What is easier than a steady influx of unidentified kids, no one knows who they are or where they are from, and no one is allowed access to view the facility where they are held? A few complicit bus drivers, guards, bureaucrats, technicians with links to salesmen and delivery personnel, who all know they will be tortured/killed if they reveal anything (and a media who would cover it up even if they did talk) - seems like the makings of a going concern . . .
I think the kids they use for Adrenochrome are mostly foreign. Too many eyes on the border for them to use those kids.

They use many routes, some that come across the border(that 'camp' in Arizona a few years ago...) are used for this but they are the minority by far, these people have captive 'breeding-stock' and programs for their adrenochrome production.

Every prepper should have some space blankets. They take up very little room, so you can carry some in each vehicle in case you get stranded in the winter. They have other uses as well.
I still don't understand the shock value. They have cover, a place to sleep and I am sure they are being fed, have toilet facilities etc... I’m speaking more generally about the lies being spread by the MSM as to what is going on at the Southern Border.
These children are often handed over by their parents to Cartel Coyotes who are paid to get the kids across the border. This is the majority of instances involving children. The “family separation” bullshit is only in a minority of cases and the MSM paints it as if 9/10 instances of children being taken away from the adults they are with are instances where those adults are their parents. That is simply not the case. When a child travels with Coyotes to the border they are often abused sexually and physically along the way and suffer greatly at the hands of their “guides.” So I agree, sexual assault is taking place, but it’s a result of these Coyotes exploiting children for money and pleasure. Separating them from the children is doing those children a great service.
If it was actually true that family are being “torn apart” at the rate the MSM claims, then where are the families when they should be meeting their children who got turned away? Where are the parents when their “child” is released and given a court date in the US?
As far as them being “locked in cages”, what would acceptable as far as holding facilities go? A 5 star hotel? At any rate, they aren’t cages, and whatever they are were built and the practice put in place by Obama during his time as POTUS. There are several interviews done by ABC where they are asking those waiting to cross: “Are you trying to cross now because Biden got elected?” - every single one answered yes. And when asked “Would you have ever tried this while Trump was POTUS?” - it was a uniform “no” from all of them as well.
Biden cried about the “cages”, but now is doing less than nothing to remedy the situation and is actually sitting by while it gets 10x worse.
The border needs entirely closed. Every single illegal that is caught attempting to cross should be immediately sent back, or taken to Prison. Period. Minor children should be sent straight back. If you get caught 3 times, then you get a life sentence. At least you’ll be in the United States. If we don’t start taking drastic measures to send the message that we aren’t fucking around any more, this will only get worse. It hurts our economy, our small businesses on the border, communities on the border, exponentially increases the flow of drugs into the US, it’s dangerous for those trying to cross, and it is entirely unfair to those who are going through the legal avenues to become a citizen.
Until we get some consistency from the Left on this issue, I will relish in the abject disaster that Biden and Co. are overseeing right now. This is what the Left wanted because Trump was mean on Twitter, so they can bury themselves in it. They deserve it.
