The good Lord just helped me go thru a double bypass. I’m absolutely positive he helped me and I will pray for your procedure, whatever it may be. My wife takes a pill for racing heartbeat, so that might be all you’ll need.

I had that same issue years ago, after an upper GI and extensive blood work they found nothing. My brother-in-law is an MD and after discussing it with him, he told me to back off on the caffeine - problem went away.
Same thing happened to my hubby who ended up with Afib and it put him in the hospital. He ended up with some pneumonia (fluid build up in lungs from Afib). We believe his Afib was caused by too much caffeine.
He had a heart monitor installed in his chest. And has had no more instances since he stopped drinking caffeinated drinks

You all are the best, all your comments brought me to tears. Ty so much for your prayers, thoughts and advice. Ive had a heart scan which came back perfect, blood work is good and ekg is good. They are going to put a heart monitor on me for a few weeks and do an echo to check the heart valves. My father had 2 strokes so I am trying to be hyper vigilant. My blood pressure is low/ normal. Have no idea what is causing it but when it happens have pressure in my chest, back, neck, face which is pretty scary and not normal. Anything I do will be natural if possible. ❤️
My husband has been having similar issues, and he's almost 40. He's had so many tests and everything has come back fine. Except for an upper GI. He has severe GERD and a yeast infection in his esophagus. Now on meds for those.

Question is it possible you are on thyroid medication or that you might be hyperthyroid undiagnosed?
I am hypo thyroid but if I am on too high of a dose my pulse races constantly. So for child bearing age women who could get pregnant you need to be between a 1.0 to 2.0 level. The closer you get to that 1.0 level or below the more the pulse races on synthetic and armour thyroid. I was doing IVF and constantly being rechecked to find that sweet spot. There's always some pulse racing on those meds. I would assume since they make you closer to a hyperthyroid state that if you are undiagnosed hyperthyroid your pulse might be racing ....fast metabolism and all.
It races so hard and fast that when I am laying in bed at night I can feel it reverberating in our purple mattress. Freaks me out.
So Im 56, on no meds at all. I limit caffeine, dont drink alcohol. Diet could be better but its not horrible. This came out of nowhere in august. Ive always thought i have thyroid issues but I test on the low end of their stupid range. Mine has been racing while I sit and do nothing. More testing is scheduled. Ty fren

Right now my test for tsh was 1.47 but has been way down around around 53 ish
That's why your heart feels like it's racing. Just my opinion. Anytime I was below 2.0 it was noticeable. And below 1.0 it was awful
Not sure if your condition is similar to what I went through. I was trying to quit Omeprazole, which is "impossible" as many have said, but I finally managed to stop taking Omeprazole. As a result, I was getting heartburns (ofc), pulsating body and heart (feels like it's racing but it's just a lot of heavy thumping) and I felt like my blood pressure was getting high as I was getting a little woozy.
I've been taking probiotics for a while then out of the blue, I saw the prebiotics (Saccharomyces Boulardii) bottle sitting in my refrigerator. I was like, yeah fk it, let's give that a try. After a week, my heartburn went away, the racing/pulsating sensation went away and my blood pressure felt back to normal as I wasn't feeling woozy anymore.
It could be a GI issue for you, not a heart issue. When I have heartburn, my heart beats fast. Obviously I need a change in my diet, but I got it managed with both probiotics and prebiotics.
Additionally, you can try u/JohnTitor17's Vit C and Lysine protocol, that worked well for me, which got everything under control, which is why I tried quitting omeprazole soon after my BP stabilized to a great degree.

Hypertension and high blood pressure will most definitely cause a racing pulse.
Also drug prescriptions perhaps are reacting with each other will cause major problems.
Out of shape and overweight can cause problems and if that is the case, I love the 16 8 fast as you sleep through the majority of the fast.
Yes it is a good idea to check in with a cardiologist and see what he says.
May the good Lord intervene and help you deal with this health issue and I trust that you will get this under control as it is very treatable.

Could be an electrolyte imbalance/deficiency.
Maybe low on Potassium.
That alone can cause a racing heart rate.
Yes this was exactly my problem, low potassium and severely dehydrated. Went to ER with racing heart, they diagnosed me with hypertension and low potassium. They tried giving me blood pressure pills. I declined until I knew if potassium and hydration would fix it. It did by the next day. This crazy world we live in where doctors are so fast to prescribe meds for such a thing without looking at nutrition first.

You very likely have significant clotting in your cardiovascular system--makes your heart work harder. Could be clotting in the heart itself.
You may want to consider taking [ lumbrokinase / nattokinase / bromelain / serrapeptase ] (rotate them out, dont take together); quercetin; hawthorn extract and artichoke leaf extract; vitamin D + C + K2 mk7
Some of these supplements are very incompatible with statins. Always check with your doctor. (I say that, but my personal opinion post covid is that doctors are conartists who specificially give people medicine that works 1/5 of the way and is costly, thus ensuring your condition persists. This is why I recommend supplements and preventative care.)

When your heart races, gag yourself or bear down like you’re going to the bathroom. It resets the Vagus nerve. See if it helps until you get this fixed. God bless you, fren!
