French here. Actually Macron cheated on the first round. We have elections made with papers, not machine. They are pretty secure. The cheating happened during the aggregation of votes from all over the country. Apparently the results were sent to a server in Texas and counted by a Dominion-like machine. Even with heavy propaganda from the MSM in favor of Macron, he got actually between 6 and 9 % at the beginning of the counting of the ballots, then a mysterious software failure happened, and after that Macron was around 23 %. At that time only some French people realized the truth because since we have our elections done with papers and no mail in voting, we always assumed they were secured. I think the French people are in for a rude awakening. I'm looking forward to it.

If any form of systemic fraud is proven, it may disqualify those that gained benefit from that fraud. For example, if the dominion machines where all pre-configured to give one side a starter set of 30K votes (as has been rumoured|) or set up to count a DJT vote as 0.75 and a bidet vote as 1.25 (as was also alleged) or that the machines were all connected and controlled over the internet, would provide more than reasonable doubt about the end result being incorrect.
The matter would have to be arbitrated - in public, given the poor performance of the fedaral government in transparency and fairness, this moment would / could be the point at which The Military is the adjudicator, perhaps working with the Senate, for optics. Default to DJT or a new election, run by the Military, from a virgin, clean, secure block of internet addresses, recently in the news, I may speculate.
