I have been following the Maricopa County officials very closely since election night. While the election was “ending” on Election Day evening, Allister was rushed to the hospital with a “brain bleed”. At the time. Adrian Fontes was county recorder and had screwed up previous elections and was clearly compromised. Allister had to have known that the election was being manipulated and needed to create distance between the election and herself. There are way too many coincidences. Watch the new diversion that will take place in Maricopa county as the Phoenix PD are investigated for their handling of the August 2020 riots. Smoke and mirrors as well as perfect timing.

Sometimes there is this thing called "administrative leave of absence" where it is forced upon someone.

privilege doesn't cover felonies, fraud etc I'm pretty sure
A/C Privilege does cover crimes that have already been committed (if it didn't, no defendant would be able to speak freely with his/her attorney to build a defense) but it does not cover the furtherance of a crime or fraud, nor does it cover the post-commission cover up of a crime. So if this attorney even slightly assisted with any post-commission cover up of any crime, the privilege is waived and she can "flip." (Not saying she did or didn't in this case, but it is technically possible based on the exceptions to A/C Privilege.)

There are also ways an attorney, who knows and recognizes a heinous crime on the part of their defendant, can excuse themself from representation in a way that says, "I know this person is so guilty and despicable that I can't continue to represent them".
Of course it does. If a public defender knows for a fact that his client committed a felony, it is his duty to mount a defense. The public defender doesn't flip to the prosecution.
