It’s not Russia they should fear - hopefully y’all saw Putin’s address aired in Croatia. They should fear the internal conquering they are facing from Islam. Is it really going to take implementing Sharia law in a major EU country for the world to see?
France fell a decade ago, UK is basically there, let alone sweden, denmark, etc. You're spot on. The demographics hold the key, once they are in larger numbers, they demand power. We're seeing that with the Indians in Canada now.
That is absolutely Priceless! Thanks for the morning laugh! Those arrogant assholes must be pissing their pants as they are finding this out! I can't wait for the "Hitler" parody version of this scenario!!!
It would take a decade at a minimum for them to build a fully functioning military that isn't dependent on the United States, if even then. Good luck with that, warmongers.
They will be in big trouble if they buy counterfeit parts. Bolts that are not American do not have the strength and certification to keep the planes safe.
This is an interesting question. For every company, the risk question concerning vendors is: are there alternative vendors for any sourced material/equipment used in the process of providing the service of goods?
Dutch industries are participating in critical technology development and strategic structural design ventures integral to the F-35 program, along with high-volume production which includes composites, bonded assemblies, and aircraft wiring. This high-technology work leverages the Netherlands’ past performance experience and expertise on the F-16 program to maintain high-quality program execution.
Every F-35 contains components manufactured by Dutch companies. To date, 27 Dutch companies have been awarded work, and 10 have active contracts for a total contract value of US$750 million. With the introduction of advanced technologies, Dutch industries are strategically positioned to participate in the production of more than 3,000 F-35 aircraft over the life of the program.
Just spitballing, but if you're a European country, say Spain or Sweden, does it make sense for you to develop your own satellite and secure GPS infrastructure so you can launch your own fleet of planes and missiles, and all the rest? Does it make sense for you to build out a massive MIC or ally up with someone else who already has that infrastructure in place as use theirs?
Keep in mind, we've spent the last 10+ years launching satellites on rockets out of Kazakhstan care of the Russian Federation at $70 million/launch because the shuttle program got to be too expensive to maintain. We saved huge amounts of money using the Russian infrastructure, in spite of the loss of national pride and prestige.
Anyone who has ever run a business understands that this has to be evaluated on an item by item basis. As a more practical one, how many of you personally or work for a business that builds out its own cloud computing infrastructure with server farms and whole nine just so they can have a sales website and offsite data backup? Few do. You buy it from Amazon or Microsoft because it's a hell of a lot cheaper and less work.
As an addendum to this, if Trump pulls the plug on supporting such services for our European partners, that would be incredibly stupid. It would destroy our reputation as a reliable military partner, and keep in mind, we sell 75% of the world's weapons systems. It would absolutely destroy one of the only functioning manufacturing sectors we have left and leave us without many allies willing to trust us again going forward. No sane leader would make such a call except in the most dire of circumstances, not over some petty disagreement over a tinpot puppet dictator with Napoleon Syndrome.
Edit: a thought for our Aussie friends that just contracted for new US-made nuclear submarines. Imagine in we get into an argument over China and decide not to service the nuclear reactors or target those missiles you count on as a deterrent. Lots of big talk on the internet, but actually effing over our allies like that would be a disaster.
Not just parts & switches but FUEL. If US, Russia & Saudi Arabia all agree not to support Ukraine & Iran is blocked by US then where will they get the fuel to run them? Norway? Windmills?
I sure do hope the EU tards cool their rhetoric, because we're trying to broker peace and they want to keep the meat grinder going. It's a bizarre situation.
MRO (Maintenance, Overhaul, and Repair) is a real thing... just owning a weapon/system of weapons isn't enough. You have to be able to service it, get parts when and where you need them, have the expertise available to help when things go wrong, have the personnel not just to install, but also troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment. Imagine having helicopter blades but not knowing how to balance them...
Europe reminds me of drug addicts, they are going to have to face reality and see how much they don't have. Many of the population were supportive of Trump, and cheered when he won. I think many thought if he get Trump in he will save them, but we can't if they don't want to help themselves. But he Patriots in America did not wait to have someone else do something. So many grass roots efforts drew in the population and showed them that big gov't was the cause, not the answer. NC showed that, the people of the USA helped so much they had to tell us all, hay we have all the water we need for drinking and cooking. America stepping in to help was far faster than waiting for the gov't.
I do feel bad for them and I pray for them to wake up and do more for themselves than standing in the thousands in protest. Only protesting doesn't do anything and they can do more. So many are afraid of being jailed, and won't do more. I cheered when I saw them piling up animal shit at the doors of there gov't buildings. Then they seemed to just stop and went back to just protesting.
Europe needs a septic tank cleaning, its overflowing with Libterds.
My Jeep needed half its parts replaced last year, and in Australia that was a pain in the ARSE!. Good Luck with the jet parts!!!
It’s not Russia they should fear - hopefully y’all saw Putin’s address aired in Croatia. They should fear the internal conquering they are facing from Islam. Is it really going to take implementing Sharia law in a major EU country for the world to see?
Yeah EU is [probably purposefully] too busy with Ukraine to notice that they're probably close to the point of no return with their Islamic invasion
France fell a decade ago, UK is basically there, let alone sweden, denmark, etc. You're spot on. The demographics hold the key, once they are in larger numbers, they demand power. We're seeing that with the Indians in Canada now.
There is a point of return. It’s a matter if they are willing to take up arms to save their countries.
I pray so. It's so sad to see this happening
Ever play risk? Europe always was hard to defend.
You could play Risk for hours.
Good point & America just the opposite even though they have the same point value
That is absolutely Priceless! Thanks for the morning laugh! Those arrogant assholes must be pissing their pants as they are finding this out! I can't wait for the "Hitler" parody version of this scenario!!!
NOT only pissin' in their pants BUT the RUMBLE IN THE TUMMY sure is playing a VERY NICE SONATA out the south end....
I apologize, BUT, I just couldn't help myself...the brits and everyone else in NATO are some of THE most arrogant ass-holes you ever want to meet...
Spent 2 years there in the US Military and OHHHHH MYYYYYY~~~~~
Was that with the RAF? They are arrogant arseholes, civilians in uniform basically.
Europe is realizing that they're nothing but a massive welfare state.
And we have been paying for it.
Yup, but that shit is over now.
Oops!!!
u/#draw
We're going back...WAY BACK...
Enjoy this tune from 1979: Oops Upside Your Head - The Gap Band 😁😁😁
You left out all of it was paid for by US taxpayers!
For many decades.
Europe is one big captured operation.
It would take a decade at a minimum for them to build a fully functioning military that isn't dependent on the United States, if even then. Good luck with that, warmongers.
It would be bad if Europe fell to invaders. But them standing naked at the their borders with water pistols is where they are heading now.
All military should ever be is militia-based invasion defense, nationally distributed armament and personnel.
Always locally sourced and produced, independence by way of individual and local strength and resources...
"A rifle behind every blade of grass" on a national and global scale....
Amen
I wrote a haiku about it
HA HA HA HA HA
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
HA HA HA HA HA
That is the best Haiku I've ever read!!!! 😁

