What if Manchin is helping discredit Pelosi, so when KH is removed Killary can move in, and then the 25th on Biden - and boom she will become the new Resident. In the mean time, the two factions will destroy each other in the process.

Impeachment appears to be the only clear constitutional path to remove a sitting Vice President. The 25th clearly applies to the President only.
But would a Democratic controlled House vote to impeach Harris? Would they want the spectacle of impeaching the first woman? Someone they have alternated in identifying as African American or Asian American whenever it suits them? Pretty sure she won’t resign.
Or does she make the first move and try to invoke the 25th Amendment against Biden? The question there is where are the loyalties of the Cabinet Secretaries? Either way this could be prolonged.

She is a massive opportunist, but to a certain extent, I think she got played. When she was running for the Senate back in 2016, she basically walked into the job. I think there was one debate on like a Thursday afternoon. Part of it was because all the attention was on the presidential race. But when she was running for the 2020 spot, I knew she would not get it because she never has to run a hard race in her life. She absolutely bombed - 4th in her own state primary.
Then the Resident comes along and picks her for a running mate. Strokes her bruised ego. Whispers of "First female VP...maybe first female president someday" are in her ear. (So ironic given JB's proclivities, I know.) But I just get the feeling she is now having buyer's remorse. I think it was in the Afghanistan debacle the story was floating around that was heard to have been yelling 'you aren't going to pin that shit on me!' It goes to your observation that in DC you have to be both smart and aggressive, and she's only aggressive. If I am generous, I will allow that her issue is that she was naive about what she was getting into, but that goes back to my point that she never had to really fight to get the jobs she has had.
Now there is talk of staff infighting and resignations. Every President has staff turnover. They are high pressure jobs. You never hear about VP staff turnover and burnout - there isn't any. So what's up?

Obama is not eligible as VP because the VP can potentially get a spontaneous promotion and Obama is term limited out. The only way to hold that office for longer than 8 years is if you are VP and then replace a sitting president before the end of a term and then get elected twice, but the absolute maximum is 10 years.
If joe was struck by lightning and died today, KH would become potatus, and she could run in 2024, but she would NOT be eligible to run in 2028 because that would put her over the 10 year limit. Hope this helps

I believe the timing of everything has been set up this way for a reason.
