I have been struggling with these two opposing viewpoints when it comes to honesty with wearing a mask. They all say “no vax, then you have to wear a mask”. Right now my criteria has been to ignore that, wear no mask, and let them assume what they will at most places like stores etc.
But my dilemma comes from an organization I’ve been in for 25 years and my job that I like and have been at for over a decade. They both say the above, and I feel compelled by the honor system to be honest to them.

There was a FB page created for any workers(healthcare or otherwise) to join to lend support and help with submitting the requests, staging protests, signing petitions, etc(Indiana against Mandate, United Against the Mandate, etc.). One of the questions was: If you have received vaccines in the past what has changed? My answer: Nothing has changed. I requested a religious exemption the first year that the hospital mandated Flu vaccines. You denied it. I appealed it. You denied it. At the time of the denials/appeals I was not aware that (my hospital) had violated my rights as set forth in the Indiana State Constitution as well as the Civil Rights Act of 1964. So far, I am exempt from the C-Vax; I will have to fight against the flu in a couple of months.
One of our local (big) nursing homes has posted many adds for nurses for all shifts. They're desperate for staff.....Oh I forgot to mention, they made it mandatory for the jab 2 months ago and over 60% of the nursing staff walked including aids, dietary, and office support staff. Family members of patients have been actively moving out relatives of that facility.

For the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency declared pursuant to section 319 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d), this Act makes it unlawful under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act for any person, partnership, or corporation to engage in a deceptive act or practice in or affecting commerce associated with the treatment, cure, prevention, mitigation, or diagnosis of COVID–19 or a government benefit related to COVID–19. The Act provides that such a violation shall be treated as a violation of a rule defining an unfair or deceptive act or practice prescribed under Sec. 18(a)(1)(B) of the FTC Act.
Section 242 of Title 18, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.
The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
In summary, your daughter has options to fight it or move on to another job. Taking the jab is a death sentence for her and and future children, so it is not an option.
The issue becomes, how do you know if a person has been jabbed or not? Can't go by the cards, either way.
My son works in a liberal state. His company is mandating the shot also. Why aren’t personal injury lawyers stepping up? Are they afraid the Left will get them disbarred?
I am a member of a networking group of which the bulk of the membership is attorneys. We have people who specialize in all things - estate planning, real estate, employment, patent, criminal, family law. We cannot find a personal injury attorney. I think the impression is there are a lot out there, but in my experience, that is not true. A lot of their work is on contingency, not fees, so they are going to pick and choose strong cases. I worked with one because we had a mutual client who had been injured in a bike accident, but it took time. I think that is the issue right now.

I filed a religious exemption; it was approved. I would have been fired by September 1st. I was fully prepared to be fired. Most healthcare employers are mandating the vax! IDIOTS!

Sorry. I am just now seeing your question. Our hospital had a link to fill out an exemption(medical or religious). There was a FB page created for any workers(healthcare or otherwise) to join to lend support and help with submitting the requests, staging protests, signing petitions, etc(Indiana against Mandate, United Against the Mandate, etc.). One of the questions was: If you have received vaccines in the past what has changed? My answer: Nothing has changed. I requested a religious exemption the first year that the hospital mandated Flu vaccines. You denied it. I appealed it. You denied it. At the time of the denials/appeals I was not aware that (my hospital) had violated my rights as set forth in the Indiana State Constitution as well as the Civil Rights Act of 1964. So far, I am exempt from the C-Vax; I will have to fight against the flu in a couple of months.

One of our local (big) nursing homes has posted many adds for nurses for all shifts. They're desperate for staff.....Oh I forgot to mention, they made it mandatory for the jab 2 months ago and over 60% of the nursing staff walked including aids, dietary, and office support staff. Family members of patients have been actively moving out relatives of that facility.

Then she probably has some ideas about this illness and her chances already. Which may be on the pessimistic side because in hospital you only see pretty sick people and get a warped view. And, she knows the vaccine isn't too useful at prevention. What does she know about treatments? What does she think about the VAERS death count? Is she in a position to take a strategic break to study, or something, and get out of the hospital? If it were my daughter I'd be trying to discourage her on the "caregivers must first care for themselves to be fit for others" rationale.
Catch is, if she gets the jab she might not be fit to care for others anymore. I dont want a nurse with "brain fog" to be giving me any sort of medication

Interesting how businesses (and government) are pushing as hard as ever to mandate even with over 9000 confirmed VAERS deaths (and we know the true number is much greater). How in the world can a hospital/medical facility honestly look at the numbers , say it's safe, and mandate something also in violation of Nuremberg code. The businesses are obviously either foolishly not doing their due diligence or are part of the evil system. I'm in healthcare, but work independently in an area where most will ever take the shots, thank God, but I'd force them to fire me over this and sue.
Candace Owens posted a video on fakebook on July 9, giving advice on what should be done if an employer is mandating the vax. I highly recommend it, but will try to summarize: (1) Do not give in; no job is worth your health/life. (2) Do not resign. Make employer fire you. If you quit, you cannot be part of future lawsuits. (And there will be lawsuits.) (3) Send emails to the boss listing concerns about taking the vax. Ask for data employer is using to make this decision. Ask if employer is liable if you have an adverse reaction/will they cover any issues. Tell employer you are not comfortable with being forced to take an experimental drug. Remind employer that taking an experimental drug was not a condition of your initial employment. Tell employer you want to understand the legal standing for them to mandate this drug. (4) Save copies of all emails sent/received regarding the vax (at home, not at workplace).
As I retired RN, I am grateful to God that I do not have to deal with this personally. I am heartsick for medical workers caught in this terrible spider web. I can only imagine how hard it would be to be fired from the job that I loved over such evil. However, if we put our trust in God, He will be with us in the trials.

Things may change by then. If not, tell he to quit. Nurses are in high demand right now. She can get a different job. It's not the end of the world, but it might be, for her, if she gets the jab.
RN positions are in high demand. She can quit and move anywhere with no delays. They will need to hire a lot of RNs at once and change policy.