F-35 -> JSF, certain companies are involved in the process, like Thales.

Note the 2% kickback to the Dutch government. ....

It seems like there is a co-dependency.
Then, to spice it up a little:

i.e. Faced with an export ban. On the other side of the equation: Palestinian Asylum request to the Netherlands MUST by treaty remains to be honored.
In other words: The mess is bigger than you think!
Consider also that ASML owns the technology to make machines to make advanced chips ....... => ASML = Philips.
Depending on others countries, then poking them in the eyes as of you don't = Europe + Canada. They have always gotten away with it. Not now.

As I said last week. The UK CANNOT provide security.
Almost as if we never trusted them to control any real mil assets.
All this gear is not free, we pay $$$£$ for it.
Story tries to sound like ungrateful Europeans better watch their step.
Hey Europe,.. Your Up!
Let's see how you do.....
Not just parts & switches but FUEL. If US, Russia & Saudi Arabia all agree not to support Ukraine & Iran is blocked by US then where will they get the fuel to run them? Norway? Windmills?
Trump card?
French Mirage?
The cabinet is probably too compromised to stop helping.
🤭🤭
Aren't the weapons US uses through also? Out weapons parts coke from100,000 companies globally.
I sure do hope the EU tards cool their rhetoric, because we're trying to broker peace and they want to keep the meat grinder going. It's a bizarre situation.
Did we give those planes for free?? If so, give them back and we can get them running-- for OUR guys.

Rotor smoothing is a piece of piss. Done with a topping check to save fuel.
The amount of eurocucks I can slap down will increase thanks to this news.
The sane people must be so relieved.
All the rest of Europe will need to become Eastern Ukraine from 2021 before the people there cry out for Trump and Putin's help.

Since when do F 35s fly properly, even with all US support and spare parts?!
Money for nothing and the checks for free for US corporations!
True, good luck America, just another unimportant island at the end of the world!
Edit
Trident, seriously?
Who needs a trident when a small U-Boot is sufficient to sink an American carrier?!
