Went to the local Michigan based hardware store today and upon entering I was told to put on a mask. I said no. She offered me one I refused. manager told me I can't go in with oitva mask I said I'm going in anyways. Register punk behind plexiglass said he won't cash me out. Told the liberal boy I'm not leaving without my elmer's glue. So he turned off his light for the register. I said I'll wait right here with the light on or off makes no difference to me. Long story short 3 cop cars and 3 cops came in and told me I have to follow the store policy. Said I can't wear a mask. He said I don't want to argue. Me neither I said just want to purchase my elmers glue. After lots of going back and forth He asked me where were the items I wanted to purchase? Told him the register boy confiscated them. Cop went to counter and asked where they were. Register boy told him he put them back on the shelf. Cop asked him to go get them ?? Cop asked for my money so I could wait at the door so I don't infect the entire store that had one other customer. He brought it to me and I asked if I could also get a bag. Cops were a bunch of assholes, so was the management and the libtards working behind the counter who would take off their mask to make a face at me. Copper told me I'm not allowed back. Probably will go back anyway in the future. Tell you what!! I left with my elmer's glue!! Fuck all of them!! Ps I'm just a mom shopping with her son for some glue for homeschool project. If I can do it anyone can. Stand tall!!

With that said, be advised that you’ve been officially trespassed from that store. If you return, those faggots will call the cops who wrote a report on that incident. When they arrive if you are there you will be arrested. It won’t be a “mask arrest” but it will be a Criminal Trespass arrest as by all means it’s their private property and you are no longer welcome there for 30 days (may vary by city for CT warnings.)

Criminal trespass can vary. The standard is 30 days at least in Seattle. It can go as long as a year. I love my fellow patriots and don’t want them getting strung up by bullshit. The next question that someone will need to raise via a lawsuit is whether or not a private business that claims to be open to the public and make (as a condition of doing business with them) a requirement to endanger their own health when there is no proof that they would otherwise endanger the health of anyone else in the business.

Walking today for exercise, through my walk I saw 4 different cops, all without masks, I said hi, they said hi, normal life here in FL. I go into a store, no mask no problem but again FL has stayed normal compared to other states.

My family and I dont eat at restaurants much, maybe a couple times a month. Since this covid scam we actually have been supporting a local dinner weekly. Due to Whitmers BS it's been drive thru only. I can say for the first time in my life I have been giving the drive thru workers tips.

I don’t wear a mask. I just walk in and own it. Babies are mesmerized by me. They will twist and turn to keep me in sight and when I smile, their faces just light up like Christmas. It’s so sad because they can’t see stranger’s faces anymore.
(Btw, I homeschooled my kids too! Didn’t vaccinate either. Happy, healthy, smart kids in college now. Future doctor and computer programmer! Two of my favorite people on the planet.)

I was literally assaulted by a Radio Shack clerk and store owner for taking my mask off as I was walking out but before I'd left their store. There was nobody else in the store and I was already 3 or 4 steps away from the clerk when I took my mask off. The responding officer was "WTF?" when he saw the security footage.
So, now, 2 months later, I haven't gotten ANY positive responses looking for a lawyer and I haven't heard back from the DA about what they're charging the store owner with.
This shit is crazy. I've got a solid civil case with 100% unambiguous vid against a corporate defendent and no one will touch it for politics. If anyone knows a MAGA lawyer licensed to practice in WA...

Costco is my biggest enemy right now. I feel like if I do this at Costco it's gonna be a different story. And I tend to lose my cool if I don't just keep my mouth shut. I would probably blow up at the whole store and drop some f*bombs, make a huge scene, and leave.

I have used the medical exemption approach & its worked 99.9% of the time.
Costco changed their policy two months ago and now requires everyone to wear a mask or face shield even if you have a medical exemption or disability. And unfortunately I have to shop there for my business. Strongly been considering Sam's Club but I don't know what it's like there.
I've been in about 12 Sam's Clubs... only had one guy at one store say anything. He was on the clock from a private security firm. I was very sternly advised to not enter the store (any further I already had, which was about 10-12 feet) until after I was to speak with the store manager.... the store manager did make an appearance, but didn't actually come over to speak with me. Long story short, the "security guard" LEANS OVER ABOUT 6 INCHES AWAY from my unmasked face and more or less admits, he's just doing his job. He also had already kindly refused to answer my question about if he thought the virus was a real threat. **** Don't wear your mask, but be kind to those that do, that's the best way to win them over. :) Be safe, and ENJOY THE SHOW!

Sure you do. Religious freedom is still a right. Small locations might not understand this but look up why lowes, Home Depot, Walmart are all forced to allow non masked patrons legally.
