately
Yep, totally is. No doubt. Trump’s already been talking about it. It’s part of the FED, the FED is gonna be gone.
No it isn't, it will just be restructured.
Nope, part of the FED which will be dissolved. There will be no need for the IRS to exist in the new republic. It is an abomination to the constitution. Don’t know how you could argue otherwise. Of course the FED is going away. You really have no clue what’s going on in the background do you?
Sure I do...I also know the limits of the Executive Branches authority
The 16th amendment for the IRS to exist was never even properly ratified. They exist illegally already so it’s easy to get rid of them.
And I know you don’t THINK the IRS is part of the FED but they don’t want you to know how they operate for the sole purpose of laundering money to the FED- a non US entity run solely by European banker elites
Id argue the Constitution is the counter to the "tax law". The courts could simply nation last deemed the laws unconstitutional and it's over.
Not sure why you think that. Is it just years of being disappointed or is there something you can say about it?
Trump will absolutely have to eliminate taxes on working class incomes for this to work. This could be the primary step in eliminating income tax altogether.
Well, right, it can't do that if it's truly a flat tax. Right now I'm not poverty-stricken, but am poor enough not to pay federal income tax, and half of Americans are in my same boat. What's our incentive to support this?

X 10
That will take Congressional legislation. DOGE has no authority to change tax law.
Correct.
Why have any tax espescially when it's unconstitutional? This isnt returning to rule of law. As long as we don't fix this we fix nothing.
Tax on corporate gains is considered constitutional, as the owner of said company is producing goods and profiting off it. Labor income however, is not.
“Corporate Gains” being, specifically, gains from sale of stock, not company profits.
Oh, oh, I have an idea!! 🙋♂️
Abolish the IRS
How are you going to get that through Congress? It would take an act of Congress
Except the tax code is not a feature of the federal government, but congress. Just the fact that this will be actively and publicly debated is a win, but I'm confident it won't happen in these next 4 years...
Not a feature of the Executive branch...but your point is valid
Unrelated to anything but I keep reading "LFG" as "Looking For Group" and it confuses me every time.
lol same. WTF does it mean?
Let’s f*ing go
"Let's Fucking Go", but "Looking For Group" was already in my acronym lexicon WELL before it was Go time.
Flat tax of 0%?
That works.
I'm taking all of this as wait and see. This mess is to confound the enemy so I say let it be that. It's fucking November 23 FFS. Pop your corn and chill frens.
It confounds us, as well. It does double-duty.

"Rules and regulations" are NOT laws; Article I (Congress) cannot delegate law making authority to Article II (Executive) agencies. Applies to all Article II agencies.

Docket Number: 23-939
Court: US Supreme Court
Date: July 1, 2024
No immunity for "unofficial acts" for POTUS and all of Article II Executive Branch. Includes all states and county corps (MSCs) if they are shown to be "owned by" or subsidiaries of US Treasury (Article II "dept") [my comment]

A sales tax is the only solution. Spend like a rich person, pay like a rich person. Spend like a poor person, pay like a poor person

Two weeks!
Doesn't have the authority.
Neither did those who implemented it in the first place.
Congress has the Constitutional authority to lay taxes...16th amendment to the Constitution. CONGRESS..the legislative branch...where laws are written to be signed by POTUS
The 16th is a CONstitutional amendment. It can and should be repealed.
Taxation is theft! Income tax is theft! personal property/property tax is theft!
The Thieves are taxing us 6 ways to Sunday, it has to stop.
Good luck with that...maybe it should be but should and will aren't synonymous.
There is a Revolution brewing. Can you feel it?

Then why did you spam the same comment over and over on multiple threads, multiple times, with multiple comments?
Because it's true and accurate. Isn't that the goal here..accuracy to wake people up?
Not buying it. Still questioning your intentions here. Good luck.
I had no expectations you'd buy factual information...you can't show me wrong. The community notes on the original FALSE xpost by Jack agree with me.
Be gone glowie.
