I do a drop of nascent iodine every morning too and add in B-complex but besides Tumeric (I suppose I should start) that's pretty much my cocktail too.
I take turmeric everyday due to my personal 20 yr battle with cancer. I then found out it helps with lots of things. Also partly my fault due to eating unhealthy food some times. I get a flair up when I eat processed foods sometimes, especially sugar. For me the cancer is more of an annoyance. I have to wear a skirt and no undies. This has turned into a positive on construction sites that don't have a bathroom.
I have noticed that since the lockdown and people couldn't go to the Dr. they have turned to alternatives for relief from their problems. I might not have a degree but I started studying alternatives since I was 19, I am now 63. When my tenants come to pay their rent they ask me if I can recommend anything for their health issues. I have to say, "this is what I would do if I were you" or it could be called practicing medicine without a license.
Multi-vitamins have these don't they? I should be able to accomplish this by taking multi-vitamins every day? I don't want to have to remember to take half a dozen tablets all at different times of the day.

Hmm... this is all really interesting. I have been feeling like CRAP for about two weeks and had a weird rash on my leg. I felt part of it was the heat (we don’t have air conditioning and it’s really hot), but I spend most of my time in the basement as I work from home, and that didn’t make a lot of sense because it hasn’t been this hot for the entire two weeks. I’m in Canada and my province has almost a 70% vaccination rate, so chances are I’m around vaccinated people all the time when I’m out anywhere. I’ve also had weird cramps (female) at strange times during the month and I wondered if that was maybe related to vax shedding or something... some things to think about.

Or it would be good if there is found to be a surefire way to protect ourselves from shedding. I have an inversion table I use at home. Plus I remember the stretches I do every week at physical therapy. The key is using the inversion table daily. This shit started when I rolled my truck over at the wise old age of 16. I'm 32 now, so I'm very much used to dealing with it at this point. Same here. I’m in FL, work directly with people and the only time I may have been slightly sick was early in the plandemic, maybe two Jans ago. I don’t even remember exactly when but it was very mild. We don’t wear masks at work and haven’t since the early days. We all had “exceptions” at work why we didn’t have to wear a mask and nobody came down with anything remarkable. We’d hear “horror stories” how so and so’s 2nd cousin or uncle or granny etc who was morbidly obese and diabetic was hospitalized and “may not make it” but never any follow up. Friends were visited, planes were taken, family came down etc and no illness. Not with me or them except a golf buddy who “had covid” according to testing and few others who “got tested” with mild symptoms. I laughed when they were quarantined with cold symptoms. Such absolute BS.

They have always been crap. The swine flu shots in 1976 caused thousands of people to suddenly have illnesses that the doctors couldn't explain. They had the big advertising campaign back then too.

I was in Lake of the Ozarks....I traveled up and down the same I-40 and have been to 8 states. Rest areas...truck stops...hotels. I've done as I would normally as much as possible. If I had it ...it wasn't anything that slowed me down.
We live in Houston and travelled to 25 states and D.C. since March 2020 and no problems! Not even a cold! Its been great. Going out in public now is super annoying though, we miss having very little traffic and the beach being empty!
Can confirm, house with 6 people in through the 'worst' of it, no illness. More ambulances locally now than at any time through the 'pandemic'.

Can confirm. Other than my fucked up back, I'm good. The only time I've worn a mask is to go to physical therapy once a week. I just called to ask if they're still doing the mask thing. They are. I'm not. No more physical therapy for this guy!
Same but no car wreck. Basketball did it for me. PT got me from almost surgery to back on the court. Much slower of course, but still out there!
I have an inversion table I use at home. Plus I remember the stretches I do every week at physical therapy. The key is using the inversion table daily. This shit started when I rolled my truck over at the wise old age of 16. I'm 32 now, so I'm very much used to dealing with it at this point. I've never had imaging done, but I know it's disc/vertebra related because they pop apart on the inversion table or sometimes when I stretch. Good times.

