Yeah - I think this will be one of those photos immortalized. I plan on shaving it done up as an oil painting for
My wall.
Kyle is so strangely photogenic i have a feeling there is going to be a Taylor Latner transformation coming up.
I agree, this absolutely looks like a photo. Based on the livestream itself and the angles present here, I even remember seeing photographers present in a way that would like up perfectly with this scenario.
Yep, I was watching this yesterday, I wondered when the pics of this would come out, the camera guys went crazy snapping pics during this time. Kyle was standing behind the judge the whole time while they were watching the drone footage and the big guy on the prosecution side was trying to point out his idiotic notion that Kyle "gently put down the fire extinguisher, raised and pointed his rifle at Rosenbaum" the pedo and believes Kyle instigated the whole incident. He's seriously pulling at straws because that so didn't happen, Kyle would have had to turn his back to the drone camera to do so because Kyle is right handed. Kyle's lawyers did argue that, that is not what happened and he would have had to turn his body to raise & point it at Rosenbaum because of their positions. So the judge had to step down from his stand to sit in front of the tv because the image is sooo blurry that far from the camera & with from the lights lit at night in the parking lot. They had to watch it multiple times, I don't believe the judge sees what the prosecutor says he sees, but won't comment on what he sees. The prosecutors talk to the judge like he's stupid. I think it's hilarious when he raises his voice to them. Kyle's attorney's stay pretty quiet until they have to speak, which is good because most times they don't have to say anything because the judge shuts down the prosecutors when they get out of hand. I thought the judge was going to throw the case out because he was so pissed at the prosecutor (Binger) when he was questioning Kyle.
I believe he just threatened the prosecution lawyers that he would if they kept questioning Kyle about his “right” to silence when he was talking to investigators when he turned himself in after the shooting. But he didn’t declare a mistrial at that time. Friday the jury wasn’t in, the attorneys were back & forth debating on what charges Kyle faces & what they can & cannot say on Monday for final remarks (or whatever its called) with the jury present. At one point I believe the judge said the jury wasn’t scheduled to be in court on Tuesday, so I wonder if the jury might state their decision/ruling (?) on Monday.
I’ve been leaving this in comments everywhere. I said it to my GF as it was happening live. Clearly everyone knows his innocence. Clear cut self defense.
Little Finger and Fatboy needs a good smacking and hopefully they both get fired. But I won't hold my breath.
Awesome that Kyle was just hanging out so close to the judge. Yeah, everyone with a brain knows he is innocent and this whole thing is a shame.
I haven't missed a minute of the trial really glad I am still working from home. Praying that the jury has ethics and does the right thing. 🙏
A white supremacist whose only targets were white. Even if you belive he's a terrible person, the white supremacist part lets you know those believers have done zero research into the case.
Apparently after arguing, before closing, there is a time when both sides with the judge write the jury instructions. During that step, everyone agrees and candidly argues what should and should not be in the instructions.
At one point, the state was arguing that KR "provoked" one of the "victims". The state argued that it was "clear" on the picture and videos. So, the looked at the picture then went to re-review the video to see if they could tell if KR raised his rifle. The picture was so grainy because it was so far away (from a drone!) that they watched it several times. So, to watch the video, the got the big screen tv out to re-watch. The judge came down and put his chair right in front. Everyone else wanted to see/watch... so they all kinda huddled around the TV.
I, personally, was amazed that the prosecuter said he could "clearly" see it in the video, but no one else could. So, while everyone was focused on that... you get this interesting scene.
Do you think the grown men there are like ashamed? They just waited for the fires to go out
💯
Kyle is one of the only grown men in that courtroom.
He’s like a 1940’s time traveler from the Greatest Generation
Kid has a fairly strong facial resemblance with Audie Murphy. Maybe Audie got reincarnated because he thought he would be needed again.
When you shoot pedos, your positive energy levels immediately go up.
I noticed that too. The only bailiff’s I noticed was when it was time to take Kyle out the back door
I noticed that too, then they both casually strolled out of the courtroom together.
Ya, here is your fun meal ticket with the media and justice. Enjoy it. I like this judge by virtue of his strength of independence.
Finally, an HONEST judge!
Fingers crossed.
This is an amazing picture wow.

Here, I upscaled it for ya,

If someone can hook me up with a higher resolution base image, that'd be swell.
While I appreciate the effort, it's quite a noticable upscale. I'm SURE someone can find a better source file to work from.
I wish I knew where this image came from. It looks more like a photograph than a still from a livestream.

Thank you
How did you do that?!

I used Gigapixel and Sharpen.
Thank you! 🙏
Heh. I repeat my earlier comment: he does look a lot like Audie Murphy.
If Tommy Lee Jones were my lawyer, I'd feel pretty confident.
I noticed that myself, not ONE person said anything at ALL about him moving around freely, actually behind the judge.
You're the man for formally posting that up so clearly.
Those kind of accidental wtF's have revealed MANY a scam.
Soooo true... great observation.
Concur dude, for REaL.
Some serious competent person with an oil brush, should do a limited series, huh.
Great Guacamole. !!
I'm not seriously competent but I can paint, on a talented and somewhat trained amateur level only though. But I'll try if nobody else does.
It would be a great series ~
I just said this above - absolutely historical and inspiring.

Did he rule on the motion to declare a mistrial with prejudice?

Unfortunately jury’s are very unpredictable. I’ve learned to never get the least bit cocky. Praying for the just outcome. Full exoneration.
We must all pray for that. A global outcry of the psyche.
So many deleted comments, must've been a shillstorm

Cuz Kyle is good boy..

It's like watching a movie.
What a picture. Amazing moment in time.
What are they looking at?
see my comment above
essentially: they're trying to see video evidence that KR raised his rifle to provoke one of the people that was shot...
Agreed
I think the judge probably feels safer with Kyle watching his back than with the security guards.
The mirrored crossed arms are obviously White Supremest hand gestures!!!!!

There is only one man in that room. Great point too.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen 40+ comments on a thread here. I thought I was on Reddit by accident for a second
Bruh, do you even dot win?