Same here. I’m in FL, work directly with people and the only time I may have been slightly sick was early in the plandemic, maybe two Jans ago. I don’t even remember exactly when but it was very mild. We don’t wear masks at work and haven’t since the early days. We all had “exceptions” at work why we didn’t have to wear a mask and nobody came down with anything remarkable. We’d hear “horror stories” how so and so’s 2nd cousin or uncle or granny etc who was morbidly obese and diabetic was hospitalized and “may not make it” but never any follow up. Friends were visited, planes were taken, family came down etc and no illness. Not with me or them except a golf buddy who “had covid” according to testing and few others who “got tested” with mild symptoms. I laughed when they were quarantined with cold symptoms. Such absolute BS.
What happened to colds and flu? Really.. nobody ever has an answer. I got sick way more in the military and we had every vax known to man at the time. But not since then. You just wash your hands a lot. After shopping, touching public doorknobs and things. Don’t touch your face. I have always been on the fence whether it was a scan/fake.
These days I’d like covid 19 to be real so we can watch fauxci crash, burn and die and take many others with him but is it real and dangerous, a cold virus with some added nastiness or a just a psyop? Idk.
I haven't worn a mask since the beginning. I've entered businesses that have "wear a mask" signs on the door and never had an issue.
I haven't been sick once, yet I'm surrounded by people with constant health issues.

I've been cut off from family members for my insistence on reading and researching, but I've also red-pilled many along the way.

As a Marine combat veteran, I just tell people that masks didn't work in Afghanistan or Iraq to prevent dust and sand from getting in our mouth and eyes, so why would I wear one now to prevent the spread of much-smaller virus particles? The confused looks I get are priceless, then I go about my day.

I did gain a few pounds from all of the popcorn but other than that I am healthy as a healthy horse.
Wife and i will not vax. And we go to nutritional guy so we eat well and take supplements for last 2.5 years. Best decision we ever made. I did gain 15 lbs trying to save restaurant industry but now down 20 lbs or net -5 lbs. Did mask inside stores but 6 weeks ago dropped masks and only handful at HEB were maskless. Now 2/3 are maskless. Son, 2 daughters in law and bro in law took vax. All n medical industry. They never consulted. Hope and pray the dire health projections are wrong. Plus im never taking flu shot again. My severe distrust of med industry (routine procedure about did me in 5 years ago) only cemented by world health and virology idiots last 18 months. I'm not too fit, 68 yo.chronic back problems but I didn't wear a mask and never stayed home. I was amused by friends who were terrified. I mean really terrified. Like hair on fire terrified. They all watched MSM all day and night. I never have the tv on except to watch a couple of shows during the week then it is shut off.
Yep! We are healthy, strong, working, non maskers, and no vaccine for any of us. One son in college, one working, and a husband that works his butt off in clinic.

I would NOT recommend this for “anyone” that has not spoken with their Dr. about what they intend to do, especially if you are on a treatment plan/medications/health issues. This can really conflict with blood sugars, and other health issues initially. ??????

I've had multiple pool parties 2 wedding parties and 6 birthday parties all last year with 25 or more guest and no mask no social distancing no cares. It never slowed me or my wife down.
Haven’t been to a doctor since I was 16 years old. (29 years old now)
Sick maybe a handful of times in the last 10 years.
It’s simple.
Avoid the poisons (pharma, excessive tech, processed foods)
Stay physically active.
Go outside as much as possible.
Eat a balanced diet (no extremes like all veggie or all meat)
Stay mentally motivated.
Granted this is anecdotal and could be coincidence that I have no health issues and can still run a 6 min mile but I give thanks to God everyday for this gift of life despite the sick elite trying there hardest to collapse it.

Completely THIS scenario for me. All thought I’m nuts, being a (true) health freak nowadays...now not so much.
I’ve never been tested. Never been vaccinated. Never done social distancing. Never worn a mask except to go into Costco a couple times. Never changed anything about my daily behaviors and the people I associate with. Seems like a scam to me.
No masks, no vaccine, no social distancing, told quests visiting masks were not needed. shook hands, and did whatever we wanted. No illness for me or wife in past 18 months. We are both in late 60's. I still think this is just the flu with a fancy name, coming from Chyna, made in the lab for world control, I'm not taking the bait.
